So delicious. I can't wait to come back here again!…read more Food was good, service was good, location and ambiance were good. Portions felt huge! Definitely a bang for your buck.

Stopped by for a…read morequick bite and found the ambiance to be reminiscent of the tucked away hole in the wall restaurants in Korea. Upon entering, you're immediately transported into a spacious dining area filled with warm ambient lighting and a stylish, modern twist on a classic Asian bistro. When we entered there was no one else there and we were seated promptly. The service was fast and accessible. Despite having eating jjajangmyeon many times before the server took her time explaining the dishes and the flavor profiles - making this restaurant welcoming for first-timers. We ordered the tangsyuk (crispy fried pork with a teriyaki sauce on the side) and the stir-fried jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles with a fried egg on top). Each table also has sides of spicy pickled cucumber and Korean pickled radish to pair with each dish. The portions are very generous and my fiancé and I were plenty full from sharing the two dishes we ordered. The jjajangmyeon is so filling and comforting I especially love the noodles the dish is accompanied by, as I found them to be so soft with a great bite to them. The tangsyuk was perfectly crispy and very similar to Japanese fried chicken - I was a fan of the teriyaki sauce, but my partner loved it. Overall this is a great addition to the restaurants in this shopping center and I'd love to try some more items on the menu next time.

Salad and Go makes amazing salad! You'll find them at Sahara Pavilion North on Sahara and Decatur…read more They offer fast and convenient, quick service for takeout and pickup. There's no dine-in, but they have a small side lot where it is safe to park and eat in the car. Menu offers a nice selection of salads, made fresh upon order, such as Caesar salad, Jalapeño ranch, Greek, BBQ ranch, Roasted autumn, Buffalo chicken, Cobb, and Kids salad. They also have breakfast burritos and options to make it a bowl, plus there's refreshments for juice, lemonade, and tea. I noticed a long line at the drive-thru, so I parked and walked up to the side window to place a quick order. There's a black button to press and ring bell for service. The staff member Fernando opened the window, and I kindly asked to see the menu, he said when I'm ready to order, just ring the bell. I chose Roasted Autumn Salad ($7.75) and opt for tofu as my protein. The salad is plentiful and delicious! It has a generous serving of fresh crisp romaine, topped with savory soft tofu, tender sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, brussels sprouts, crunchy candied pecans, shaved parmesan, and a delightful balsamic vinaigrette, it's really good and very filling! Also had two refreshments, Mango Green Tea ($2.10) and Cucumber Mint Arnold Palmer ($2.10), both drinks are light and tasty! My personal favorite is the Mango Green Tea, it has a lovely mango sweetness and super refreshing! Service from Fernando is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! I received my order quick and it took about two minutes to prepare. The small parking lot had good shade from the building, which kept the area cool and made it worthwhile to enjoy the salad and drinks inside the car, it's great!

The chicken was decent--not chewy and without any off-putting flavor. The dressing was a little on the watery side, but it still tasted good and had plenty of flavor, so I didn't mind. I also tried the quesadilla. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I enjoyed the salad and would definitely be interested in coming back to try some of their other menu items.

If you're the type who only eats at places in shiny new shopping centers, you might drive right past it. That would be a huge mistake. The food here is phenomenal. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The portions were generous, the meats were perfectly cooked, and every bite reminded me why great food can be found in the most unexpected places. This is the kind of spot that earns loyal customers through quality rather than flashy marketing. What really earned this review, though, was the staff. After finishing my meal, I realized I had somehow lost one of my AirPods. I didn't notice until just before closing time and figured it was gone for good. Instead of rushing me out the door, the staff immediately jumped in to help. Multiple employees looked around the dining area, checked under tables and chairs, and helped me search long after they could have simply locked up and gone home. Just when I was about to give up, we found it. That level of customer service is rare. The team was patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help, even though it was the end of a long day and they were trying to close. Great food gets people through the door. Great people keep them coming back. Halal House has both, and I'll happily return anytime I'm in the area.

If you're in Vegas, this place is a must. Most restaurants are worth going off the strip for and…read morethis is one of them. Give or take 10 minutes just off the strip. We didn't get a chance to visit the last as there was so many concert going on the strip and traffic was a bitch. Monday night thinking that it'll be pretty easy to get a table. Famous last word as it was BUSY. There's a good amount of parking in the lot. That strip mall looks a bit deceiving as all the front doors are covered up and looks closed. Guess that's for the heat. Anyway, when we arrived there was about 8 people in line. There's no one there to mentioned to put your name on the list which was there. That shows how busy it was. Everyone working was trying to accommodate everyone. Even putting our name down for 3 people, it was about a 45 minute wait for a Monday early evening. There was a 2 big group that's probably why tables were being utilized. After they finished, it did move more smoothly with seating people. But there was about 20 people that was waiting around for their name to be called. I think about 8 did end up just leaving as it was quite a wait. Anyway, after we finally got seated, they did upgrade their menu. Food, pretty much everything you would expect at a Thai restaurant. Loads of options to choose from. Even with it being packed, the ladies were all very sweet taking care of everyone. Not a Thai tea lover as I don't like having anything sweet to drink so went with a regular ice tea, plain. Food, you have to have the papaya salad. They have both the classic Thai style and Laos style. Slightly different just with the fermented fish sauce. We added shrimp to it. They have a spice level from 1-5. We went with 3 but when we received it, it wasn't too spicy. Still delicious and a good portion with loads of shrimp. Entrees, the pork belly curry which was a first time trying. The curry was very flavorful and delicious and topped it off with fried pork belly. The crunchiness soaking up the curry was perfect with the steamed rice. Also the duo of pork belly and bbq pork with rice dish. Simple yet so good with the sweet and spicy dipping sauce with cucumber and hard boil egg. Lastly, the boat noodles. Anywhere that offers it I'm going to try. And I've had some bad dishes. This on the other hand, amazing. The broth was nice and thick. Served with loads of meat and Chinese broccoli. Accompanied by bean sprouts, Thai basil and dried pork skin. It was amazing and very filling. The food is alway delicious and very flavorful. It does get busy which means sometimes for them. Sometimes you want to gate keep, but it's also nice to share. If you're in Vegas, it's a must.

We started with the Pad Mama w/ crispy pork. Mama is instant noodles that they elevated! It was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. Then we shared the Yen Ta Fo hot pot, surprisingly came without the flat noodles you typically get so it felt like a lighter dinner. The flavor was spot on with yummy seafood. Definitely a good comfort meal. The restaurant feels very cozy and has traditional decor throughout. The servers were super nice and attentive throughout our visit. I would definitely come back to try more dishes :)
