I would not recommend this company. Over budget and I was very unsatisfied. Nails were left everywhere including my neighbors yard and the pool. I wish I had checked Yelp before I got this company to do work for me. The salesman displayed unprofessional body language right off the bat, made me uncomfortable. They said they were coming on the 22nd. I had company from out of town, and plans. But we stayed in waiting for roofers. They did not come to my house on the 22nd. Now my roof is leaking, got a couple other estimates. Both companies said I have new shingles up there, wrong color. And not 900$ worth of work. I am having someone else repair my roof. I used them twice to fix leaks in the roof, I had to call them back out as the workmanship was very shoddy. I just had another company out and had them repair the roof as the work was poorly done, tiles broken, not nailed properly, flashing not installed correctly Don't use them as they are very unprofessional and their estimator very rude and condescending when he talks to you. I was referred to these people on May 7th for an insurances claim. I gave up on them this morning (July 1st.) and contacted 2 other roofers for estimates. My experience was pretty frustrating. I had to continually call keep this project moving foward. Emails with signed contracts were apparent sent to junk mail, and the final straw was Angie laughing at me when I asked about what damage the past two rains might have done to my roof. Initially I was promised that tarps would cover the damage in case of rain, that never happened. During that last coversation I was listening to her rustle through paperwork for what I assume was another case of lost paperwork. BAD. Professional Roofing Services says it all in the name. I had seen their truck in the neighborhood doing service on a neighboring house and remembered I had a tile that was out of its place. I called PHS for a free quote, the receptionist was very professional when I spoke to her. Phil Shaw was very professional in all matters. He called me 30 mins prior to arrival to verify appointment time for my quote. I was away from my residence during the appointment time and he confirmed it would be no issue. An hour later he called me and said that my roof was in excellent condition but I did have one tile out of its place. He repositioned the tile and put it back in place at no charge. When it comes to professional service this is the type of service I expect. Phil Shaw could have easily gone onto my roof and smashed a few tiles in efforts to get a couple bucks as I had no idea of its condition. PRS was requested to schedule me for a wind damage repand give me lead time so I could arrange to be home. They scheduled me and called me at 2:00 for the next morning from 7:00-9:00. Then they never arrived. The foreman, named Rueben, was supposed to call me with an update and information. He never called. This company's reputation for poor customer service is well deserved. I was experiencing drips of water coming through my skylight due to the rain occurring recently. Tommy from Professional Roofing Service was referred to me by a friend of mine. Called him up and scheduled an appointment. Super nice, friendly and professional on the phone. Showed up on time the day of appointment and had a look around my skylight both in the inside and on the roof. Long story short, it's an easy fix and Tommy explained to me what needs to be done. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! Professionalism.....they have NONE! My husband and I bought a house and per the inspection there was some issues with the roof and they were to come out and fix it and the seller was to pay as to which they did. Anyways, PRS showed up and fixed a flashing in the front of the house, I asked if they were going to fix the broken tiles on the back side of the roof and the guy said " I don't have that on my paper work" ok, I called the office and asked them what was to be fixed and they said they could not talk to me because I was not the seller and asked if I was any relation to the seller when I answered "no" she very rudely said well I am not to talk to you and hung up. I am guessing it was the manager because within minutes I got a return phone call and was asked why I was upset and she said she would like to make this right and would be in contact with me......Never heard from her again. I contacted my realtor and told him he could deal with it and that I was not pleased one bit with this company. Keep in mind I bought the house and moved in Feb. 14th and this was to be fixed before I moved in...Monday a guy from PRS shows up and I'm thinking "oh great my broken tiles are getting fixed" WRONG! He was only here to take pictures to take back to the office and compare to what was on the home inspection. So my realtor emails Gary from PRS and asks for a refund because this is out of control....Gary tells him to chill that they would be out tomorrow to fix the broken tiles. Wow, that's how you talk to customers?!?! Today two men from PRS show up and go up on my roof to fix the broken tiles....a bit later they knock on my door and say they are done and are leaving. Great! My broken tiles are fixed.....Wrong!!!!! There are still two tiles that the corners are broken off of...... I will pay another company to come out and fix them before I ever dial their number or involve anyone with that crazy, unprofessional company ever again. This is the worst company ever I have dealt with. The customer service is lacking. On hold for over 15 minutes just to be told the person is in a meeting. The lack of communication for everyone that works there is horrible. When they say 48 hours for a time frame, what they mean is 5 days, 10 phone calls, and about 20 emails to find out what is going on. They also shared our client's information with someone not on the contract or anything to do with it. If they aren't paying for then it's none of their business. I would rather live with a hole in my roof than have these "roofers" come fix it for me. read more

At the close of my house, I needed to do a few roof repairs that the home inspector pointed out. Got a quote from another company that was astronomical. Tommy came out and gave me a quote with pictures that matched up to the home inspector pictures. Very reasonable. His crew was very efficient and sent me after pictures. Just used them again at my new house for a few broken tiles and mastic. Great job once again and I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Don't bother! I called them for an inspection of the roof of a house I just bought. This was not an inspection as a part of a contingency on the contract. They charged me $150 for the inspection. However, their website CLEARLY states FREE INSPECTIONS and ESTIMATES. No qualifying conditions or anything. PRS came into my world when I almost fell through my balcony. It had dry rotted over the years and needed to be replaced. I contacted 4 companies to get estimates. Gary Hunter was the person that arrived from PRS. He was punctual and professional in a rough around the edges sort of way. He was just himself which I greatly appreciated. When I'm getting work done on my home, I want to talk to someone that's straight forward and sincere and Gary was that. The estimate I was given was not the highest or lowest of the 4 that I received. Because I know nothing about this type of work, I decided to go with my gut which has worked well for me over the years. I chose PRS solely on the fact that Gary, who was my first interaction with this company, seemed genuine in his dealing with me AND because he brings his dogs to work with him!!! Character of an individual is evident when observing how that person interacts with their pets. So PRS got the job!! After a few weather related delays my balcony was completed. As with all construction type work, there is always an issue or two that pop up. I contacted Gary with my concerns, he addressed them immediately and got them rectified. I felt confident with PRS and appreciated that I had one person from start to finish that I could contact when necessary. My gut served me well again. We got an estimate which we thought was fair, and called to schedule the appointment for the work to be done. They took our credit card, as they needed to charge us half up front, and told us they would call us back to schedule the work. A few days later our card was charged but no call to schedule us. Day 9 we still hadn't heard a word from them, so I called and the lady I spoke with was annoyed (and did not hide it well) and said they were very busy and would call me when they were ready, but said I could leave a message with Chris (I'm guessing an owner or manager??), which I did. The next day there was still no word or no call back from him--or anyone--so I called again, this time to cancel the job and the charge. They put me through to Chris, and this time he answered. He apologized and said they were very busy and he had only received the job two days ago (it had been 10, not 2) and that he had never received my phone message (hmmm....). To be fair, he actually sounded like a nice guy, and seemed genuine in his apology, but I explained we didn't like the fact that they were too busy to call us or do the work, but not too busy to charge us. We would have had NO problem waiting but no one wants to be charged a substantial amount of money to a company they do not know, and then never hear back from them. A simple phone call to us at any point would have alleviated all of this.... read more

I would give a negative star review if possible. Three years ago my roof was replaced via an insurance claim. A over a month ago we found a massive leak in the garage. Turns out they left rotten particle board on my roof and did not replace it. When opened up last month for repairs it was dissolved. PRS COVERS AND HIDES ANY PROBLEM THEY CAN. and good luck getting to use the warranty on the roof. Active customers get calls answered and called back, but trying to use the warranty (most likely you will need to) is like trying to get a new VA appointment. Contractors are messy and do not clean up after the project well. Do not be fooled by how polite the workers and staff are to you. They do not respect your property as it was their own. O and only one guy on site will speak English, so good luck articulating concerns. On my garage roof was leaking it took them a month to get out there to do the repairs. They tried to tell me that the drywall did not need to be replaced the water had been pouring through it like water through an open faucet. When the mold start growing (which I'm sure it will) you know probably take a lawsuit to actually get done to fix my house. PROFESSIONAL ROOFING COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH .. We payed to get our whole roof replaced last then 3 months ago. When they were done we walked around and had to pick up nails and trash for there company . They also decided to butt it up to the ac unit leaving a huge hole which let water from rain and ac unit in our house causing over $2,000 worth of damage and shingles falling off the side of our house everywhere It took over a month for them to call me back answer emails and come out and tell me they could not afford to give me money back but they would repair all the damage and fix everything wrong it then took 2 1/2 weeks to come out after me calling emailing everyday to see what was going on and fix what they should have done in the first place for the money I spent on my roof to get replaced In the first place .Then Now I come home tonight it's been raining off and on since yesterday and I have two leaks again In Our kitchen I have two little kids and this is not okay .. Had an appointment for 2/6/2018 from 12 to 2pm. They called me on 1/31/2018 to switch my appointment to 2/5/2018 from 12 to 2pm with Gary. I agreed and took the day off work so I can get my roof looked at. Then came today 2/5/2018 and it was 12:40pm when I decided to call and see how close Gary was. The scheduling person at the office asked if anybody had called me and I said no. She then told me Gary called off work so they couldn't look at my roof. It's very unprofessional that they couldn't call me and inform me that they wouldn't be able to look at my roof. It's not the customers fault if your employee calls in. I then asked to have my original time slot for 2/6/2018 And they wouldn't give it to me even after I took the day off work to honor their request.. I wish wish wish wish I had seen these reviews before! Maybe this will save someone else. I hired this company because I had a leak in my roof I needed fixed. The employee told me he "was sure" the leak was just due to some broken tiles because he had "over 30 years of experience doing roofs." I specifically asked him if it also needed felt (because I had two other roofing contractors tell me that). He assured me that it did not. I hired this company and paid for their services. The next big rain came and my roof is now leaking in two spots, and the interior ceiling is damaged and now needs repaired (and it did not before). So, I called them and he calls me back and says the best he can do is to charge me more money that the other contractors were going to charge me in the first place. So, I'm out the money I paid him and I also have to pay to have my ceiling repaired. I am now stuck paying another roofing company to come fix my roof (hopefully for real this time). read more

PRS was able to complete a job in two days that another roofing company told me couldn't be done after thay had tried for over one year to stop my flat roof from leaking during a rain storm. PRS gave me peace at last and I no longer have to worry about rain storms making my ceiling collapse to the floor!! These men are true professionals...they know what they are doing and they get the job done correctly the first time. Had an inspection done for minor issues on a Friday and was supposed to receive an email quote the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. After three phone calls questioning where my email quote was and getting a multitude of excuses on their errors I still have not received a quote. With each call I heard "Oh, will get your email quote out to you directly that so-and-so who was supposed to do the email has just not gotten around to it yet". Well so-and-so still hasn't done it and it's been 11 days since my inspection. And no it's not in my spam folder either. This company is the last I would ever trust to work on my roof. Don't waste your money, the office staff is very rude...they will not call you back and when you call to check the status of your work NO ONE will have a clue of what's going on. The roofers were nice but dealing with the office staff was a NIGHTMARE, we cancelled the services halfway through because it was such a hassle. And don't call because you are upset that they dropped the ball (which seems to be common for them) because you will be greeted with a lot of attitude from the office staff...I guess it was our fault that they didn't have their stuff together. And not to mention they will just pop up on you to do work that has already been done...Does this office even have a system or are they just winging it...Google search had high ratings...must have been ancient reviews. read more

BEWARE!! Paid for them to completely seal a commercial roof (nearly $3000) I have had more leaks since their work was done! Had to call them out to fix 3 times in less than 12 months (twice I called for repairs, they took the message but never showed up) The last roof leak I had damaged some computer equipment, I gave them the opportunity to help cover some of the cost since it was clearly poor workmanship that caused the leak... They refused and referred me back to the "fine print in their contract" Based on my experience and the other Yelp reviews I'm surprised these guys are still in business. read more

An update on my last review but first I need to clarify that this is regarding the PRS in Las Vegas. After notifying the BBB a man arrived at our house, unannounced, to check our "leak." When it was explained to him that we did not have a leak but had been told by the men who had installed our solar tube that there were cracked tiles and our flat roof was rippling. He then stated that he had to go by his invoice and since there was no leak he would not go on the roof. Later he called and asked me to send the pictures of the roof that I had. I did. A few weeks later I received a call from Norma at PRS to schedule a time for the repair of our "leak." When I again explained the situation she said that my paperwork was in her pile to schedule repairs and she would have to check on it and would call me back. Of course I never heard from her. The BBB had finally received a response from PRS stating that they sent someone to the house who inspected the roof and found no leaks. My warranty runs out next year and I can only imagine the hassle I will have if I am unfortunate enough to have a leak. Do not use PRS in Las Vegas. read more

PRS came out to give us a quote to fix the roof, we signed a contract and we never heard from them again. We had to constantly follow up to find out when they were coming and they kept giving us the run around and pushing us back. We were never important or a priority.
