I made a reservation here since we had never been, it wasn't busy when we arrived and not fancy at all. I told the waitress it was our first time there. She explained all of their beverages, we loved the mango juice (no sugar needed). Then we went through the freshly stocked buffet as she described each and every item. Everything thing we tried was absolutely amazing, the taste, flavors, the cuts of meat, my bf said it was the best steak he's ever had and he is so very picky. Our other waiter, Kaycky was friendly, attentive and took our plates bringing us new silverware right away. Their collard greens are a delicious twist that I've never had before, I literally could eat them every day, the potato salad was delicious with chunks of fresh eggs, the yucca French fries were a nice touch, the varieties of beans and rice were plentiful. I seriously just love this place. Especially the fact that it's so centrally located to me. The food is world class and is so much flavor. I go once every few months for their buffet and it is definitely worth the money. Very friendly people inside working as well, although most of them don't speak very good English which could lead to some language barriers occasionally. It's always tempting to grab the first things you see (salads, rice, veggies). I made that mistake the first time, but not anymore!! The essentials: rice, beans, plantains, yucca. Meat buffet section - It changes, but I always go for the fried fish when they have it. Highly recommend their steak and bacon wrapped chicken-- you have to ask for these, they're in the back. Everything is very well seasoned! It is meat heaven with very limited vegetarian options. I always do pay by weight (instead of all you can eat). My meal ends up at $8 to $12. Service is super friendly. If you are eating in, pay at the counter by the door before you leave. FYI: if you do take-out, they will still weigh your meal with a plate. This was a great find! A little hole in the wall restaurant with a somewhat different take on rodizio. Instead of the servers coming around with the meat, you go up to the counter where they serve you what meats they have ready. And you can keep going up. Again and again... And again. Everything was cooked well and tasty. The staff was very friendly and if there was something we especially liked they let us know when more was ready. I searched high and low for a good Brazilian restaurant. Pruller didn't disappoint. They took time to explain the whole process to me and were nice enough to say if my "pay per pound" went over the buffet price, they would only charge me the buffet price. I paid per pound and got the buffet for my 15 year old son. I was completely stuffed after my plate and he struggled to get all his down because he was so full. The food was excellent. Tender & juicy meats, perfectly seasoned. We went to try the chicken hearts which they didn't have today but that just gives us a excuse to go back! It's a half hour drive from my house but the customer service was 10 stars, which always brings me back to a place! Parking was street parking but there were plenty of spots. Why did it take me so long to write a review for this place - guess I have been too busy getting food from here to think to write one! They have BBQ meats much later than any other Brazilian place around. The new owners and ambiance here has changed 200% for the better. The owners are very friendly and make themselves present. As the previous reviewer said - you are not coming here for a fancy date night or for a corporate dinner but yes you are coming here for an authentic experience that does not break your wallet but might break your stomach due to overeating! The food has always been fresh and flavorful no matter what time I come. Some Brazilian places in the area over salt their foods and use cheaper ingredients - not the case here! You can also get takeout with two different options - one you make your own and they weigh it or two they make it for you for a fixed price around $11 including the BBQ meat. They also deliver! Dining in $9.99 for all you can eat with BBQ is a crazy good price. They have a room towards the back that you can use for a private party that probably holds around 30 people and leads to a deck off the back. read more

The part I enjoy the best about this restaurant is that unlike many others the owner is there and doing all the work. He serves the food he cooks delivers and cleans. AYCE was just too much food, so I had takeout the second time. I think they have raised the takeout price. Given how good the food is, it is kind of surprising this place was empty both times. Lions and tigers and Brazilian steak - oh my! Had dinner at Pruller while in town for a meeting. As others have said, it's far, far, far better than the outside would lead you to believe. Super friendly staff, and the food -ah, the food. Everything was served buffet style. I learned a long time ago not to load up on salad, but I could not pass up beans and rice and a casserole-like dish that they called "corn soup." All were excellent. Then off to the main event: meat. On the buffet was very flavorful chicken and pork. Handcarved from skewers were excellent beef (several kinds!) and outstanding spicy sausage. Yes, I had seconds of each, and only fear of a food coma kept me from going back for more. And did I mention the meal cost $12.99? Really good food and incredible value! This is a very funky place to eat but I have to say that I would highly recommend it. For the price, it is unreal. The place is run by some Brazilians and most of the patrons are Brazilians as well. I was the lone wolf guy in there on a lonely business trip. I had to choose to stay and have all-you-can-eat for 12 bucks or have a giant take-out order. Everything looked so good I decided to stay even though I HATE being the table for one. I had steak, it was really good, I asked for a second helping that was more rare and the salted outer crust was really good. I had all the sides, rice, beans,etc and all were super tasty. If you are in this area and don't mind a little funk, try this out. Pruller, the owner kept making sure I was happy and even turned off the Brazilian TV show that was on (I was the last guy in the dining room) and put on some English shows for me, thanks for that. I will come back there for sure, if I lived in Marlborough I would be doing take-out from this place all the time. This is definitely a hidden gem in Marlborough! We found out about this place and came here for lunch on a Thursday. We have been to other high end Brazilian barbecue places so it was so surprising to hear that the all you can eat buffet here was only $15!! Other places are at least $30 so this was an amazing deal! The staff were all really friendly when we told them that this was our first time here. You start with a plate at the beginning of the line and you can get a salad, yuca fries, rice and beans, different sorts of pasta as well as meats you can grab yourself and then at the end you can ask for whatever type of meat you would like to have. They have sirloin, garlic beef, chicken wings, chicken hearts, mild and spicy sausages and more! I personally really enjoyed the sirloin and the garlic beef. The rice was also really delcious! The only gripe that I have about this place is the amount of seasoning they use in all their food. It was a little heavy handed on the salt for my taste, but I do tend to eat my food closer to the bland side. After my first plate it was hard to eat much more because of the sodium. It certainly made all the food really tasty, but it was just a little too much for me. If it was a little less salty I would give it 5 stars for sure! Other than that small preference, it's a really great place to eat at a great price with really nice people and a very casual atmosphere!
