My issue with all Walmarts has always been CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store itself was definitely typical but what was atypical was the amount of people who worked in the store that were actually NICE! I was looking for an item and I could see in the app that it was in stock but only at this location. So my visit here was very intentional. Since I had an interview in the area, I planned days before to go to this location for the item. It was a hard to find item because it could have been in multiple places but the app didn't have the aisle listed. I had to stop multiple employees and each one of them never acted annoyed, never acted bothered, always stopped and pulled out their pocket device to help me. After I'd finally found the item, I went to checkout and the cashier was even super friendly, very conversational and smiled during the entire transaction! I left blown away because I don't think I have ever had an experience at Walmart that left me eager to do a review. All Walmart staff need to take notes. This Walmart is 30 minutes from my home so it's too bad I likely won't return but definitely one for the books as far as Walmarts go!

It's tough to beat the selection and prices here. This Aldi was clean and well-stocked. Unlike the mostly self-checkout Aldi stores where I live, this location had an actual cashier, so bravo for real service! I have to take away a star for the shady location. As a previous Yelper shared, there was an element of miscreant characters lingering around the parking lot. Being after dark and in a town I am unfamiliar with, it made for a less than pleasant shopping experience.
