I would love to thank the staff here at Bow Wow. I have a very timid Pomeranian whom I got from the pound. He hates the groomers and usually bites when being groomed. Usually he comes home scared, uneven and unhappy. I spoke with the owner and she assured me that she would take her time and work with our pup. I was a prior customer at Puff and Fluff-Litchfield. I was so excited when I saw that another Puff and Fluff had opened close to me. The online appointment making is nice and works well. Took my girls there today, and am not nearly as impressed with the service at Arrowhead as compared to Litchfield. The girls' ears are still pretty scraggly and no bows or bandanas. I mean obviously not a deal breaker, but was looking forward to them. The lion cut also isn't as well done. Staff overall pretty nice. Just not impressed with this groom. read more

This was my first visit at puff and fluff. Had a wonderful experience! Was super easy to book online and receive confirmation. They were excellent in asking for what I wanted done, even having the groomer come out and speak directly with me, which was very helpful! They were prompt and friendly and Katie did a fantastic job on my pup! She's a golden doodle and had a few Matts that had to be removed. But the way she was able to do the cut hid them very well. First time going to Puff and Fluff and although they were nice, it was a terrible haircut. Uneven all over and "choppy." They cut the hair way too close in some areas. It doesn't even look like they did his tail even though we asked them to. There are lines on his legs from the shearers, and his ears have short areas in which the hair just sticks up. We didn't realize how bad the haircut was until we got home and had given them a 20% tip. We will never take our dog back there again. read more

Awesome groomers I have been taking my fur babies to Bow Wows for 25 years. They have groomed both our Springer Spaniels who have since gone to doggie heaven and now our Goldendoodle. They are always excited to serve our needs. In 25 years I have never had one thing to complain about. Last Christmas I forgot to make an appointment and I called on December 23rd to see if they had an opening on the 24th. Unfortunately they did not, which was okay because I did not make an appointment. Early the next morning, December 24th I received a phone call and they would work my very large puppy in and he looked perfect for the holidays. Today was our first visit. I told the lady that I made the appointment with that my dog hasn't had a decent trim since last fall. I sent her a picture. Everyone that work there obviously loved animals and my dog still gave them love when we left. They were $25 less than PetSmart and they did a much better job. I would assume they weren't careful about getting water in their ears while washing them which can and often does lead to a yeast infection.
