One of the cleanest Publix supermarkets with tightly stocked shelves and friendly customer service counter. This morning I purchased my FL Lotto tickets then took a stroll to the bakery. The fresh empanadas were definitely a different twist than other locations, I'm assuming since Weston has a hispanic majority population this item does very well. I purchased the hot beef empanada that had a light crispy shell with big slices of red peppers although not loaded with beef for $1.69. A decent snack for the morning. Near the check out aisles they had a Publix Club clearance table with feminine hygiene products. Strange and not so cheap items. read more

Who knew ice was so expensive! Really? It's a dollar an ice cube! You could buy a silicone mold and make your own at about a penny a cube. It's a Publix and shopping is always a pleasure. Paying extra for an ice shape is highway robbery. read more

This #PublixIsFresh! It's my new favorite--located in the Weston Town Center. Don't let the "Promenade" address confuse you--it is located between Bonaventure and Three Village Road behind the colorful condos. There hasn't been a time that I have shopped here that they aren't fully stocked, with the freshest fruits, veggies, meat and seafoods, dairy, EGGS, and other items of choice. Their holiday merchandise is always on point, including a great selection of flowers, balloons, stuffed animals, and chocolates. I don't use the pharmacy services here, but the staff seems pleasant and helpful. You can also peruse from the surplus of products at the bakery and deli--with little gems to be found (if you look through and through). While there isn't a whole lot of parking compared to other locations, given that the space is adjacent to the shops and eateries, what they do have available appears to be just right. I love it here and shop once to thrice a week for lunch, or a late night treat if I'm driving around. The Customer Service reps have helped me on more than one occasion with questions about perks or coupons from Club Publix, and the Self-Checkout area is well-manned! read more

Publix needs to change its motto: Where shopping is a pleasure. They're installing more self-checkouts, have closed an hour early for the past 4 years, and baggers are too busy doing their side work to get out early (even though they already get out an hour earlier compared to pre*covid). So I check out my own groceries, bag my own groceries, and you close earlier, yet prices go up instead of down and Publix's market value is $62 BILLION! My husband ordered 50 wings for the Super Bowl today. When he got home, he asked me does this look like 50 wings and I said count them. We counted 41 - 41 wings but paid for 50. Needless to say, he is on his way back to Publix to get our nine wings. Lesson of the day, count your wings. read more

This Publix always seems sort of dark and dingy. Employees are hit-or-miss, some are nice and helpful (which is what I usually think of when I think of a Publix employee) and others have been rude and short with me. If there are events at Weston Town Center, you won't be able to find parking. Mostly, this review is on the pharmacy. It's terrible. Every time we've had to call, we spend forever on hold. I usually give up after 10 minutes, but my other half just waited it out for 33 minutes before he hung up. He called before 11am, it wasn't lunch break time or something. I always shop at this Publix..usually satisfied..However, ordered a "Birthday Sprinkle Explosion" cake for my 14 year old granddaughter..The cake was $39.99..FAIR PRICE..The cake looked just like the picture..Looked Beautiful..However, when anyone ate it, their mouth, tongue,lips turned BLUE!! Could not even take a picture..Also, it went through some of us..literally!!Called and spoke to supervisor of the store, Angela, and was advised that the Blue dye was food coloring and that does that..I said that should not be..too much dye was used and makes the cake unappetizing....not, unattractive..Publix should be aware of this..I have ordered Birthday cakes before with blue and pink roses..never had the problem..I have always liked Publix bakery..Now, I will never order a special cake from them..in the end, no credit was given.. read more

I have lived in Weston for 32 years. Every time I go to the Publix in Weston Town Center, I leave up set. The people in their bakery are always rude to me. I feel it's because I don't speak Spanish. They are all smiles when the person next to me speaks Spanish. I have actually been skipped over in line due to this issue. This store is a mile from my house and I rarely shop in this store. My review is regarding the butcher department and the consistent service and quality over the years, but also how amazingly friendly they are when placing an order. I always call a day or even a week before a camping trip or cookout and order my burgers with the recipe I want. Sometimes it's their tried and true bacon cheddar burgers, but sometimes I'll make a less than common request, such as beef and lamb blend, with a particular cheese or with certain spices added. Never have they said no. On the contrary, they'll place me on hold and actually go look for the ingredients to make sure they have them. If they do, it's done. If they don't, it sounds like they feel terrible that they were out or it wasn't there. I honestly don't know why anyone would buy frozen burgers, even considering price, when Publix will gladly make you a burger as if it were home made. Furthermore, I find that over the past 18 years that this has been my Publix, my experience is in great contrast to all of the 1 or 2 star reviews. read more

I asked the fish department If they had fresh shrimp , the guy said no they are all previously frozen. I said fine and kept shopping. Couple of minutes later I saw the same guy getting a bag of frozen shrimp from the frozen fish aisle, open the bag and get ready to sell those under the display . I was very surprised to be treated so poorly in a Publix! I asked a employee about vegan pizzas and he not only said that that didn't existed but he talked to me like if I was crazy or stupid! And after I explained to him that in fact Daiya foods makes an incredible vegan pizza he turn his back and said "well we don't have that here!" Really? As a Florida native, naturally, I've been a Publix guru since birth and I have been to many Publix's in my lifetime. This particular Publix has some of the slowest checkout cashiers of any Publix I've ever been to. Also, DO NOT get sushi from this location. I went to get some sushi to go and they were supposedly out of tuna (prob too lazy to make a roll) and could not make just a tuna roll that I initially wanted. I got suckered into buying a sushi combo (way more food than I wanted) and to be honest, it was probably some of the worst Publix sushi I've ever had. I would've chosen some other sushi roll with some other combo of fish but for whatever reason, this Publix feels the need cover every roll in some type of mayo and/or cream cheese or "crunchy". So much for sushi being "healthy". The guy behind the seafood counter kept telling me it's not that much mayo. The bottom line is, there is still mayo on it. I hate mayo!! The fact that the seafood counter couldn't break the "combo" into a smaller platter was also quite irritating. Whatever happened to shopping is a pleasure? read more

I was parked kind of far and seeing that I was alone the gentleman asked if I needed help and said he wanted to make sure I was safe so he kept a safe distance away to make sure I got into my car. I've been coming to this store for about 3 years now and NEVER had an issue. Today i went shopping like i always do and when i got home i noticed i only got 1 out of the 3 orange juice i got that were 3 for $5. Went back to the store and I was questioned like i was never there or as if i was trying to just walk away with them so i just walked away and left the 2 orange juice on the counter. I cant believe that a customer that spends God knows how many thousands of dollars a year cant be granted 2 simple orange juice that i had paid for. Well to start the manager, Richard, is the biggest jerk known to man. Claims that I have a hostile attitude towards his cashier that tried to charge me 11$ for my 6$ sub. The sub tasted like it was made 3 weeks Ago and this publix which I lived across the street from always either has expired food rotten sushi or extremely unfriendly cashiers and customer service workers. Very poor service. People standing around while customers are self bagging, very unusual for public.

I do not like giving poor reviews but I have had some unpleasant experiences here. 1) The Abbey G. is quite correct. The cashiers are extremely slow but then at Sedano's they are even slower (painfully so). 2) One afternoon I saw two vegetable guys nearly come to throwing punches at each other in a very heated argument in front of customers. Fortunately they kept it at grabbing and pushing. 3) I also do not feel comfortable being asked to make a donation every time I want to buy groceries. I have my own favorite charities and do not appreciate being hit up every time I go through the line. Good intentions maybe but bad approach. If Weston is such a high class neighborhood you would think it could support a higher class grocery store. read more

Stopped on my way to get one of their very delicious subs, and while my sub was being made a very nice gentleman named Armando noticed I got my sub with extra jalapeños and mentioned a new cheese called Chipotle gouda and shared how it was a flavorful cheese with a hint of spice and seeing my excitement offered to give me a sample. He truly gave me an exceptional experience and deserves to be recognized for his excellence. I look forward to returning to this location. read more

I truly love this Publix. As a international customer I needed a birthday done with the theme I choose. Shan and her team did an amazing job I truly loved the cake and all the hard work that went into decorating it. It was ready on time and we even bought the remaining cake back home with us and it was still moist and tasty. When traveling I will definitively return back here again. Thanks again Shan.
