The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Mo such luck. When I returned to collect my phone ( after paying $350 for a new phone and case), nothing had been done. And Nick could not explain what prevented him from completing the job. I ended up going to a new store at 279 Smith Street. They explained the problem. That new phones are now digitalized through T Mobile. A simple enough explanation and solution which Mr Fix should have been able to tell, thus I could have saved unnecessary time and money.
