I requested an appointment online here for a regular manicure and pedicure. I wish they wouldn't have accepted my request if they didn't have time. I got there and the process felt rushed. The pedicure was painful where I felt her digging into my toes. Yes, I should have spoken up but I am always afraid to offend others. For the manicure she used the drill to take off my cuticles! She didn't even soak them or put softener on them. That caused my cuticles to do nothing but peel for days! My fingers and toes were so sore. Then the manicure was already chipping within a couple hours and every finger had polish coming off by the next day. They charged me $70 for a regular no frills, no gel, mani/pedi torture session which I think is a bit overpriced. I will not be returning. read more
