I went in tonight for a shellac/gel mani and pedi and had another good experience. Great customer service, extremely accommodating- they even stayed open late once to finish a mani/pedi so I could come in after work. I've been very happy each time I've been, especially because they're always busy, but never "rush." They do quality shellac/gel too. Great place, nice people. read more

Not the best place I have gone, but they fixed my moms toe nail polish that was messed up from a different place. And they did a pretty good fill on my acrylics. Polish turned out great and I brought my own nail jewels to use. They were happy to put them on my nails and my toes to keep the design the same. One of the better places that I have gone in Yakima, but I can't wait to go home where my nail stylist is. read more

I have always loved them. They are super friendly and try really hard to make sure your nails are exactly what you want. I take in a photo of a design I want and she tries to best to make it as close as possible. I get the gels and they last over 3 weeks! read more

I came here around 2:30-3pm on a Wednesday and it was pretty busy with manicures. I wanted a plain pedicure which is $25. I waited while the gal gave the person next to me a pedicure. I think I waited about 15-20 minutes, needless to say the water was cold! But I let that slide, she gave me a great, simple pedicure and then had one of the other girls paint my toes. They don't use a base coat which is odd. When I went to pay it came to $25.50 (.50 cent charge for a credit card fee) I had $5 cash so in the tip line I wrote $0.00 and the total $25.50. I gave the main gal $5 cash and went on my way. The next day I noticed they charged me $5! They gave themselves a 20% tip...I might go back to give them a second chance but BE CAREFUL!! read more

This was the absolute WORST experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I called in to see if they had openings. She said yes, she was free. I got there less than 5 minutes after my phone call. Every single employee was in the middle of a service. 2 employees were in the corner eating pizza. I was told to sit down at a pedicure chair that was already filled with water that was cold. There were no blue salts in the water. I was not asked if the water was OK. I had a bruise on my shin from a previous injury and i asked her not to massage the top of my shin. She then continued to only massage that spot. So I sat through excruciating pain as she rushed through my pedicure that only took her about 15 minutes because she DID NOT CARE. When she was finished, she then asked me to leave the chair and go sit in the drying booth crammed next to 2 other people. When she asked me to move, she couldn't even move her cart out of my way so I could get out from between the chairs. On top of that, I went to use the restroom and there was a huge sign that said "no public restroom". Sorry, I had to go. So i did. When i came out, 2 people were waiting to rinse their hands. Come on! You dont even have a restroom for your guests!? I payed the 25$ for the worst experience of my life and I got out of there as soon as i could. Needless to say my feet look terrible. read more

I had Acrylic Nails done and also a pedicure for the first time, and I am 50 years old (ya I know, I can't believe it either). I had been searching and searching for a place to go, because all the places I had been to before were horrible (there were alot of places I tried). My mom and sister had visited Pronails and told me about it, so I gave it a shot. It was AWESOME! They did my nails the way I wanted them, and my pedicure was awesome too. By far is this the best place yet and so clean, I'm going back this morning, and I can't wait. :) read more

Absolute worst experience I've had. If you're thinking of going, be prepared for crappy service and for them to scam you out of money! My sister called ahead and booked an appointment, seeing as it was her wedding day and she wanted to be sure to get it done with time for the other things we still had to do We had our appointment for 9:30 and it took until well after 10 for our party of 5 to even get seated. Employees bounced from customer to customer constantly. My pedicure was fine. Not the best but not bad. I asked for a full mani-pedi but they must have misunderstood when I said I wanted just polish, no acrylics. They had me sit for my toes to dry and painted my fingernails there. Which was fine. I knew my nails would be messed up days later from work anyway. But my nails were messed up before even leaving the shop! My sister got French tips done and again her pedicure was fine. But they didn't apply on her fingernails right. She had hard, sharp globs of shellac on her nails. But considering how long we had already been there, she didn't want to have them fix it, we were already behind schedule. I paid the amount we were charged, and rounded up by about $3, I don't like to not leave a tip but I wasn't going to leave anything larger. For one I couldn't afford it, they charged more than I anticipated in the first place, and two I didn't think they did anything worth a tip. A couple days later, I looked at my bank record and someone messed with my receipt to give themselves a better tip! read more

We LOVE this place. Tina, the owner, has been so amazing to us going out of her way to help us. We live in Arizona and we called to get a gift certificate for our mom, and she DELIVERED IT at mom's house! not only once but twice! Once for Mother's Day and once for her birthday. Where do you see that? She was so nice, and when mom got her manicure and pedicure, she was soo happy that she doesn't want to go anywhere else now. Great service with very friendly staff. Prices reasonable and No wait for the pedicure. Results were awesome. I will be back.

I'm only giving a three star and that is being generous. We received two pedi and one mani. My polish came off within the week my granddaughters flower came off her toes and my daughters French tip smeared. We were heading out of town so we couldn't get them redone. We asked if it was a long wait and was told no be right with you, we waited 30 minutes we should of left. I know they were very busy and we felt that they were just starting to hurry. I've been there before and they've done an excellent job. My granddaughter loved her flower. read more

My first and last visit to Pro Nails was 7/19/2013. Not exactly sure what was going on, but I was totally ignored and received a LONG foot bath and then got my nails polished. I certainly did not get a pedicure. My friend, who joined me 15 minutes late for our appointment got her cuticles trimmed and nails polished before I did, even though I had been soaking the whole time before she arrived. She was so angry at the way I was treated that she will never go back either. I did nothing to deserve this lack of service unless I answered a question incorrectly or did not answer at all because of their lack of English. I've had better but I've also had worse. When me and a few friends came in for a full set, they seemed rushed which was understandable since they had quite a few people come in after us. But, almost all of us had crooked nails! It wasn't super bad but it wasn't a great experience. read more
