Today was my first visit to this salon. The person who did my pedicure did an ok job, the message felt wonderful but I wanted a design and showed a pic, she clearly did not pay attention to what it was was supposed to look like. The salon is very cramped and loud. They had a TV on, granted it was on the Food Network Channel, I prefer soft relaxing music. This salon is not what I look for when wanting to relax and get pampered. read more

Billy and his team are excellent! We've been coming here for years and the quality of service is top notch. They take their time on my nails and i never have to wait very long if i come in without an appointment. Everyone is always so friendly. They also offer a stamp card which is nice bc once it's filled you get $10 off. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area. read more

First time at this salon, I would not recommend it. We were not greeted, stood around awkwardly before someone told us to pick our color. The girl who did my pedicure was rough. The scrubbing was too hard and she cut my cuticles very painfully. They offer paraffin with the lowest pedicure package which was nice considering most places only paint your nails for the same price. When I paid, the man doing the transaction was on the phone and did not say anything to us as we were leaving. Not terrible but you get what you pay for. Customer service was not so great. Was hoping to find a new pedi spot but this was a little out of my way, not worth the drive. Won't be coming back. read more

Although I only had my nails done a few days ago, I'm having to get them re-done because they look like Scrabble tiles glued to my fingertips and no 2 were shaped the same.Worst nail job I've ever had. read more

I had the best pedicure done by Lily! She was very thorough with my toes and did a fabulous job. She gave me a 20 minute massage. I highly recommend the basic pedicure as it offers paraffin wax for only $23. What an amazing deal!!!!! This place was very clean and well kept. I will definitely be coming back. :) read more

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty, Germy, Germy, Germy! The only one that does nails good is Billy. With that being said, after I had been coming for close to a year. This guy suddenly has a problem with getting me a clean towel. The towel had all kinds of stains on it and it was dirty. I asked for a clean towel. He tried to convince me that this germy, stained towel was clean with stains. I refused to get my nails done with that nasty towel. Reluctantly he went and got another towel. And did a lousy job on my nails for the first time. I returned the next day with lifted nails. He repaired them with an attitude because he wanted me to come back in a few days but I work too, so I didn't have time. After this I was done with the nail shops in Roseville, Oh and they charge according to the length of your nails, which is ridiculous and a scam. I do not want a reply from your brother in law (the owner) or any one else from this shop. And before you write your pathetic response stating that this is an opinion of the customer, this is also my opinion, You can offer $10.00 off or whatever other pathetic offer you have. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS SHOP. One star is one too many for these germ transporters. read more

Went there for the first and only time. Manicure was done by Peter. He's really friendly and has a good sense of humor. Unfortunately the quality of the manicure was not good. I have two cuts on two fingers from the nail file. My nails were filed down way too short. I had to point out a few times that many of the nails were filed slanted at an angle. He tried to correct some of them but they were still not straight so I fixed them myself when I got home. Even the nail polish is uneven, some on skin and cuticle area. I saw so many great reviews which is why I came here so I was extremely surprised and disappointed at the results. read more

Update: I was contacted by the owner after my review and he told me to come in and they would make my nails the way I wanted them. Billy redid them and did an awesome job! They were very apologetic about my first experience and did everything to make it better! I will go back again. read more

I took my teenage daughter and her friend there yesterday and not only was the wax very hot, but they cut my daughter's finger. Really good! I paid 35 bucks for a pedicure, the most expensive one they offer, (cheaper available) and they massaged my legs for 30 minutes! Very nice people. Plus they gave me 10% off. Was looking for a nail shop near my house for my daughter to have a fill done. I called early in the day and got a quote for $20 for the fill. When we arrived the place was super packed which I thought wow this place must be really good! However they set us up with a technician who was super unfriendly and seemed to not want to be there to do her job. When I went up to pay the receptionist asked a different technician how much for our service. She said $25. I told the receptionist your sign says $20 for a fill and I was quoted $20 over the phone. She asked the technician and I was told it was an extra $5 for the French tip. I told her we walked in with that French tip it was literally just a fill nothing else was done! She then came up with a completely different reason for the $5 extra charge. I didn't want to sit there and argue as there was a line to pay but I will never be returning here. When we got home my daughters pinky fingers were bleeding and I told her if that ever happens again you ask them to STOP! I don't mind paying a little more money for good service, this was a horrible first and last experience. read more

Awful. I look down and all of a sudden my acrylics were filed WAY down from the length they were cut. The thickness of the powder on my nails is extremely uneven and lumpy. Now that I have seen them in the light, the polish is so thin that it definitely needed to have at least a 3rd coat. Extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning to this establishment. I would not even go back for them to fix the horrible job they did on my full. On top of the poor job on my acrylics, the salon is quite dirty. Old drinks lying around everywhere, small bugs flying throughout the salon, dusty tables and tools just sitting in an uncovered container of cleaning solution. read more

My experience at pro top nails was amazing, the quality of their manicures were amazinf, and my daughters and I loves them! One of the nail artists, Quin, was so amazing!
