I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. It eventually ended with a final invoice that included an exorbitant change order amount, the price of which was never discussed with me beforehand. My attempts to question the change order were met with threats of putting a lien on my house. If you don't want to be in a situation where, after long delays, your project ends up costing way more than the estimate or you end up with a lien on your house, stay away from this dishonest business.

We hired a general contractor who decided that 40% through the first bathroom they would just walk off the job because we made them fix their mistakes (go figure). In an emergency we came to Robert Hinton at Granite & Tile Outlet II. Robert came in and evaluated the situation. We were able to find a subcontractor to help finish the cabinets and Robert helped with the countertop in the guest bath. We were eventually able to finish the guest bath and Robert and crew did a lot of the work in the Master bath. Robert's crews demoed our bathroom, transformed the old tub/shower into a walk-in shower, did all the new floor tiles and the vanity countertops. Even the shower doors turned out great. We worked great with other subcontractors we found for paint, electrical, and cabinets. We could not have done it without him. Not to mention, but he did all the work within our budget too! They referred us to the manufacturer, I called the manufacturer who sent out an independent inspector. He said the reason the floor is buckling is because the contractors did not leave room for expansion, so the flooring is buckling. The invoice says 1 yr labor warranty, because of this they will not fix our floor. The only reason our floors are buckling is because of the way it was installed. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.
