I came here for dinner with my family and I ordered the pho brisket and two spring rolls and combination pho. We ate all the spring rolls but the pho came wrong. I also never got the brisket pho. We waited a long time, and waitress did not check on us. Until everyone left we paid up front for only the spring rolls. I was disappointed in the service and we weren't able to eat what we ordered. The water tasted like tap meaning it wasn't filtered. And no good ac in this restaurant. Not clean. Someday in the future if I coincidentally happen to visit this restaurant again, my opinion would change.

Shoutout to a fellow Yelper for putting PT Noodles on my radar because this was such a fun switch-up from my usual order. First of all... a pho burrito? Obviously I had to try it. It's exactly what it sounds like -- all the cozy pho ingredients wrapped up in a tortilla and served with a side of pho broth for dipping. Vietnamese + Mexican fusion and somehow it just works. The broth was flavorful, the fillings were hearty, and the whole thing totally hit the spot. It's messy in the best way and I loved every second of it. They've got a solid menu with plenty of veggie options, which I always appreciate. Seating was quick, service was smooth, and pricing was actually really reasonable for the portion size. Not a full five-star experience for me, but a strong four. Creative, satisfying, and something different from your standard bowl of pho. I'm genuinely glad I tried it -- and I'd come back to explore more of the menu. If you're feeling adventurous, get the pho burrito. Trust me.

2/10/2026. We found PT Pho through Yelp while looking for a new spot to try and decided to place a to-go order. The restaurant was pretty busy with takeout orders, which we took as a good sign. My husband ordered the spicy beef rib pho. He said the broth was amazing -- rich, flavorful, and clearly the highlight of the dish. Unfortunately, the beef itself lacked flavor and tenderness. He ended up tossing most of the meat and just eating the noodles with the broth. I played it safe and ordered the combination fried rice with an over-medium egg. The portion size was solid and there was a good meat-to-rice ratio, but it also fell a bit flat in the flavor department. I had to add chili garlic oil and soy sauce to give it some life. We also ordered a side of pork chop, which unfortunately lacked flavor as well. It tasted like it had been quickly grilled in teriyaki sauce without much seasoning or depth. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but with so many great dining options around, we probably won't be ordering from here again.

We came to PT Noodles on a Saturday night and it was a wonderful choice. This is a casual restaurant so we were seated immediately but the restaurant did fill up after we got there! My fiancé liked his Thai tea and steak pho, like he kept saying "mmm this is so good" every other bite, haha. I got the tofu banh mi, which I was so happy to see on the menu! I ordered extra tofu but even with the extra tofu, I felt like there could have been more. I wish I had gotten an appetizer because I was still a little hungry after I finished the banh mi. I would definitely come back here and get the banh mi again.

The name on the sign is what brought me to PT Noodles. This little Vietnamese restaurant is a typical hole in the wall. The paint in the wall has seen better times, the tables and chairs are basic, a few posters and inexpensive art on the walls. BUT we really enjoyed the food. The menu has, of course, lots of pho choices, noodle bowls, and rice bowls. It also has Vietnamese coffee and some fusion stuff, like pho burritos. We had: *Pho Burrito (noodles and beef in a tortilla with dipping broth on the side) *Egg noodle bowl with beef *Egg noodle bowl with shrimp, chicken, and beef. The food was quite good and so garlicky that I was searching for gum all afternoon. If this place weren't so far from home (Litchfield Park) I'd definitely swing by for takeout regularly.

I was craving Bahn mi sandwiches and came here for it but we ended up not only getting the bahn mi sandwich but also getting the lemon grass chicken wings, combo pho, & spicy & hot BN B HU. Service was great, we were seater right away & given plenty of time to review the menu. Then after we ordered, the food came out hot and fresh! All of the food the great! Chicken wings were crispy and tasty, the broth of both soups were delicious and flavorful and the French bread for the sandwiches were crunchy but also light & airy at the same time, the filling was plentiful and again another delicious item!

This was our first stop when we arrived to Phoenix. Our first time in Arizona too. We tried it for dinner but we weren't big fans. I had higher expectations for it I guess. The food was mediocre. It's in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking but it's kind of like a hole in the wall because the interior is pretty small.

I should've ordered the Pho instead! Many of the Pad Thai noodles were undercooked, clumped together and hard for inches at both ends of the noodles. No flavor at all! This was the only restaurant where pad Thai didn't contain eggs, peanuts, bean sprouts or even the tamarin that's essential for this dish. Inedible! I ate the broccoli pieces and the carrot rings and tofu and had to throw away the nasty noodles. Very disappointed in the cooking. Noodles & Co makes better Pad Thai Noodles.

Been her twice when craving pho. Always seems to be busy, so that has to tell you something. The first time I went the noodles weren't quite right. Can't explain it Went back recently. Noodles were as expected. Broth on par. Good stuff. Not quite a crave when it's 114 out, but give this place a shot. Service both trips was kind and comfortable.

First time here, really quite and hidden location since it is on the side of the shopping complex. The inside is small with only 35 seats for full capacity! The menus are simple and easy to navigate with the prices next to each option! The inside is quite and relaxed with little to no noise! When i sat down i browsed thru the menu and ordered a chicken , shrimp and beef Pho soup with 2 egg rolls and some thai tea. The eggs rolls and tea came out within 5 min of ordering and that gave me enough time to settle in and wait for the main entree. The main entree the pho was great really large portion for a good price! The soup was hot and steaming with many aromas coming out of it! I have to saw i was eager to taste it! The soup is not for everybody but you have to get the taste for these types of foods. Once i tasted it i was surprised the soup was really good and the meats were well cooked! I am happy to say i will highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and co workers since there are no other restaurants like this in the west valley! Really good and fresh! 5 stars! read more

My wife and I are both food snobs there I said it! After 22 years of restaurant Consulting we have seen everything and we're very picky about how we're greeted how clean the plates and silverware are how well the service is and last but not least of course the food! the food! the food! IT'S got to be made with love, and you can tell that this place loves their customers as much as their food because everything was excellent and the person steering the kitchen is doing a great job if you're someone who as an educated palate but don't want to spend a ton of money on some pompous new aged hipster joint then this is the place for you. read more

So I didn't actually eat here but I wanted to share anyway. I had a business meeting this morning and the Starbucks tables were not only full but not large enough for what I needed. Since it was 9:45am, I figured they were closed to I sat at their tables. While we were sitting there the waiter came out to take our order and I immediately felt bad and asked if we could just sit here. He was really nice and said it was fine. About 10 min later another waitress brought us water even though she knew we weren't ordering anything. Customer service goes a long way, especially since they could have asked us not to take up their tables. My husband and I are going to have to try eating here sometime. read more

Excellent! Flavorful, great service and I like that they have Vegan or Vegetarian options. Will be back but maybe another location, I hear the other location in Avondale is larger, this location is really small and not very comfortable.The temperature was really hot on the summer day we went, need to crank up the air! read more

I've been going here for multiple years and now after sometime of not being in Arizona I come back after a year I'm not sure if it's Covid reasons or different management but even bowl sizes and cuts of meats has went down the bowls were so small but at least some flavor was there also had a big piece of plastic in a pad thai. read more

I'm glad I was able to try this place today! It is really small inside...only a few tables. I went at an off time so there were only a couple other tables taken. The service is definitely awkward, mainly because the workers don't speak English very well. The workers weren't rude or anything, and they jump to their feet when you ask for something. The food is good though! I tried the pho with steak, tendon, and tripe, and the first com tam dish with the fried egg. Both dishes were flavored and seasoned really well! I was actually surprised at how tasty it was. The thai tea is delicious too...it looks a little than the thai teas I have tried- it is kind of a redish color- but it tastes the same. The pricing isn't ridiculously cheap, and the portion sizes are not excessive. However, I think it is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get: around $7 for a bowl of pho and a few more bucks for the rish entrees. The only thing that would be nice is if they had lunch specials like most asian restaurants do. Maybe they do, not entirely sure because I went around three o'clock. Overall, the food definitely gives this place a four star rating. I would like to come back and try the bah mi sandwhich! read more

This is a small gem that serves good Pho for the West Valley. While only seating 6-7 tables, the prices are fair and the Pho base is flavorful enough to compel repeat business. Although the atmosphere and decor are lacking- I believe you won't be disappointed if you are a true Pho lover and are looking for a local place. read more

This rating is based more on the service than the food. Yesterday I ordered take out. I ordered three dishes. What I got was two dishes and one of them was wrong. I should have checked when I picked up the order, but I am not use to having to check on such things. Arriving home I found the error and called. Part of the excuse was, "you did no pay of three dishes". Yea, that is correct and if I had, I would really be pissed. But, I ordered three and each was specific, what I got was two and one was not what I ordered. I did not want to drive all the way back. The food is OK to good, but with that kind of service (it could be a language problem, but I doubt it) I will certainly not order by phone again. Probably go there so I can see what is coming out and what I am paying for. read more

The shrimp spring rolls were good as was the sauce. I got the spicy beef and pork soup. It was good, not great. HUGE portion I only ate about 1/3 of it. It had some weird square things in there that I think were blood tofu or something, I tasted one, not much flavor, I just didn't care to eat it. The man got the crispy fried noodles with veggies and beef. The noodles were very small noodles and deep fried all the way through, not what we imagined. It was good, but needed more sauce as some of it was a little dry. I'm unsure if I would go back. read more

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for their inconsistent service quality. Sometimes the service is excellent and then other times the service can be very frustrating. Whenever I decide to eat here I always make sure I have extra time on my hands to make sure I am not late for anything. The up side is, their food is always fantastic. I guess the wait makes you enjoy it more? I usually order spring rolls(with pork and shrimp: they have two options), Pho or grilled pork over rice vermicelli and Thai tea. It never disappoints. I always want to try something new when I eat here, but I can't get enough of my regular orders. This place is far better than the other Vietnamese restaurants around this area. This place is also quite small, so it can get loud. read more

Ordered a pho to-go, and they had everything packaged to perfection! The steak was still a little rare, but luckily the broth was scorching hot so I was able to cook all my side ingredients to emulate the perfect dine-in experience. The extra mile comes from their pre-packaged sauce: it was a yin-yang combo of hoisin and sriracha. I only wish I lived a little closer to support this small business more frequently! read more

The owners were very friendly and very open to questions. We had the Pho, some egg rolls and some Bahn mi. This was my husband's first time trying Vietnamese food. He enjoyed the sandwich and stated he would have to try more than one next time. All of the food was seasoned well. We felt like family. Drinks were reasonable. And I ended up with to go bowls because we could not finish the Pho. read more

I don't know what's going on lately with this place because I've been going here for months and it's good. The past month, however, the pho has been EXTREMELY oily. There's a layer of oil that just sits on top of the broth. I can taste it in the broth too..that oily taste it overwhelms the other flavors of the broth. I used to love the broth here over other places but I can't take the oil anymore. It gets on my lips when I drink the broth and makes my lips super greasy. It sucks because I really used to love this place. read more

Tried this place for the first time.Got the Shrimp Pho.The shrimp were larger than I expected broth for the pho was good.The place has fast service it is small but nice.They also have outside seating which is nice for the weather we are having now.I diffently will be back to try more the rice dishes look good I am going to try that next time.Best I have found this far west.The prices were resonable also. read more

Another fantastic international spot. First time trying the PHO and I liked it. The stir fry's are my favorite. My wife got #35 which comes with shrimp, beef and chicken and it was delicious. I got the spicy noodles which already comes with the spices and its was pretty good. Service is awesome and they are pretty quick. I didn't realize they also sell steak which I will definitely have to try them next time. Workers are very nice and helpful if needed. Will definitely be back. I would give it 5 stars if the bathroom was a little cleaner. read more

I have been craving Pho since I moved to the West Valley. After reading reviews I decided to try out PT Noodles. We started off with the pork and shrimp spring rolls, an order of two with a sweet yet spicy peanut sauce. Next I ordered the Pho with Beef and my boyfriend ordered a combination of Beef/Chicken/Shrimp. As all Pho lovers know it really is about the broth and this was very tasty, well seasoned and not too salty. The pho was not over-powered with noodles and a good amount of protein. We will be back for more! My only complaint is that they turn the A/C up a little. read more

This place is as yummy as it gets when I am craving Vietnamese food like Pho! Their pho broth is just as good as my moms and that says a lot coming from a person that doesn't bother ordering pho at Viet restaurants. However! I find myself starting to order pho more and more every time I come to this restaurant which is at least 3-4 times a month. Their fried rice w/cornish hen (fried chicken) is also a good choice if you don't feel like eating pho. When I am really hungry I also order a Banh Mi sandwich w/bbq pork! Can't go wrong with ordering that as an appetizer and it also makes for a good snack when you get home. This place is owned by a husband and wife. I def support small-business just like this establishment, I will continue telling all my friends to come here when they want good, authentic Vietnamese food on the "west-side." Service is good and fast, so no complaints there! read more

I had been to this place about a year ago, and the food was great. Today, was a different story. The pho was okay, nothing special. When I received my spring rolls, it appeared that they had been in the refrigerator pre made for a couple of days. The reason I say this is because part of the rice paper wrap was hard as plastic and the meat tasted pretty old and gamy. When I brought this to the waiters attention, the way he responded was like questioning why I had eaten one already and just now complaining. Do you want to know the real reason why I ate the whole one mr. Waiter? I guess the peanut sauce was very distracting and I had ignored the fact of the hidden flavors behind it. Their fried rice with fried chicken, banh mi sandwiches, and banh xeo are the number one things I order there. The banh mi bread is fresh and very crunchy and the bbq pork was grilled to perfection. The meat is very well seasoned and the sandwich also came with very fresh ingredients.Their Hue style noodles are also a hit, the soup was very authentic and spicy just like how it should be. My only complaint is their slight stinginess on the meats! I tend to order extra meat each time I go. First time here was good and the food was great. the pho was done well and the broth was great as well the only reason for the 4 stars is the Customer service. they had a great attitude but i had to get up to ask for a check and a to go cup. It would have been better to order and pay up front and seat ourselves so we know that we have to get up to get to go cups and Drinks etc... because there was 1 person working the register and tending to everything so it takes away from the customer service of a sit down restaurant . but thats my opinion i will go back for sure and will tell others to go there. read more

People, guess what we found in the rice when we ordered to go from this place? There were TWO STRANDS OF PUBIC HAIR in our rice. Obviously, either the person who cooked the rice or the person who scooped the rice, DID NOT wash his or her hands that day.
