I needed help with my husband's and my account because I was fraudulently charged for a service and I accidentally gave the company sensitive information that could lead to identity theft ontop of being charged for a form that is free. We worked with Edlin from the Blossom Hill branch. I cannot stress how helpful and professional Edlin was throughout the entire process. From the beginning to the end, she kept us informed and updated. I also believe that she lobbied for the best interest rate that we could get. It was by far better than the competition nearby. Our transaction was relatively complex. We needed to purchase a car in cash, 90 minutes away from the branch, and then refinance it to get our money out of the car. Because there were so many steps that involved the DMV and the sellers, the transaction took a good three months or so. However, for the entire three months or so, Edlin was on top of our file. She emailed updates whenever a step took place and also gave us instructions for the next steps. 1. TechCU is peddling outright lies. For e.g. Neeraja M. says I was given my bank statements dating back to 05/2022. I still do not have it. Despite being disabled, I went to their first st. branch on 7/11/25and asked for it, and was refused. How can Neeraja make a brazen statement when she was not even there, nor has she met me in person ever 2. TechCu does not dispute that they wasted my 1 hour on 7/11/25 for a service I confirmed in advance with Diana Dizon that would be provide to me, and then after 1 hour of probing into my personal stuff, they denied the previously confirmed service 3. The fact that TechCU Neeraja is suggesting that I close my account, speaks for itself in that they are trying to weed out minority low income customers, a blatant act of discrimination, notwithstanding their denial. Actions speak louder than words. TechCU has fallen from its grace and has forgotten why they exist (no longer is customer service is paramont). It is whats' in it for TechCU read more

Demetrio is a very nice rep but other than that dealing with this Credit Union is a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them. Other than him their other staff and back office are extremely rude and inconsiderate. There are much better credit unions and banks out there to give your business to. While I have been a member of Tech C.U. for close to 15 years, this is my first review of this great Credit Union. This week I happened to need a unique, special savings account set up and I was helped by Ashley Bojorquez who very efficiently organized all the details and got it all handled quickly and professionally. Her relaxed and friendly manner made me feel comfortable that this unique account would be setup properly and I would have no worries or problems.. I have always been a member of a 'Credit Union' starting as a teenager over 50 years ago and they have always been able to handle any 'banking' requirements that I needed to have done since they always work better for their members.. read more

TechCU does not seem to have the same level of customer service as they did when I joined many years ago. The staff at the branch seem to be equivalent to working with the ATM, as they do not have answers and seem to be kept in the dark by upper management not located on site. There is no one at the branch that could provide the assistance I needed during my last visit. Even when calling the corporate number, they had few answers and could not connect me with anyone with the ability to assist me with my request. I might as well go back to one of the traditional banks which are now providing personal service with a better understanding of what is available to make more of an impact with my money. I did not feel like the staff at the Blossom Hill branch wanted or needed my business. read more

Often Christian Le greats me by name with a big smile and handles all of my transactions swiftly, accurately, and with an attitude that seemed like he really enjoyed helping solve my issues. My most recent issue was with the new log in procedures and I was impressed with his knowledge of the new procedures and how to work with them effectively. I had 90% of my checking and savings account stolen by an unauthorized ACH transfer. I have followed every step that TechCU requires to have them return my stolen money. I have received denial letters three times, with a different denial reason every time, all with the subtext that I did the ACH transfer despite malicious IP addresses showing in my history and me not having an account at the bank they say my money was sent to. THEY DO NOT PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY INVESTIGATE FRAUD. Close your account and go to an institution that you trust. I was a customer of theirs for more than 25 years. What they have done is shameful. read more

I've been a Tech Cu member for several years and have always valued the support and service provided. More recently I needed assistance to transfer a custodial college account to my granddaughter who urgently needed the funds that day as she was purchasing her first car. It was almost closing time when she and my daughter arrived due to a longer commute with heavy traffic. Christian Le greeted us and shared we would need to set up a new account for her, determine type of funds to transfer, etc. advising it may take some time to complete.
