We drove into the complex and walked into the leasing office where we were greeted by Becca and Shauna.

I only giving it a 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. I lived there for a year…read moreand I couldn't wait to get out of there rodents, crickets, grasshoppers in my apartment. Pest control finally came out and set traps and told them what they needed to do but they did none of it before I moved out. It was supposed to be a senior complex but it turned into some of everything. Tenants items started to come up missing. Now I don't who or whom did it but things were missing. I know people love pets but my goodness, then didn't do well at cleaning up behind their OWN pets. Pet hair left in the washers and dryers. They would wash their pet items in the washers and dryers. Heck, I got fleas or maybe bedbugs bites, I don't know which is which because I have never dealt with either one of them before. I do know that I through my comforter away. Some tenants expected maintenance to clean up THEIR dog urine and feces when they are looking at their dog doing this. The rodents got in my bed. I went through 4 air mattresses. I didn't buy an actual bed in fear of it being a total loss. I was over charged in rent. I was supposed to pay $1499 and I'm just going to be truthful, my rent was padded. The manager at the time charged $1929.00 in rent when id.gov told her to charge less. It was a lot more going on there by other managers but I'll tell that in court. I lived in a studio apartment and I was charged more than a one bedroom. I tried to write corporate but the packet came back. I have of that I speak of. Have you notice, the owner does put their name on the reviews? I have tried and tried to communicate with them but I can not reach them. Maybe the court system can or maybe they will respond through here. I want my overpayment back the cost for my 4 air mattresses.

Friendly neighbors Lots of parking if you have more than one car If you're an active person, the Iron Horse Trail is accessible from the parking lot. Maintenance crew (Rafael and Angel) are top notch Cons: Leasing office is not responsive. When we moved in there was Tanya. She was amazing and easy to communicate with. Given what the rent prices are, upkeep of the complex could be better and not look so dated or have trash laying around. Move out process: MONITOR THE PROCESS carefully. We received no final invoice after moving out. They blamed the postal system for not delivering it to our forwarding address. I suggest they use a different method like FedEx or UPS for important paperwork. What we did receive was a 10 day letter to pay the balance we owed. Even after physically handing the check to the manager, David, and assured we were settled, they sent us to a collections agency. I had to use my own time to follow-up and deal with resolving the process. Calling the leasing office was near impossible as the phone line always dropped because they use an AI bot. Sangeeta was always defensive in her tone when I tried to explain my frustration. Corporate has been notified of the team running the office. If you choose to live here, don't let this happen to you when you move out.

The 2 stars is for what's happening around the property. People's packages getting stolen, cars are getting broken into. I heard one of the neighbors got broken into through their smart lock. I'd rather have the old school double locks since people can hack into our smart locks. We need security circling our property. I've never seen security around. I no longer feel safe living here with my son. Can't even open my windows throughout the day because someone is always smoking weed and my son has bad asthma. Even when my son is playing at the playground the weed smell is so strong. There's cigarette butts everywhere it's disgusting. People aren't picking up after their dogs poo everywhere. There's always a pool party going on no seats available. I made sure to bring my own folding chair the last time I went to the pool. The type of people that have been moving in have no common courtesy. It's sad this place used to be a safe and fun place for kids. This place is becoming ghetto like Muirlands Apartments next door. That's known as the ghetto in San Ramon. They need to have security walking around the property throughout the day every day for our safety.

BEWARE!!! Monthly…read morerent increased by nearly $500 in 3 years! That is an increment of nearly $5,500 - $6,000 per year! Additionally, the utility charge was a flat $95 until last year. This year, during lease renewal, they added a term called "a more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge." Who would think that this means they are going to increase the utility charge by 120%? According to them, a "more fair and equitable method of calculating utility charge" means increasing it from $95 to $210. The apartment next to mine has been vacant for nearly a year. I have seen 4-5 different tenants in that apartment over the past 3 years. I hope you understand. So, I strongly recommend: BEWARE before you move in here. I'm paying the price for my laziness.
