I recently purchased a 2 pak Verde organic sirloin steak. Neither my wife nor I could eat one bite due to the horrible taste, unlike anything I have tasted before. Look at the expiration date on the item I just bought from Publix. This kale chips has been on their shelves since 2022. I started eating it and it tasted like crap. Then I decided to look at the expiration date and I noticed it's from 2022. Make sure to look at expiration date when you buy anything from this store. read more

Stop selling garbage chemical filled groceries. You strive for quality but still fill your store with food made with chemicals. Get the national brands out and sell more local and mom and pop brands that are working hard to make a quality product. read more

The Butter chicken wings should use less sodium (less butter) and add a touch a honey, maybe their wings would be more desirable, overload of sodium not very appetizing, can do better. read more

Does anybody else get upset that Publix does not post the actual price of some of their products? The signs say "Buy 2 get One Free" (which is misleading in itself, as you have to pay for 2), "Save $5.94!" (see examples in the photos below). But how much is ONE? They won't tell you! Give us the unit price!!! This looks like a trick to hide their high prices and get customers to buy the product without even knowing how much they're paying for it! I only go to Publix these days to buy some few items. Audi is my store of choice for larger grocery shopping. Publix prices are ridiculous! read more

Extremely disappointed today. I ordered a Chantilly cake Thursday at 5:46pm on the phone for pickup at 10am today 10/25 and they don't have the order for me. Was accused twice of calling the wrong place!! The cake they gave me looks like someone kicked it around a few times. I check my phone after I left the store to make sure I did call the Sabal Palm Plaza Publix and I DID!! I don't even know how old this cake is because they removed it from the plastic container and put it in a box with a new sticker. This was just an aweful experience on Christmas eve :( read more

No Customer Service at all. Employees don't look happy to work there. No smiles or hellos to customers. No willingness to help customer, it feels they are upset to see you. Management should retrain all employees to Publix's standards. I smiled to a couple employees and they turned their face... VERY RUDE! So as you know I'm a big fan of Publix but... not so much today. Here's what's up. Looking through the Italian Loaves in the Bakery and find just the right one. I take it to the counter and ask the young man to slice it regular for me. He the proceeds to hand me another loaf of pre sliced bread off the rack. That was not what I asked, but I take it. Then I ask for two cream filled chocolate glazed donuts. He put both of them in a bag together not separating them I look inside and they are already stuck together. I just gave the doughnuts and the bread back. Please don't start this 'indifference' to the customer attitude Publix. Maybe the young man needs some more training. Im truly dissapointed..I came to publix about3 hours ago and no fresh rotissere chicken was avail came bk about 4 hrs later asked for a mojo she handed it to me straigh from the oven..I got to the car and took a piece and it was tough on the outside and had been in the oven waaay to long..I really tired of this this is not the first time probaly the 3rd time..I belueve they are reheating chickien as if its fresh there no way the out side of this bird should have been thst dry and dark coming straight out of the oven..Im hust going to stop coming to this publix..such a horror story to get quality food even the fruit is always extra soggy or not ripe at all and youre putting this crap out and selling it!!!! read more

The staff here are not the Publix staff we all have come to expect from Publix. This location needs an entire over-haul of its staff. Maybe all the employees that conduct themselves as they don't want to be there shouldn't be there at all, and hand those jobs to folks that would appreciate the work, benefits, and TRAINING! Maybe a new manager, it's not crazy to think the staff is rude when working under a rude store manager. She needs to be evaluated against company policies and standards. read more

Not my favorite Publix, but better then Taylor Creek. Clean, lots of variety, very friendly staff. Parking can be a bit chaotic.

If I could give a negative rating I would worst Publix I've ever been to in my life The employees are not Publix regular Publix employees that are always happy cheerful and willing to help you the staff here is unbelievably rude everything gets switched every two days it's never in its right place if you go to any other Publix in the state of Florida you will find everything you need in the same common spots this public seems to think that they can rewrite the spots every single day the managers don't care the employees won't move beyond their space if this is the first time does happen to me I probably wouldn't post anything but after eight months of the same run around crap! Then to find out this is one of the Publix where Covid19 was picked up recently picked up ... I am 100% not surprised! Just under a year ago they closed The Taylor Creek location to rebuild it I don't know who does the ordering for this location but they discontinued over half the stuff that the locals in this area purchase they're always out of it they never restock it and unfortunately the only grocery store within a very short distance from my home! Are used to brag about how fresh everything was to purchase vegetables and fruits and get home only to find out half of them are rotten and you had to pay full price disgusting! read more

We stopped here to pick up some grocery items for the house for our stay in Florida. They have a pretty decent selection of groceries, just not a lot of the brand selections I am used to in NY. Overall, we picked up everything we needed. read more

What can you say about Publix? The staff is friendly and they really do try (for the most part) to live up to their slogan "Where shopping is a pleasure." At this location I did run into the occasional grumpy employee, but most shopping experiences there were enjoyable. Make sure you shop publix's Buy One Get One Free sales to get the best deals. read more

This publix was very organized and the staff was very friendly. There was the usual publix low prices and there was a crazy amount of sales the day we went there. So we got about 40 dollars worth of food for about 15 or 20 with the sales and our coupons. Staff is more than willing to help you! read more
