PSM was very helpful, and the finished monument is exactly what we wanted. The price was also fair. It is of course a difficult time, and we appreciate their professionalism.

My sister was shopping around on her phone and asked me to go over to PSM Monuments. Well, I was able to receive a larger stone at a lower price compared to the one at the cemetary. They ended up doing such a beautiful job and we're so pleasant to work with the entire time. They kept me informed and even let me know when the marker was placed. I really would give them more stars if I could. Thank you all so much for such a stellar job at such a great price.

Wow! PSM did an outstanding job on my son's Monument. In my opinion you don't have to shop around for this just get it done here I'm telling you with the stress of dealing with the loss of a loved one, and then finding someone you can trust to do the headstone is an added stress you won't have to deal with by using PSM. The quality was impeccable and the kindness and care they took with us was genuine and loving. 100% recommendation from our family.

    Headstone for my mom.

I am very pleased with the service that was performed during this difficult time. I recommend PSM Monuments and appreciate the communication and quality of their work.

my brother passed away in october 2021, but it wasn't until january i was able to begin the headstone assignment: his final tribute. this was due to the fact that i lived in oregon, and there much finalizing with an untimely event as this. i had a list of monument companies that were nearby the cemetery, and after visiting p.s.m.'s website as well as reading reviews, i was certain of my choice. i need to stress that this was also during the (ongoing) unfortunate time of "...shipping delays & employee churn..." due to the covid strains. there is so much experience in their business, understanding of the client's needs, and how that combination worked with me in achieving exactly what i wanted the monument to look like. it was so consistent: from the initial friendly phone call, to the price quote, and availability of the granite, to the expected completion date (which happened almost 2 months sooner!). they emailed mock-ups of the design i wanted, and made sure it was exactly how i wanted it to appear before applying it to the granite. they even sent me photos when it was installed at the cemetery. this was more than i could have hoped for in dealing with a company long distance. thanks, and much appreciation to sergey, natalie, lidiya, and the entire crew of p.s.m. mounuments in translating my brother's final tribute into a reality of love. i told them i would gladly write up a review for them. i only wish i could have written it earlier - when all was said & done - but i had medical issues that became a priority.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with PSM Monuments. We came in on 7/19/19 and had an idea of what we wanted. We took pictures of the book with pictures of cross and birds (& other symbols). We got a clear quote and paid half of it upfront. We were told it would take three months for the stone to arrive. At about three months we contacted Sergey about specifics of what we wanted. The picture we gave him wasn't the biggest or the best, but he changed the background and was somehow able to make it work. The picture was beautiful! He had a design a week or two later. We picked which design we liked. We went in to pay it in full the next Monday and it was installed that Friday! Right before the Thanksgiving holiday and all the other holidays. We are very happy and would recommend PSM monument to everyone we know!

The attendants who arrived to take care of my father were very polite, compassionate, and understanding helping me with my time of need. I also feel they were highly respectful in handling my dad. When visiting their location to make the actual arrangements, Michael Ford was also very kind and sympathetic. He was patient, only going as fast as I could handle answering the questions. It was a pretty smooth process and prior to moms passing we were able to go over all the pricing details with no pushy sales. It was straightforward. The only thing I was frustrated with and why I gave 4 stars was I felt they needed to speak directly with me. I had a family member being overzealous at the time . I was my mothers only child who was solely financially responsible for the entire process and had to speak up and tell the business "I don't want too many people's hands in the cookie jar" I told them they need to only let me make decisions and not family members just give a call here and there makings decisions, especially if they were not paying for anything. I needed to put boundaries on that. They listened. But I wish they would have done that from the very beginning. Other than that they were helpful and made things practically seamless. They have prices for all budgets too.

During such a sensitive and emotional time, her behavior was incredibly unprofessional and lacked basic compassion. She was impatient, dismissive, and even rolled her eyes while we were performing a cultural ritual to honor and say goodbye to our grandmother. We were delayed about 20 minutes because a few family members took a wrong turn, but during that time, we could have been given the opportunity to spend meaningful final moments with our loved one. Instead, that opportunity was taken from us. When we were finally allowed to view our grandmother, we were given only a few seconds, barely enough time to process the moment, while Lizzy counted down with her fingers. It felt rushed, cold, and deeply disrespectful. She then left immediately afterward, offering no support or understanding. This is a beautiful graveyard where our family members are laid to rest, and in the past, we've had directors who were kind, patient, and accommodating. That is why this experience was especially shocking. No grieving family should be treated with such insensitivity. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we experienced.

We went back and forth so many times about the online obituary, and it still isn't right. I asked for the correct link to the site so that I could share it with family and friends, and I still have not received a response from her. Her "bedside manner," for lack of a better term, leaves much to be desired. I didn't want to write this review before I had my loved one's remains in my possession, for fear of retaliation, ashes belonging to someone other than my mother, heck, I'm not even sure at this point if the ashes are in fact hers... I guess the upside is I purchased the service years ago for considerably less than what it would cost now, but then again, maybe this is a case of "you get what you pay for". An additional upside is that I will not have to deal with her again; whoever is tasked with my death, they might have to. The Neptune Society as a whole was friendly, professional, and sympathetic when my mother died, and I contacted them. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning. I received several calls after I had already made arrangements with one of the representatives. But after that, it seemed OK. I picked up my mother's remains today. Thankfully, I was able to do that without meeting with Carson. I don't plan to recommend the Neptune Society to anyone; it's disappointing and regrettable that this was the service I chose for my mother and me.

Everything else was there except for the rosary. I looked around and noticed that there were rosaries on other graves but I guess because mine wasn't plastic and had shiny crystals someone just had to have it. I bought that rosary from my church. People came from Bethlehem to sell things during mass that they made in the holy land and I bought it specifically for my parents' grave. I guess you can't even trust a Catholic cemetery. Just a warning: Do not put anything of sentimental value on the graves at this place. There are obviously thieves there happily looting the graves. Ridiculous. It could have been anyone: a patron visiting another grave, a person the cemetery hired from the outside, an employee, a groundskeeper. Who knows? You would think that theft wouldn't happen in a place like this. From now on I'm just putting fake flowers on the grave now that I know there are thieves that come to this place. What kind of person steals things off someone's grave? Just unbelievable. My parents deserve better.

Many of the them are well visited and the array of different memorials to look at is astounding and heartbreaking. My grandmother is buried under a nice tree in the back of the cemetery. I like that when we looked up her plot, they included her picture and obituary the family dedicated to her. Only complaint I have is that they picked the wrong obituary and we had to contact them to change it for us. They were very quick to revise and all is good. Eventually my mothers ashes will be interred with my grandmother, as well as my grandfather when he passes. My sister and I will be in the plot beside them eventually.
