My family and I are completely disappointed by the services we received by this business. We will never purchase a vehicle here again due to the lack of business ethics received and misleading information received during the initial sale and while trying to receive continuous resolution. Not only were we not informed that the vehicle was in a previous accident, but we were misinformed of the type of back seat the vehicle provided. After noticing this within a matter of only a couple of weeks after purchase, we confronted the business and it took them 3 months to get back to us with an alleged resolution that was supposed to be in our favour due to the circumstances. Mind you, we needed this type of seat, as informed to us, due to our newly born child and the various trips we'd be having within the following years. We were informed that they would work with us to either replace the seat or make a deal on another vehicle- only to find out that they were trying to mislead us again into purchasing a 30,000 dollar 2015 car with a 5,000 dollar plus loss on the previous vehicle. Talk about deceiving qualities. In addition, we were informed that if it were to come to the point that we needed to replace the vehicle, we would not take a hit on the current vehicle as we obviously needed a vehicle to drive and since it was their fault, we wouldn't lose value during the "trade." Long story short, we even informed the business manager about said employee and lack of business ethics that even up to the final scheming offer, alleged we were liars about the original sale. We confronted the manager via email, received no response, and when we called to inform of the incident, nothing was done for us. Clearly, the staff (or at least the few we dealt with), lack quality customer service and honest business ethics. If you want to purchase a vehicle, we recommend you go elsewhere. Even if you have to drive out of town, we'd hope you have a better experience than we had. Good luck on your search. read more
