Marcos sensed our hesitation at what wine to pick and brought us a couple of tasting glasses. The Pampa Estate Argentine cab he recommended was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had mussels in white wine, Shrimp Fra Diavalo and Pasta Bolognese and all were flavorful and hand crafted. If you're craving Italian, this spot will check all the boxes. My favorite was the Pasta Carbonara. A few of their other options were underwhelming (Penne Vodka), but it doesn't hurt to try as many as you can. Their appetizers were delicious, though. Service could've been better. It felt like our waiter only approached us three times in the almost two hours we were there. He was kind, but there was no sense or urgency. Ambiance is why you go to Rubino's. Hands down the absolute best place for authentic Italian food! I'd seen the restaurant but never gave it a chance. My daughter kept asking to try it out and we all loved it! The food is sooooo good! Service was excellent. They give big portions so you will have left overs which makes it even better! If you do any add ons to a dish they will charge you extra but it's all worth it. Give this place a try...you will want to come back again and again! We went for lunch so the space wasn't full but I'm sure it gets full for dinner! It was truly an unexpected pleasure eating here. When I arrive to a huge crowd outside the door on a random weekday night, I assumed I was in for something special, but I was not prepared for what a wonderful meal I was about to have. We appeared that I would have a long weight when I arrived, but a highly efficient staff made sure that I was pretty quickly seated despite how busy it was. Kind and courteous service from a waitress who was clearly overworked running all over the restaurant making sure customers had everything they needed. But when I go to a restaurant, what really count is the food and in the end I think this was the best Italian meal I've had since moving to Miami. A simple meal of veal Parmesan that came with the side of pasta marinara was so expertly prepared that I was already thinking what I would order next time I come before, I even finished it. The view was tender and tasty, and the preparation was absolutely spectacular. The gravy had their true Italian taste, not that Americanized version which tends to leave you with little more than heartburn after you finish. The pasta was perfect al dente with a really tasty marinara sauce. I think my only criticism is that the cheese to sprinkle on top with served up in those cheap shakers. You see in pizza joints, and not freshly ground like this meal deserved. Other than that, it was his near perfect experience as one can have at a restaurant. The garlic rolls were to die for and the next time I will try to resist them at least somewhat so that I have room for appetizers and dessert. Ok well I love the natural Boho Bosa Nove vibe! The vibe gets a 10 From me! Great lighting and lots of windows for plenty of natural light. Green natural accents and cozy pillows to make you feel at home! The garlic knots were good but Luke warm and a little stiff. The chicken piccata was not over cooked and was tender but the sauce makes the pan fried exterior mushy. The flavor was good but I would ask for no red onions next time. The portion is huge and $21 that could be shared at the table or plenty of left overs for lunch. The service was sweet and fast and I will be back but will try something else. We were excited to try this place but left disappointed. The restaurant was lovely, and an extensive menu of homestyle Italian. We ordered two appetizers (my husband loved the bruschetta), 4 entrees and a pasta dish (butter noodles) for my daughter. It was under seasoned and tasted very off. We set it off to the side to tell our server, but she only came back after we finished our meals. She asked about the dish, and if we wanted a box. We explained to her what happened. She said nothing further, didn't apologize, and didn't remove it from the check. The servers were more interested in World Cup soccer than paying attention to customers. We stopped by to have a nice lunch and I must admit it was fabulous! Our server was very sweet and friendly and also professional. For starters I had the red sangria which was flavorful and fruity . Then had a Cesar salad which was delicious and very fresh. Creamy dressing and crispy greens. Ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce and the server suggested to top it off with mozzarella cheese. Wow factor! So perfect and pasta cooked just right! I ordered the pizza with fresh tomatoes and basil... made to perfection hot , cheesy, with fresh ripe tomatoes. So Yummy!! The restaurant was busy but not so crazy. A large group was celebrating a graduation and they were having a nice time. We had a most wonderful time and our food was delicious. Great Italian food. We started with the tour of Italy appetizer and it was great. It had calamari, mozzarella sticks and risotto balls. We are the pesto pasta with chicken, shrimp scampi, linguini with bolognese. They were all fantastic. But in my opinion the eggplant with prosciutto and pasta was the best! The portion were very generous. Oh I forgot to mention the garlic bread which was soft toasty and garlicky. Great place with great service. It is local family owned. Loved it. Came here one early evening during the first week of October to try this Italian Restaurant since it was nearby where my father and I were at. Gotta say first impressions were the modern decor the decor and relaxing ambience. There seemed to be a few people already here with others coming for pickup. Looked promising. I'll dive right into the positives. Service was extremely friendly. The Garlic Bread was absolutely amazing to addictive level that I wanted to eat the whole thing, th3 canolli had a great presentation and tastes so authentic! That is pretty much it. The wine selection was a bit limited to four reds and four whites to choose from. My red was a glass of Castello Banfi The Chianti Superior and it sufficed. My father had the Cherry Pie Three Vineyards Pinot Noir California and we joked about the typo on the menu to our server, had a good laugh because it was listed at a false price of $1.50 per glass instead of $9 (or $8?). It was a humorous moment. Now for the negatives and for an Italian Restaurant one needs to focus on seasoning of their main dishes. We both found it lacking. We both ordered Veal, mine was Francese with a mushroom sauce pasta and my father's was Veal Picatta with his angel hair pasta. Quality wise, the Veal was thicker than other restaurants and did not cut softly, perhaps the Veal needed to be pounded down som more. It required a little bit more cutting effort and chewing effort. Seasoning wise, mine was plain, th3 sauce basic and the Veal lacking any spices herbs or seasoning. It actually needed salt! I never add salt to any restaurant dish. As for the francese sauce it was meh. I should have stuck to the picatta sauce. Also my mushroom sauced pasta didn't stay ontop, it was liquidy and went right the the bottom which had to scoop up the sauce to eat with the pasta. It was a let down considering I've eaten at many other Italian restaurants. Moreso a let down because their garlic bread was just so well prepared and tastey! The main dish also a let down because for dessert the canollis were extremely savory with mmmms. Reminded me of having one in Little Italy, NY.! This experience perplexed me and do hope they make improvements since Miami is a place of a plethora of restaurants both young and old and the older ones got the formula right read more

Went here last night for dinner after a recommendation from a family friend. We were starving and in the area, so I figured it was worth a try. The place is cute and centrally located, but the service left much to be desired. Our waitress came by to check our order and then when we were done eating to ask how our food was. On to the actual food...we ordered bruschetta to start which was real really good. The garlic rolls were got great, they were dry and under seasoned. We also got gnocchi alla sorrentina which lacked flavor and was room temperature making the cheese on top hard. We also ordered the Bianca pizza, how something that has hot honey had such little flavor is surprising. Overall, we were very, very underwhelmed by the food and service and I would not recommend trying Rubino's out. read more

Two stars as the place is set up very nicely. Great decor and has a little fine dining feel. So that part does not disappoint. Now for everything else, well, it's latinos cooking Italian food. So you know what you are going to get here. Nothing tasted like authentic Italian. Although it wasn't the worst I had in Miami, the food was very bland. The Pizza was undercooked and flavorless , and the Vodka Shrimp Penne was a big disappointment. Decided to try this place yesterday for dinner & I gotta say I was impressed. Started off with the lobster bisque (which was very creamy & delicious!) & half a dozen of the garlic rolls which were phenomenal. We ordered La Nonna & the Prosciutto & Arugula pizza (medium sized, which looked like a large) they were delicious but the prosciutto pizza took the cake. Adriana was our server & she recommended we try a 2021 Chilean wine they had on special, which was yummy too. She was very attentive & friendly, the service was top notch. 10/10 read more

We had been to Rubino's several times perhaps 4 four visits, today we stopped for lunch and were plaisantly surprised that the place was busy, not packed but busy enough to wait to be seated. We were brought water and later pizza rolls plump,top we some grated parmiggiano. Our waitress Gipssy came to take our orders , we started with fried calamares, crispy, tender and served with a good tomato sauce. Following with had ordered, asparagus grilled with jumbo shrimps and veal parmesano served with spaghetti and tomato sauce. Well the asparagus were mushy and the jumbo grilled shrimp not the size that was expected, at the most 26/30 pan fried , not grilled, they didn't tasted to anything blend and boring. My dish , I was looking to eat a nice veal parmesano it had been a while as veal is difficult to find even in specialty supermarkets. Terrible chewey not pounded properly the breading inexistant the cheese was OK, but not enough for me to finish the plate left more than half. The spaghetti side even though requested aldente it wasn't and the supposed San Marzano sauce they wish it had been , that sauce tasted like it had been reducing and becoming acid and thick.That is the problem when you hire people who don't have a clue of the proper knowledge of the food that they cook, i don't blame them i blame the management for the lack of training and supervision. Finally!!! I've been waiting for this restaurant to open. They just opened up yesterday. If you like Ferrari's pizza and Italian food, then you are in for a surprise! Same owner! I'm beyond impressed of the atmosphere, it's very elegant. The employees were beyond friendly and the kitchen looks clean and organized. I didn't post a pic of my pizza because pizza pics don't do it justice. You have to swing by and try their pizza yourself. The sauce is... on point. The cheese they put on is not only high quality, they put a generous amount of cheese. If you like pepperoni and mushroom, that is a must have at this place. I do recall from their other restaurant that the other Italian dishes are excellent so that will be my next order. Overall, A+ in my books.
