Frank is absolutely excellent. He originally did asbestos testing for my popcorn ceiling back in 2023, and when I was finally ready to move forward December 2025 with having the popcorn ceiling removed by an asbestos abatement company, I reached out to Frank again to see if he would be available for an air clearance test and to inspect a transite pipe I had removed from my attic. Frank responded immediately and was incredibly professional. He coordinated directly with the abatement company, took the lead on scheduling, and ensured everything was handled properly. We need to do asbestos testing. I did some research to educate myself before I contacted several companies. They all tell me something different than what I already knew. Some companies have good rating but I cannot find their certification for asbestos testing. Some of them gave me a price which is pretty high but don't even including sample testing. Great price and very informational company. We hired Frank to conduct testing for our home due to the Eaton fire. Turnaround time to schedule testing was quick, but the follow up process could use some work. We were told we'd have results in 1-2 business days intially, then were told we'd have answers sooner. We called Frank many times on the 2nd business day and no answer at all. On the 3rd business day, we received an email with results. You can imagine our eagerness to return home as we were staying at a hotel for nearly a month. I was communicating with Frank on a very regular basis as I knew nothing about this situation and needed plenty of guidance. After he reviewed my test report on my 1947 bathroom, it turned out that I didn't have the Levels of lead in my tile required abatement, so I was to cancel all work scheduled which involved another company as well . Frank is an angel. Allow me to explain. We're scheduled to start a roof replacement in four days. During an inspection of our circa-1940 home's attic, the area around an asbestos pipe was identified as the source of a major leak into my daughter's room. The pipe extends from the floor of our hall closet through the roof. I called Frank and asked for a referral for an abatement contractor. He explained that if I'd asked him to test the pipe, he could not refer me, as it would constitute a conflict of interest. Since I wasn't hiring him to test the pipe, he encouraged me to text him the photos to confirm the pipe was asbestos. Then he referred me to an affordable contractor. I cannot speak more highly about Frank or Geronimo (his employee). From the early stages of doing research on asbestos removal and opting to do testing before any actual abatement occurred, I found Frank. First of all, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU GET A TESTER ANY TIME YOU HAVE ABATEMENT WORK DONE. I see countless reviews of people praising abatement companies for showing up on time, offering a reasonable bid, and "seemingly" doing the work correctly. Let me tell you - there is NO WAY you can confirm the accuracy of the work without a tester. When dealing with asbestos, do you really want to take the word of an abatement company? Frank works independently. He does not provide referrals for this exact reason. How can you trust anyone when they are working directly with a buddy? You can't. You want an UNBIASED PARTY that does thorough work. Before we hired an abatement company, Frank came to meet my husband and I with Geronimo. He answered every question I had. Then they performed the testing. A few days later we received the results and went on to hire an abatement company. While Frank will not offer referrals, if you go to him with names of companies he will tell you his experience with their work. Next we hired an abatement company, had the work done and had Geronimo come to make sure the work was done accurately. Guess what? It wasn't. We had to have the abatement company return to finish proper cleaning. This was a REPUTABLE, FIVE STAR YELP COMPANY, MIND YOU. Now, I still thought they did do a great job and most abatement companies will likely have "small" issues after - which is why having testers there to ensure the work is done to STANDARD is important. Especially when your health could be impacted. Frank is fair with his pricing and he is very thorough with information. Geronimo is also great with his work and so personable. I adore them both and although I really don't want to ever have to do asbestos testing again, they will be my FIRST CALL when I get my popcorn ceilings done in the future. read more

OK, I considered grabbing some samples and sending them to a lab myself, but the results probably wouldn't have satisfied my HOA. Not official enough. It usually doesn't pay to do things like asbestos testing on the cheap. Frank and his Tech were excellent. They set the date and time (within half an hour). The Tech that showed up actually called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and got all the samples in 15 minutes. Frank called the next day with the results and emailed them within 24 hours as promised. Best of all: NO ASBESTOS! The popcorn ceiling can now come down as scheduled. This was a great experience.
