Hands down the absolute best place for authentic Italian food! I'd seen the restaurant but never gave it a chance. My daughter kept asking to try it out and we all loved it! The food is sooooo good! Service was excellent. They give big portions so you will have left overs which makes it even better! If you do any add ons to a dish they will charge you extra but it's all worth it. Give this place a try...you will want to come back again and again! We went for lunch so the space wasn't full but I'm sure it gets full for dinner! I wish they played Italian music in the background which would enhance the atmosphere.

Pasta fagioli. Just like my Italian grandmother would've made for me if I had had an Italian grandmother.

It was truly an unexpected pleasure eating here. When I arrive to a huge crowd outside the door on a random weekday night, I assumed I was in for something special, but I was not prepared for what a wonderful meal I was about to have. We appeared that I would have a long weight when I arrived, but a highly efficient staff made sure that I was pretty quickly seated despite how busy it was. Kind and courteous service from a waitress who was clearly overworked running all over the restaurant making sure customers had everything they needed. But when I go to a restaurant, what really count is the food and in the end I think this was the best Italian meal I've had since moving to Miami. A simple meal of veal Parmesan that came with the side of pasta marinara was so expertly prepared that I was already thinking what I would order next time I come before, I even finished it. The view was tender and tasty, and the preparation was absolutely spectacular. The gravy had their true Italian taste, not that Americanized version which tends to leave you with little more than heartburn after you finish. The pasta was perfect al dente with a really tasty marinara sauce. I think my only criticism is that the cheese to sprinkle on top with served up in those cheap shakers. You see in pizza joints, and not freshly ground like this meal deserved. Other than that, it was his near perfect experience as one can have at a restaurant. The garlic rolls were to die for and the next time I will try to resist them at least somewhat so that I have room for appetizers and dessert. But I left their extremely happy with both the price, the ambience the service and especially the meal.

Ok well I love the natural Boho Bosa Nove vibe! The vibe gets a 10 From me! Great lighting and lots of windows for plenty of natural light. Green natural accents and cozy pillows to make you feel at home! The garlic knots were good but Luke warm and a little stiff. The chicken piccata was not over cooked and was tender but the sauce makes the pan fried exterior mushy. The flavor was good but I would ask for no red onions next time. The portion is huge and $21 that could be shared at the table or plenty of left overs for lunch. The service was sweet and fast and I will be back but will try something else. I definitely recommend this place for family dinner nights.

A Taste of Italy in the West of Miami!! Posting on my account Again, Is so tuff to find good Italian food in the westside of Miami. From the moment I step into Rubino's Restaurant, I was transported to a corner of Italy where passion, tradition, and flavor converge. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between modern elegance and rustic charm, setting the tone for an unforgettable lunch experience with my Nonna. The menu is a celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, elevated with a contemporary twist. Each dish is crafted with precision and soul--from the silky, house-made pastas to the rich, slow-simmered sauces. The Rubino's House Pizza and Garlic Rolls were a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly presented! The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the wine list offered a thoughtful selection of Italian labels that beautifully complemented every meal On the menu but we decided to go with fresh tasteful Lemonade! We skipped dessert... definitely will do double Portion next time! Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply craving an elevated Italian dinner, Rubino's delivers a culinary journey worth savoring. Bravo! Nuevamente grazie, e stata un'esperienza molto gustosa e in famiglia!

Great Italian food. We started with the tour of Italy appetizer and it was great. It had calamari, mozzarella sticks and risotto balls. We are the pesto pasta with chicken, shrimp scampi, linguini with bolognese. They were all fantastic. But in my opinion the eggplant with prosciutto and pasta was the best! The portion were very generous. Oh I forgot to mention the garlic bread which was soft toasty and garlicky. Great place with great service. It is local family owned. Loved it. Will be going back soon.

Veal Francese was brightly flavored with lemon.

Came here one early evening during the first week of October to try this Italian Restaurant since it was nearby where my father and I were at. Gotta say first impressions were the modern decor the decor and relaxing ambience. There seemed to be a few people already here with others coming for pickup. Looked promising. I'll dive right into the positives. Service was extremely friendly. The Garlic Bread was absolutely amazing to addictive level that I wanted to eat the whole thing, th3 canolli had a great presentation and tastes so authentic! That is pretty much it. The wine selection was a bit limited to four reds and four whites to choose from. My red was a glass of Castello Banfi The Chianti Superior and it sufficed. My father had the Cherry Pie Three Vineyards Pinot Noir California and we joked about the typo on the menu to our server, had a good laugh because it was listed at a false price of $1.50 per glass instead of $9 (or $8?). It was a humorous moment. Now for the negatives and for an Italian Restaurant one needs to focus on seasoning of their main dishes. We both found it lacking. We both ordered Veal, mine was Francese with a mushroom sauce pasta and my father's was Veal Picatta with his angel hair pasta. Quality wise, the Veal was thicker than other restaurants and did not cut softly, perhaps the Veal needed to be pounded down som more. It required a little bit more cutting effort and chewing effort. Seasoning wise, mine was plain, th3 sauce basic and the Veal lacking any spices herbs or seasoning. It actually needed salt! I never add salt to any restaurant dish. As for the francese sauce it was meh. I should have stuck to the picatta sauce. Also my mushroom sauced pasta didn't stay ontop, it was liquidy and went right the the bottom which had to scoop up the sauce to eat with the pasta. It was a let down considering I've eaten at many other Italian restaurants. Moreso a let down because their garlic bread was just so well prepared and tastey! The main dish also a let down because for dessert the canollis were extremely savory with mmmms. Reminded me of having one in Little Italy, NY.! This experience perplexed me and do hope they make improvements since Miami is a place of a plethora of restaurants both young and old and the older ones got the formula right

Hawaiian pizza - I inadvertently tilted to one side

Excellent lasagna with bolognese sauce Big soft Garlic rolls mmmmm Generous portions my Greek salad could feed four Calzone is also Amazing Clean floors beautiful atmosphere and friendly service Best Italian restaurant in the area

The small space has such a cozy charm that makes you feel like you're dining in the heart of Italy. Our server Mirko gave us time to review the menu and made sure to answer any questions we had. He was very friendly and attentive without overly hovering, and made sure everything arrived while it was still hot from the kitchen. The food was SPECTACULAR! A meal I will certainly never forget. The "Fiocchetti Pere & Parmigiano" was sweet but had a bite from the black sesame; I've never had anything like it. And the tiramisu was delectable without being too overly sweet. Even the wine was delicious! Can't wait to visit again.

All the staff was amazing and helpful, but our waited Pedro truly made the experience. We started off with the Bruschetta Crostini, which was amazing as someone who loves truffle, and the Mozzarella Fritta. Both were amazing but what really blew us away was the Tonnarelli alla Ruota, which was served table side in a parmesan wheel, and the Agnolotti Piemontesi. They even brought out a Tiramisu for my birthday which I thought was insanely thoughtful. As long as this restaurant remains open they will ALWAYS have us as a customer!

Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

They checked in with us just enough. Price: If you have drinks, apps, entree, and dessert expect to spend around $300 or more. Portions: Not the largest portions for "family size" but if it's just two it may be filling enough because they give you bread, cheese, cured meats, and pickled cauliflower for the appetizers. Overall, this is one of our favorite spots and it's truly worth the hype. For it being F1 weekend it was not as hectic as expected.

Drinks: Very good though some seemed as if they put much less liquor than what the drink really needed, i.e. various martinis we all questioned on the amount of alcohol in them. Food: First, its a very cool touch that they bring out salamis and some nice breads. Overall though we really were not impressed with the food. Calamari - Not very good. Everyone took one bite and left the rest. Pasta dishes - We ordered MANY different ones. The portion that comes out will not feed a child. One pasta was undercooked, one was over cooked and mushy. One was just OK. Fish Dish - over cooked unfortunately and this was the most expensive dish we had. Chicken - came out and was so rubbery. No one liked it. Desserts - They all looked good. Chocolate cake was the best. Banana flambe was fun to watch but the result was much less than stellar. Cost - This may just be the priciest Italian-esque restaurant that I have ever been to. Prepare to be shocked by the final bill while still being hungry. Will we go back? Probably but just for a drink at the bar. Definitely not the food.
