I can't say enough about the workmanship and service that Sergey has provided for my family. Between 2020 and 2025, my family experienced several heartbreaking losses, with three family members passing away. During those difficult times, Sergey's expertise, compassion, and knowledge helped create a beautiful monument that truly honors my loved ones. It has been six years since the monument was created, and I still receive compliments on it to this day. Sergey also took the time to give me helpful maintenance tips to help preserve the monument for years to come. Although his business is based in Auburn and the monument is located in Stockton, after the passing of my nephew in October 2025, Sergey made the trip to personally add my nephew's name and picture to the monument. Since he noticed that I had carefully maintained it over the years, he even went the extra mile and darkened the lettering that had naturally faded -- at no additional charge. I had a great experience with PSM Monuments. They were professional, reasonably priced, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I live out of state, so after one initial face-to-face meeting, everything else was handled through email. The process was smooth and communication was excellent. One thing I was especially impressed with was their design work. I didn't have any professional photos of my mother--only a few personal pictures--but after I sent them what I had, they were able to create a beautiful, professional-looking portrait for the monument. It turned out better than I expected. Their designer also paid close attention to all the details I requested, including the placement of the photo, font style, sizing, and even the position of the flower vase. Everything felt very customized, yet they did not charge extra for these adjustments, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated their suggestion to place the gravestone on a raised base to help keep it clean from rain and dirt. I did not have to be present for the installation either, which was also helpful. I visited the cemetery at another day, and the monument looked great in person. Where do I begin. I reached out to PSM Monument back in December 2024. My daughter passed in August 2024. Sergey was the one who helped me since the beginning. The workers here are really nice and they got the job done as quickly as they could despite the challenges of working during the pandemic, California fires, rainstorm and windstorm and working with my family who took a while to give them all the necessary images and monument content. They patiently worked with us, made all our requested changes to their proofs and the best part is that the headstone that they created for my mom and dad is gorgeous. They seamlessly dealt with the cemetery on our behalf and I can now understand why the cemetery highly recommended them to my family. We just had the monument for my parents installed and it turned out so beautiful. The craftsmanship for the engraving was amazing and everyone that we worked with were so compassionate and accommodating. Even though there was more work involved in moving the current marker than anticipated, PSM didn't charge us more for the project.
