We unfortunately had a pipe burst in one our bathrooms, the good news is we had a friend in the family who is a plumber so we was able to help us with the problem. Bad news is all of the water seeped into the walls of our bedroom next door!! I was so overwhelmed and stressed out to have to pay for yet another problem. We could have mold if left untreated so our plumber referred me to pds. After speaking with the manager within 2 hours he sent over a crew! I was impressed with the fast response! No formal notice of work ever given for work needed to be done. Dates constantly pushed. Endless excuses and frustration. When I first met these people, I was told I had 30 minutes to leave my room. I rightly and swiftly replied that I'd be taking as long as I need. I was greeted with rudeness followed up with clumsy fake smiles and false sympathy while waiting through clear unprofessionalism, laziness, and perhaps even deeper shady interests. If you can, do your best, to avoid these people. If you have to work with them, document everything, watch them like a hawk, and complain until they work. read more

Slow workers. Shady business. Naz goes/estimates way beyond than necessary. They will tear down all the floors and walls, and take over 1 month to clean up the mess. When they finish construction, they lock the door of our property so we can not come in, which they are not supposed to. They do not give us a notice or heads-up when they come over or leave. From day one, we got along, he listened carefully and meticulously and gave his professional opinion and the whole time considered our budget! He is experienced and has impeccable taste. He started the job on time and finished in the three weeks as promised. His crew led by "Willie" took the time to move everything out without a scratch and then proceeded to completely seal off the kitchen with gigantic plastic walls (which stayed on until the end) to protect the rest of the house from dust. The crew was professional, timely, and were experienced in their respective duties. They even cleaned up on a daily basis before leaving -- how rare is that?!!!
