    After a Two week stay in this lovely off the grid couples retreat allowed me and my partner to really connect and get back to the basics that we haven't been able to since the horrid events of 2020. We stayed in unit 246 there was ample room for our cots and bucket, and boy let me tell you about the never ending feast! There were rats a plenty and a feast for all that came and visited. The only thing that was missing was a stronger wifi connection so we could watch twitch.tv/theimpulsehour at full 1080p quality, but that does not deserve a star off. 5/5 would stay again.

    Rat feces. This was the 3rd sweep out. Unit 246.

    So I first had issues with my unit size and the district manager cleared that up within a day. I can't believe it! Awesome customer service.

    On February 5th, my wife and I received a notice that units were about to be renovated and we were…read moreto remove everything from our unit by the end of the month. On February 18th we received another message indicating, "Public Storage may be forced to enter your storage space and relocate your belongings -- potentially at your expense." A reasonable person (including any judge) would infer that moving expenses would NOT be at our expense if we completed our move by the end of the month. I also was given to believe our first month's rent at a different facility might be for only $1 the first month. On February 25th I came over to the unit and found a mover already helping another customer move and he agreed to move our property to another unit at a different Public Storage facility on Old Middlefield for $500. I informed the manager in the office. On February 25th I received a notice from Public Storage with the subject "Space Transfer Complete", confirming our move to the new facility was complete. I dropped a copy of our moving receipt in the mail box at the front entrance of the facility and called their number indicating I had done so. On March 12 we received a voicemail from "Destiny." "We did find a new unit for you here at Tarabella, so you can just stay here and we can have someone move your items for you... I did see a lock on the other space at the other property on Old Middlefield so if you could just give us a call back to confirm if you have moved in already over there." I later called her back and confirmed. I told her we would have preferred to stay at the original facility as it was near our house. Since then, no number of subsequent calls have helped. All further calls have gone directly to voicemail and no one was ever present at either the old or new facility whenever I drove by. They never reimbursed us for the move or credited us for the first month at the new facility. Utterly unresponsive. And that is for someone who has been a good customer since the 1980s. So how will they be with new customers?
