Very dissatisfied. Used to order to-go here semi regularly. Most recently dish was missing main ingredient. After driving 30 min roundtrip and discovering order was messed up, called for refund. Woman actually laughed. While she acknowledged that their were trainees in the kitchen and that the dish was indeed incomplete, Maria stated that they're a company and have to cover food cost. I hate to poop on local restaurants but because PT pho is franchised and should know better, here's the tea. The pho is okay but I ordered pork spring rolls and had to send it back twice. The first time I was not mad at all. I bit into the roll and it was pink. So I sent it back and asked for a redo explaining to the nice server it needed to be cooked more thoroughly. So they came back with another and it was again far too pink. AGAIN. I don't know what was going wrong but I was not about to wait for a third pink order to come back. I would have given them 1 star but the server was so sweet and discounted my meal. Look, I could understand if the restaurant was slammed and super busy but I was the only one in there. Tasted good, but small portions. I stopped in for lunch and ordered orange chicken. I came with 7 pieces of chicken and a big scoop of rice. The portion was very small, thought I got the lunch portion, and charged the dinner price. Chicken and rice, no veggies of any kind, usually you get a couple broccoli flowers. They must think their a boutique restaurant, small portions at the same price. I would have rather gone to a good Chinese restaurant, then the portions would have been much larger. They close too early. I have called at least 3 times at around 7:45pm and they tell me the are closed. If their hours say close at 8pm then their kitchen should stop serving at 8pm NOT before. A lot of people work until late this really sucks. read more

The menu looked good and included a pho burrito, which I have always wanted to try. The tea was off - undrinkable off. They were out of diet soda. We ordered the food. There were multiple people in our party. They brought the food out one plate at a time. I waited and watched everyone eat. One person in our party ate ALL of their food before mine came out. We finally inquired about the burrito and was told they were working on it. The pho burrito was literally all noodles. There were a couple of very small pieces of beef in it and an occasional piece of cilantro. There was no basil, jalapeño nor mint. The broth was served on the side with no spoon. I guess they want you to eat it like a French Dip? The burrito was such a disappointment that I did not even eat half of it - and I was starving. The table next to us all ordered soup and I heard them all complaining about it barely having any meat in it. Did they start the day with 10 slices of beef and try to make it stretch? I was so angry I left the table and went outside while the rest of our party paid as I didn't want to take it out on the poor teenagers working the entire restaurant. I am usually an advocate for the rough times restaurants are going through right now with supply chain issues and labor shortages, but this place seriously needs to consider closing and making room for something better if this is all they have to offer. read more

Pho used to be one of my favorite foods. But ever since PT Pho has taken over many of my favorite local restaurants it just hasn't been the same. If you want PHO with uncooked noodles go here, you want god knows how old white rice go here, you want small portions of old orange chicken go here. They messed up my order from the beginning and when corrected she told me they didn't have pho tai which it said right on the menu they do. They corrected it and re charged for correct amount I added extra sauces and got charged extra. My pho was given to me half full I asked for more broth and they wanted to charge $5. Never will I be back to this place and I'm asking for my money back. I paid $50 for the food to go to waste it was horrible. read more

Great food and excellent service. Better than the previous restaurant here. We went during lunch and our food was served quickly. A gentleman named Liam was our sever, he was very customer service oriented and attentive to our dining needs. We even placed an order for take out and again our food was prepared and ready pretty quick to go. Happy about this new local restaurant! They now have 5 spots in The Valley. Good stuff! read more

My wife and I Just dined here last night and I can say pho/banh mi craving was satisfied. We started with the lemon pepper and chili oil wings, they came out incredibly crispy and served with sweet chili dipping sauce, very tasty. Next, we each had a steak banh mi sandwiches served on perfectly soft on the inside yet slightly crusty on the outside french bread. These are a must get for sure! Finally, we had a steak and brisket pho served hot with a side of Tai basil, sprouts, jalapenos and lime. The broth wasn't the best I've had but when combined with all the fixins and a little Sriracha, boy oh boy did it hit the spot. They steak was just alright, a little tough for my liking but the star of the show was the tender fatty brisket. Service was a little slow but in fairness, there was just one Waitress/Cashier/Togo order taker pretty much handling all of front of house with the exception of the occasional random food runner. As they hire additional staff, I would expect this issue to be resolved. read more

I ordered for pickup and the place was nice but when I got home it was the smallest container I've seen for pho, for the price of 14 dollars I would've at least expected the container full of broth, I was a bit confused as to why I got no sauces or anything I guess I have to pay for it?? Which is again kind of crazy for the price, the pho was okay but noodles weren't the best (they were a bit hard) and there wasn't enough broth to compensate for that, I've never been disappointed in my pho but maybe I'll try dining in next time. read more

Place was clean and staff nice. Unfortunately the food was just so-so. Not bad by any means but not good enough for me to want to return as there are other options worth driving to. Ordered simple chicken pho. There version in my opinion was heavy on green onions, something I don't traditionally think of in pho. (But I'm also no expert.) Anyways I asked for more cilantro and limes and received one more slice of lime and a little bowl of green onion and a tiny bit of cilantro mixed in. Visited this restaurant for the first time. Luis, the Manager, greeted us and provided us our service. The staff members were very friendly and attentive especially Alex. We are huge Pho lovers, this one is closest to our new home. So of course we wanted to test it out... We ordered our food to go, unfortunately we will never be back. It was terrible!! We ordered the Beef Teriyaki it tasted bland. We also ordered the BBQ Beef spring rolls and instead got Shrimp spring rolls. Lastly we ordered the combination Pho and it was not the greatest. Delicious as always! My family love to come here for special occasion. The Pho is phenomenal along with various of other dishes and sides they provide. We have yet to be disappointed and always appreciate the kind staff-especially Luis (manager) and Makoa (shift lead).
