    LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE. My utilities at park manor apartments have been shut off for more than a week. They refused to give me a discount on my rent. Nobody is ever in the office. I was told to leave if I was unhappy even though I pay my rent on time every month.

    Most unprofessional Property management company I have dealt with in LA. Ive lived in their complex for 4 years. The elevator has broken down multiple times. I was stuck in there one time two months ago. It currently has been broken for two weeks. I contacted the company and was looped in with the CFO JODI STANCAMIANO. I asked when will these things be fixed and since we're paying so much money, are we going to get any concessions considering we're paying on our end, but they are not complying on their end. This is her response: Feel free to make your voice heard. We in no way want to stop you. No, there will not be any concessions. And if you would like, we would gladly accept your notice to vacate. You can move any time, without penalty. No advance notice needed. If I had a client that spent over $100k with me for four years with zero problems- this would not be my response. Ive hired thousands of contractors and would never handle a client like this. Garage gate has been broken for weeks with no repair in site. They promised that they would have patrolling police/security while its broken. There has not been anyone. I have seen random stragglers in the parking garage. They also keep raising the rent 6% annually. I pay a grand more per month since I moved here. I am planning on moving pretty soon. Ive already talked to City compliance for elevators safety and filed a formal complaint. Rarely do I leave bad reviews, but this place deserves one.

    My husband and I moved in to Laurel Terrace located in 173rd Street in Lawndale back in 2021. It was our very first apartment together and it was the worse experience ever. When we first moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned, the stove was disgustingly dirty, carpet had stains, walls looked dirty etc. Kyle Lipps and Shelley were very nice and responsive to our needs. A few months passed and things just started going downhill. We had to take showers in cold water because the boiler stopped working in the complex and the roof was leaking due to heavy rains. This is where the nightmare started. Shelley and Kyle were no longer in charge of the property and we had all kinds of different managers. I can't even recall their names. The roof never got fixed so that the leaking would stop, they would just come repair it from the inside. We contacted Larissa Gilbert many times since she was the manager portfolio in charge, and she was nice and responsive. Sometimes it did take some time for her to respond to emails and calls but she would respond. Long story short, I did not want to deal with the leaking roof much longer and we moved out July 27th and gave back the keys on July 31st. I was told by Larissa, my deposit would be given back 21 days later. It has now been a month since and no deposit has been received. So I called PMA, and emailed Larissa, and I come to find there is a new manager for the complex. I understand that it isn't their fault fully, but their lack of professionalism in returning my deposit is truly infuriating. I was never late with my rent payment, I left the unit in better condition than they even gave it to me. I just hope that Mr. Stephen Dow who is the new manager in charge, helps me with getting me my deposit back. I would never rent a property being managed by this company nor would recommend it to anyone.

    As a prospective tenant i dodged a bullet by not renting with this company. Jodi Stancampiano is a miserable woman who can't take constructive criticism. When the property manager says to call her to discuss further she refuses. What's the point of him stating that in the email if she doesn't want to discuss? Make it make sense because her attitude was not it. I would not want to deal with her or live in a building that is being managed by a company that employs people like her. If she doesn't want to deal with people then she needs to find a new job.
