We have been waiting months for this place to open! So happy they finally opened the doors to the 'hood this past Friday. We got there at 4:30 and they weren't very busy. Ordered 3 pho ga and a chicken salad. 2 orders of fried rolls and 2 orders of pork spring rolls. The peanut sauce was delicious and the broth was wonderful. The waiter was super sweaty, so that was a tiny turn off. By the time we left, the place was packed. Tables have call buttons which is nice. But staff came and checked on us multiple times during our meal so the button was never needed. Can't wait to go back and try other items. Vermicelli bowl looks so good!!! This place is so amazing!!!! Love all the food they have! The chicken wings are so good! Nice and crispy and so tender on the inside when the bone practically falls off when you take the first bite, a little bit on the small side but still very good. The Pho is amazing! Nice big portion and nice size garnish plate. I like to get the combo with shrimp, chicken, and steak and get the extra big bowl for me and my daughter to share since it's only $2 more and it's more than enough for the both of us. It was a chilly day so it was a perfect day to get pho! I got the veggie pho with tofu. They even asked if I wanted beef or veggie broth. The veggie broth was really tasty and flavorful. One of the best compared to other pho restaurants in the valley with veggie pho. Their menu is huge and includes many rice, noodle, and sandwich dishes. If it was warmer, I would of gotten some boba! Went today for lunch. Food wise I still give it 3.5 stars. The crispy pork rolls were good, but the dipping fish sauce was in my opinion quite bland. Even the wife agreed with me. This time time I tried the Pho, 4 stars for that dish. The soup was very rich and deep. Has also tons of bean sprouts and jalapeños. Will definitely always get the Pho there. Ordered today from home and didn't receive what I ordered. I wanted chicken pho and got chicken with a cup of beef broth with beef, noodles, basil, cilantro and a ton of noodles. I had to add two cups of hot water to make my own soup. We never received the basil shrimp fried rolls. My husband's Pad Thai was gluteus with the noodles stuck together. We live near by and recently ordered takeout. The man who took the phone order was super helpful and friendly as he answered my questions about ingredients, cooking styles and portions. Ultimately we chose the spring rolls and pho with tofu. Everything was fresh and delicious! Sometimes soup can be a leaky, drippy mess by the time you get it home but not the case here. The rice noodles were hard and undercooked. We did take out so it could have been that but I've gotten takeout before elsewhere and have loved the noodles. Tasted like plastic. Another star down because I felt the broth was greasier than other locations as well. It was still delicious but I didn't get to eat the noodles since they were grossly undercooked. So I went here with some friends. We ordered shrimp fried rice, two pho's and I ordered the hot and spicy soup. I am giving two stars because the pho and the fried rice wasn't bad, wasn't spectacular but I'd eat them again.-Where they failed was with the hot and sour soup. It's smelled like dirty socks and had an odd flavor to it. Maybe it was bad or maybe that's normal for the soup idk. Either way, it was not appetizing to me. So I asked the "supposed" supervisor If I could just order a pho instead. He looked at me funny and thought for an awkwardly long time and then said "I'll see what I can do" he went away for like 5 minutes. It was so odd it made me uncomfortable to expect my food wouldn't come out tainted in some manner. He finally returned and asked which pho I wanted. I told him I decided I didn't want another soup and he could just take the other one back. I just shared with my wife and friends. I left to take someone to an appointment and my wife went to pay, and he charged her for the soup, she and her friend, indicated we shouldn't be charged and he acted like their was nothing he could do, after further arguing, 20 minutes and apparently some phone calls to some kind of management, He agreed to remove the charge. Horrible service. Called the other day to place an order for pick up on my way home from work, and was put on hold (when i say hold, they put the phone down and i could still hear everything going on in the restaurant), i wait patiently for 5-10 minutes and hang up because they've very clearly forgot about me based on what i could hear. Whatever, I was almost there anyway, so I just decide to come in and place my order and leave. Come in and the restaurant is a little less than half full, definitely not super busy. I walk up and place my order and the guy doesn't even know what pho tai nam is, then tells me they don't have it, when i know for sure it's on the menu, since I've had it before. Guy is super rude, but whatever i just get pho tai instead. I wait and wait, and finally after 30 minutes, I see that there's a to go order on the counter, i think it's mine but just keep waiting because they don't say anything... finally after 50 minutes of waiting, i get fed up and go up and ask about my order and turns out the order on the counter was mine all along, they just never said anything to me while i was waiting. read more

I want to start by stating; I am really pulling for this restaurant, I live in the neighborhood and want to support it, 1st - a comment on just pure "execution": Well Done! The build out is great, attractive dining area, fantastic menu (with a well thought out alpha numeric system for ordering) 1 miss = the music is too loud (hinders conversation) and the selection of music sapped my will to live! Restaurant music 101 is play music with a very broad appeal (across age groups of the customers you need to support your business, PS - Moon Valley is an older crowd) 2nd - Service, lots of room for improvement here! However,.. the level of effort is great, I think the "systems" might need more reps before the Staff really is in sync. Lastly the food,.. we only ordered three things: PT Pho, signature dish it was,.. decent and huge! B+ / Pork Vermicelli, everything in the dish was great EXCEPT the pork! .. it was mostly fat. Unappetizing is putting it mildly , D- / Pork Spring rolls or Egg rolls? (the fried kind) served on a dish in which the dipping sauce was spilled causing the rolls to soak it up, making them wrinkled and mushy, not crisply fried, the rolls were filled with,...something? very unappetizing. I would start over, use a different product (upgrade, the price should allow you to choose better quality) and serve the sauce on the side (off the dish) to prevent spoiling the product. Simple, yet great place to get a delicious bowl of Pho and Bahn Mi. I had the steak pho ($7) and shared a chicken bahn-mi ($5) with my daughter . She had the chicken pho ($7). We were not disappointed. Service was quick and efficient. We decided to try the ice cream macaroon sandwiches for a sweet treat. I had the coffe macaroon and my daughter had the strawberry.
