This is my go-to place for anything mechanical. In my old truck I had to have the fuel pump replaced and they did a great job. Now I always go here for inspections. But be sure to call before going for an inspection as there are some days they do not do them. They also do not do them when it's raining so plan ahead. I don't have pictures to share, BUT their service was amazing. The entire staff is respectful and happy to help in any way they can. I am happy to have found this place so close to home. I thought I was going to be waiting for a long time, but didn't. I had taken our truck, 2020 chevy silverado to Mak Haik Chevy on Katy fwy to find out why this new truck died on us while in a trip to Austin back on 2021. They found the starter had died and had it replaced. Prosperity Auto Service found that the bolts around the starter were very loose and that's why the truck yet again died on us. read more

Went to get the engine fix. When i picked up the car, the steering wheel was no longer in alignment, it was leaning to the left. An expensive car charger has disappeared aka it was stolen. I was looking for a good reputable shop to do some work on my Nissan 370z. A second opinion was needed after my vehicle was misfiring in cylinder 6 causing hesitation while accelerating, shaking and poor fuel economy. A buddy of mine could not find the source of the issue. Needless to say, I came to the right place. As I just work down the street, I was out for lunch one day and stopped in for a quick estimate. The prices were beyond fair and the hospitality by the service writer/tech Omar, was never endless. I was quoted 2x as much at another shop versus what Prosperity charged me. Omar and I setup a time last Tuesday for me to come in and they started diagnosing right away. Shortly after I left (est. 45 mins) I received a text on my iPhone saying she was ready to be picked up! Even got my long awaited State inspection done. The P0306 code was a faulty coil pack and a bad ground wire. My Nissan 370z now drives better than ever. Thank you Omar, I'll be back! read more

I called this company on a Monday to find out if they could install an alternator that I bought, they said they could. I explained to them that I would have to have my truck towed to them because it wasn't starting at all. The only thing he told me was to call him to let him know when it would be delivered to the shop. I called him as he requested and asked him if I could pay him over the phone when he was done with it. my insurance company to have my truck towed to them then called them back to let them know when it should arrive and to find out if I could make the payment over the phone when they were done. He said that they didn't accept payment over so I didn't take my lunch at work in order to pick up my daughter then my truck. My truck was dropped off at 11:30 am and showed up at the shop 30 minutes before they closed. I waited all day and didn't hear anything from them. When I got there I saw my truck with the hood up. I was thinking ok, maybe they are just finishing up. I went inside to ask them how much longer it would be, they told me they didn't even start on it and they couldn't get to it until the following morning. I asked them why they didn't call me and tell me this. All he said was sorry. I explained to him that I need my truck for the next day and again all he said was sorry. I did my research on how long it would take to install the alternator since I had already bought it. An hour and a half at the most and it only takes a minute to call someone to let them know what is going on. The more he apologized for not calling me or working on my truck the angrier I was getting. I told them that if they couldn't work on it that same day they should have told me so I could have made other arrangements. So not only did my daughter have to miss work the next day because I work an hour away from home but I had to pay for towing once again to take it to another shop. When I had the towing company pick up my truck again they couldn't get my truck started. When the second auto repair shop worked on it the following day they found that my truck's kill switch had been cut not disconnected but cut! The previous Sunday my truck started long enough for me to get my window up but not long enough for me to take it to a mechanic that's why I had it towed. Since it started on Sunday and couldn't be started on Monday after I told this repair company to take my truck out of their garage, the only conclusion I have is that they cut the kill switch. I will never take my truck there again and I'm warning anyone that is thinking about taking their vehicle there I would highly suggest you DON'T! If I could give them a -5 out of 5 stars trust me I would because they certainly don't deserve a 1 out of 5! read more

The side of my car was torn up and my side mirror was completely smashed. I brought my car in, and it was fixed within a matter of days. The staff is always friendly, they even returned my car cleaner than I gave it to them. Also came back to get my car inspected, the service was incredibly fast. Ask for Omar or Walter! read more

Went in for an oil change using a groupon. They took my car immediately and was finished within 45 minutes. They did a quick assessment of the car too to check for anything. I did have to pay a little extra for the filter but was told that ahead of time. read more

My wife went in to get an oil change. The only light that was on was the light indicating that the vehicle needed an oil change. When she got in the car to leave there was a check engine light on. When she brought it to their attention they accused her of lying and said the check engine light was on when she got there. They said if they checked the light they would charge her for the diagnostic test. Don't go here! read more
