I had ordered mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. I got beef gravy with mashed potatoes. It took a while before I got the correct order of mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. So I basically ate most of my chicken strips before I got the potatoes and could not eat it, it was tasteless. I did not eat the onion rings. Even the chicken gravy was flat. I was asked if I would like new onion rings. I said no because the rest of the members at the table would be done before I got the new onion rings. The waitress was kind, but the manager was horrible and told me that I should go to another restaurant to eat. I told her that I was basically asking for quality food and not for a refund. The salad bar is the only good part. The rest has degraded over the years. It is not the same in quality as it was in the beginning years of Hoss. They should get rid of the female Asian Women that said I should go somewhere else to eat. What manager does that instead of pushing for quality? Fire her. Also the the ranch dressing is horrible. It is suppose to be Ken's dressing, but it does not taste like Ken's dressing. It also looks like they watered it down in order to go far. For the amount of money and the tip, I could have gone somewhere else for better food. I noticed the clientele has lessened overtime/years. I am looking for them to close eventually. I get mad when I waste money on sub-foods.
