Very Bad tasting Birthday Cake, this is the 2nd year in a row and no customer service. We order the same cake twice a year, 30 yrs now and the last 2 cakes were bad. They were simple chocolate on chocolate cake, last year we all got sick so I threw the cake out. I called Publix and they said they couldn't do anything cuz I threw the cake out. This year the cake the frosting taste like "coffee", so I called the Publix bakery and they said "someone will call me". Well this is the last time ordering cakes from Publix and the poor customer service, I only can ask "what happened" this use to be a great bakery ? read more

Terrible customer service. I waited at the deli counter for 10 minutes while two sandwich makers were occupied. One was an elderly lady who took a break after she made her one sandwich. The other was carrying on a long conversation with the customer during her 10 minute plus sandwich. There were 3 people waiting. No "I'll be right with you". No "sorry we are short staffed." Just continued to make one sandwich with a conversation. 6 or 7 people working the deli side. Only one person can make a sandwich? Walked out never to return. Sandwichless. read more

Abby on checkout (reddish hair) & Matthieu @ Customer Service counter we're both friendly & helpful; almost making it worth paying more for the same items you can get @ Winn Dixie for less. I am an avid supporter of my local Publix supermarket. I was very upset to learn that my 15 year old son was not allowed to receive the maderna covid vaccine. In not sure if they offer any other form of covid vaccine but when I asked to get hom vaccinated I was told it was because it was an age issue After calling the pharmacy when I returned home I was then told it was he couldn't receive the maderna vaccine. During the same conversation with same pharmacist on the same phone call I was also told that all forms of vaccine was equal. So what is exactly the issue? Trying to do the right and healthy thing for all of us with too much opposition! By the way, our idiot governor is not helping. Screw you and your Trump train. I just want us all to be safe. Maybe masks don't help as much as they should but they definitely do not hurt. If everyone is safer for wearing them then please do. I'm sorry if you feel your right to be free is being Infringed by being asked to wear the mask. My right to my freedom is DEFINITELY being Infringed upon if you are passing your sickness to me because of your uneducated belief. This is not a faith or freedom issue. It's about EVERYONES health. Everyone here seems to hate their jobs. Store is large but I found it very difficult to shop here. So large it is almost impossible to buy your groceries without going back and forth through the store. Only found the deli on 3rd trip to the store. read more

Service has decreased. They no longer ask if we would like help out with our purchase. Even myself who is on oxygen. I like this store. Hopefully they will get back to better customer service. read more

This is the best Publix in town! Employees are helpful and kind! I love their produce section and make sure you stop by the bakery! They have the best chocolate chip cookies and always have free ones out for children! Not to mention they make the best cakes in town! Great selection, reasonable prices. I came in to Publix with my wife to get our son lunch. (We forgot to make it the night prior). So we got in looking for his favorite meal Mac n cheese with meatballs. *insert howling screams* there wasn't any available. Mind you, it is 800am. Then out of no where comes Alysa. She flew in like a deli angel. She asked us what we were looking for and said she didn't have any meatballs ready, but can check on the mac n cheese. She whipped us up some and got us buffalo tenders. It was definitely an amazing experience. We came up short but Alyssa picked up the slack. I agree with another review on yelp. I absolutely love Publix as a whole but this location just does not do it. Every time I use the online ordering service for the deli it is ready 1/5 times I order. I don't usually order in rush hours as I know it can be crazy. When I walk in they tell me oh it must have been stuck on the printer. Well yes, must have. Publix is great but this location is below average especially for a Publix :( read more
