Excellent option for some quick, good pho or bun Wife wanted to try the new PT Noodles place and we stopped in. It's a small shop, but you sit quickly and orders are literally in within five minutes. Food arrived about ten minutes after that. Their pho broth is very tasty and had a rich quality. Meats are okay quality. Service staff was very nice. My wife liked the bun and they did a simple chicken and noodles combo for my daughter that she said was yummers. Very limited dessert options, though. All in all, PT noodles has a great thing going. It's not the best or the worst place for Pho. It satisfies the craving for Vietnamese food, especially Pho. Their boba especially the Thai Iced Tea is decent again not the best or worse considering this is not a bubble tea shop. I ordered Shrimp fried rice and an order of Pork spring rolls. The shrimp fried rice had a fishy taste to it and it was fried with 6 or so shrimps added to it. I visit a few times a year in Goodyear and this is close to the hotel, I stay at. They have been so accommodating and wonderful when I have odd medical needs. They are always very quick with your meal and very kind with wonderful service. The pho is some of my favorite that I've ever had, and they serve their food beautifully. read more

We came in for lunch and was seated immediately, great. We were given menus and told the female staff that we know what we wanted and placed the order with her including our beverages, note that she didn't write this down. Our drinks came out not too long after placing the order, then within the next 15minute - two other party at different table arrived after and received their order after ordering it! The audacity of the male staff asking us if we had ordered AFTER 15 minute of us placing the initial order and walking past our table multiple time. The two party who had came in after us finished their food and was about to pay, pushed me to the point that I am done with PT noodle. We left after paying for our drink, honestly it's not because of hunger that we left. Time was wasted and not acknowledged that the staff dropped the ball and failed to apologize. There's plenty of other Vietnamese restaurant such as Da Vang, pho thanh, Pho Vinh Long and more that we can go to, but we choose to support PT because of their quality of food but again failed miserably on their customer service. read more

The first time I ever tried Vietnamese food (several years ago in Tucson) I was impressed by the complexity of the spices. But I wasn't really hooked. Then, a few years ago, my girlfriend introduced me to PT Noodle and re-acquainted me with Vietnamese food. I'm hooked. Even in the dead of summer, a big bowl of Pho sounds good because the quality and freshness of the ingredients is impressive. If you doubt the power of first impressions, understand this. I still remember the conversation between my girlfriend and I about the freshness of the produce and the quality of the proteins. For this reason alone, we have been regular customers ever since. While she is a creature of habit here, I decided to venture off and try something different on our recent visit. We've enjoyed the spring rolls before, and they're excellent! They are a delicious start to a meal on a hot summer night. It doesn't matter if you're a Pho traditionalist, or enjoy other rice or noodle creations, the flavors are always incredible. Oh, and the Pho is so filling. It's a generous portion. But this time, my Rice Vermicelli (Bun) was deliciously seasoned and garnished. Some of the entrees here are just too pretty to eat. The employees at PT Noodle are always so friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter if you're dining in or grabbing some carry out. And thanks to the numerous options (including sandwiches and salads) and our favorite Pho, we will be happy guests at PT Noodle for years to come. read more

TL:DR - Avoid the pho burrito at all costs. AT ALL COSTS. Inside and menu's are uncomfortably sticky... The small sample I had of the pho broth was really good though, so there's hope. Was not the biggest fan of this place. I got the pho burrito out of pure curiosity, and felt reaffirmed that it was going to be a good experience based on the affirmation from the server that it was good. Spoiler.... it was not. First off, probably my fault for even entertaining the idea, I don't know what I was expecting it to actually be, but let me tell you what it is: it's a tortilla, with about 3 pho servings worth of noodles that have been mixed with a little hoisin and sriracha, and thinnest layer of meat. Like I'm pretty sure there's more hoisin and sriracha in there than meat. Not only that, but even after taking out half the noodles, I still felt myself saying, "there's so many carbs....." Aside from that, the small bowl of pho soup they serve with it, was really flavorful, which gives me good hope for the actual pho. But I have no idea what this small bowl is for, you can't dip the burrito in it, the noodles would fall out... Anyways, minus two stars for the burrito, and then minus another star for the waiter who told me it was good and the uber sticky menus. Like they were uncomfortably sticky in between each page.... The only reason this place doesn't get one star is because the pho broth is really good, and I'm thinking the pho must be good. But I probably won't be around to test that theory. read more

This was my first time here. It was clean and had a cheerful atmosphere. My waitress was kind and extremely helpful in choosing my lunch. Perfect choice! I ordered the Chicken stir fry atop a bed of soft rice noodles that had absorbed the delicious juices from the stir fry that contained Bok Choy, Broccoli, savory onions, carrots and chicken. Not for me I stopped by PT Noodles to grab a quick bite to eat. I ordered an eggroll and beef fried rice. The restaurant was crowded, not much room, not much verbal contact with owners or waitstaff. The tables around us were left dirty which was a bit of a turn off. PT Noodles is a small place so you're quite close to your neighbors. On this visit we had eggrolls and Beef Stir Fried Rice. The beef stir fried rice was tasteless. The strips of thin sliced beef was tough and overcooked. It seemed as if the beef was pre-cooked and then added to the rice, we left more then half on our plates. As for the eggroll, it was just okay. Was disappointed with the meal. I'm a huge Phonatic! I've been to a lot of pho restaurants and this one is in my top three. As I was walking in yesterday there was a gentleman eating an enormous bowl of pho on the dog friendly patio! The largest bowl I've ever seen!!! I was told it was their XL! I had the MD rare Pho $7.50: broth was well balanced and amazing. I always add everything they give you with and add chili oil and chili paste for a kick! Also the BBQ Pork Banh Mi for only $4!!! I could eat those all day! Must try! Strongly suggest dipping in broth... it's a phogasm lol! I'm glad Pho is starting to pick up in trend. Me and my friend ordered pho and that broth is OILY it's like they put everything in a bowl of peanut oil I guess the only upside is my colon is greased up until I turn 40 and cancer can't grow because because my rectum is too slick. He didn't seem so friendly or interested in serving me but that's whatever. I order the spicy beef noodle pho, and it smelt like fish? But it didn't taste like fish lol. It wasn't so spicy which is kinda nice because you can add more spice with sriracha sauce. They did ignore me after I got my food and never refilled my water and I'm the only one in the room lol. Actually I'm writing this review waiting for my check... if they'll ever come. the manager replied after my 2019 review that it was an honest mistake and that the software would be fixed on the tipping formula. 2 years later: I just reviewed my receipt and 20% tips were still based on the total price including taxes. So, they have been cheating their customers for 2 more years since I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am going to conclude that the original mistake was intentional. Taking an additional 20% of the 10.3% tax is simply cheating the customer, petty, "Not cool" and bad business practice! In this case, the $5.70 tips was boosted 59cents, mulitply that by the volume and 2 years, that's a lot of money. Pho is above average, bun bò Hu is under average. This restaurant is small, they have 8 tables inside and 3 outside. They are growing rapidly. There are about 4 locations within 20 miles. I'm so extremely off on trying new Vietnamese restaurants because I've had so many un-satisfying experiences. I'm so used to eating home-cooked authentic Vietnamese food as well as living in Little Saigon, California where the most authentic restaurants are located. Not a lot of places meet the standard. My siblings took me here for lunch on a regular weekday Tuesday and the place was completely dead, we were the only ones in there, I was completely thrown off, thinking why were they so slow? I was already there, so I wasn't going to complain. I ordered their fried chicken with fried rice (ga chien voi com chien) and I am SOOOOO glad I gave this place a try. It's one of the best, and you've definitely heard it from me. The owners were extremely nice and their service was amazing. I also must say I don't remember the pricing but I do remember that it was a pretty darn good deal.
