I also enrolled in the alignment for life program (as long as you get 2 alignments, the program pays for itself). I went another time to see if I needed a new headlight, or new wires. The guy at the front came out to look at the car and gave us some advice even though he was not the technician. These guys are always really nice.

I was very disappointed, so I turned went down here to this jiffy lube and had a total 360 service . They replaced my bulb in like 5 mins , everyone was professional and the manager kristy also went even further and checked my engine light codes for me and gave me a tune up quote I asked for . That morning the check engine light came on again. Then they replaced the catallyric converter, the clock spring, the valve cover gasket, and pcv valve. Apparently none of this was discovered the first time I brought it in. This was on a Friday then over the weekend it started making a tapping noise. I brought it in Monday and they told me now the transmission needs to be replaced. Again this was not discovered either of the two times I brought the car in within two and an half weeks.Every time you have service done shortly afterwards another problem arises. They took me for $2700. I will never go back here and I'm selling the car basically for scrap and getting an electric car.

Cordell was the FIRST person to EVER ask me about getting my cabin air filter changed out. I've never had it changed since I owned the car, so I thought why not! Long story short, he ended up having to take apart my entire glove box. We figured out the issue together by me looking up a video to make it easier for him. I did that because I wanted to. I wasn't trying to undermine his knowledge, & I let him know that. All that to say, the factory screws were still in place showing it has never been changed. He also stated that mice were living in there at one point. Thankfully it was an old nest! Anyways, I highly recommend this location, and I hope everyone gets Cordell!! Btw, Cordell needs a RAISE!!! I was very impressed and all of the staff I interacted with very helpful considering I was very stressed and knew nothing of what to do.
