You literally could get it if you wandered in homeless for only $6. Cole, Deja, and Carlos cooked up something special. We stopped by for lunch on Thursday with a party of two and it was a nice experience. We seated ourselves and the waitress stopped by to take our order. The place is clean with a couple different seating options. We started with Totchos as an appetizer. Pretty basic; tots with nacho cheese and shredded beef, but tasty. We then had an order of Sliders and the Little Devil Sliders. Both of which were well prepared. The waitress/bartender was very friendly, prompt and professional. The margaritas were nice and strong. Machines are horrible most bartenders are clueless I have had a good experience with the tall red head man my apologies dont remember his name. Four of us walked in after finishing up at a wedding. It was around 11 pm on a Friday night and we were very overdressed for the place. However we were greeted and seated right away and had the Best server who was knowledgeable of the drinks and pleasant and efficient. She kept checking back with us and didn't force us to hurry, just let us take our time and visit. I'm not sure why this place isn't rated higher. My girlfriend and I have gone to this PT's every few weeks for about 6 months now. Food is better than your average bar food and never have to wait long. Nice ambiance, generally quiet, clean tables. Cant ask for anything more. I do have to give a shout-out to Ashley. Not only does she come to our table quickly and take our order right after we sit but she even remembers what we drink. Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service! Food is excellent for bar food. This is a review of gambling at the bar and comp'd drinks. We always sit at the bar top machines and gamble. In the past we always get our drinks comp'd while playing and ordering food. Always, today not so much. So depending on the bar tender, she decides not to comp drinks after ordering food and putting in a few Hundi's in the machines. It is inconsistent, first and last time we come in when this bartender is here. We came in Saturday about 2 ish, so we will avoid coming in when she is bartending. The place was sparse with customers and now I know why. We usually come in after 4 and always have great food and excellent service from the other bartenders. To add insult to injury, my second drink was made incorrectly, instead of vodka tonic, she was to busy taking to the staff she made me a vodka soda and when I said something is off with this drink she just gave me a shot and called it a day. Then she would just grab my glass refill my glass with water downed ice and same old lime from my first drink. Who does that??! For my last drink she just grabbed my glass and refilled, didn't bother to ask if I wanted another or change my drink choice. Again, I'm being charged and who just assumes I want the same drink. There's a regular guy bartender and another gal who always confirmed that I was reordering the same drink. Making sure it's what I want . Great service before this happened. Managers please due an intervention to train on better basic customer service and quality control with drinks. Love the pizza here and I will still come back to play and eat. I just prefer the other bartenders who make good drinks. Ambiance is casual. It's always clean inside and we can usually get a spot at the bar for gambling, and being a local, it's super close to me and convenient. I've been to a few places around and we will always have a good experience the time we come in. The other bartenders make fresh drinks with new lime wedges. I was floored on how she thinks That's ok. Definitely not a spot for African Americans. Before I go on, this is my second review due to my first one not being posted. Went in for drinks after work with 3 other coworkers; I gave, who I thought was the waitress, a compliment and said, "you don't need pen and pad to take our order, you'te an A-list waitress" she replied with an attitude "I am a bar tender" I simply said I apologize, wanted to say how good that was. Feeling rushed, we decided to pay and Ashley (bartender) told us to hurry because she was getting ready to get off. We paid her, tipped her and waited for the next bartender/waitress. we ordered one drink and wanted another but we were not tended to for the next 45 minute. When the tender finally came around, she told us to turn our phones down because her customers were complaining about the noise we were making. Born and raised in this town so I know how the hospitality is and I've never experienced any service of the sort. It was as if we were not welcomed unless we were one of their regulars. Apparently they saw my yelp review and somehow knew it was me? I asked the other bartender what was up, and he lied. And by the way I was treated it validated exactly what I said before. Sad really, the food is good and some of the bar staff are good. This bartender (large blonde) whom I don't know quickly spread the poison. And instead of trying to prove me wrong they were cold and seemingly retaliatory. The other bartender who was normally friendly changed immediately after she told him that I gave a poor review All this made me very uncomfortable. Not cool. The venue is decent but the food at PT's is not that great. I wish they served better quality food and didn't get rid of all the beer selections for their house craft stuff. Their house crafted beer doesn't taste bad, but I like drinking Blue Moon! There are lots of screens to stay on top of the games and a few video poker and keno and blackjack machines, but only specific ones have the blackjack machines, which is my favorite. read more

First things first, I'm so happy there's a PT's up here now. I'm starting to feel like we're really a part of Vegas! Just went in there for the first time tonight. Friendly staff, good atmosphere; really clean and brightly lit. Felt good to be in there. Some PT's can be all dim and smokey and gross; but this one definitely wasn't. HUGE plus for me. That being said; it's PT's. It's a bar with some food. I already read some reviews bashing the food selection (which probably attributes to the low rating this place has so far). Look, it's a bar. Sports and alcohol. If you're expecting lobster it's your fault, not theirs. PT's has burgers, fries, onion rings, pizzas, and more than likely the best wings in town! Don't believe me?
