We had a Sonoran dog, Barbacoa tacos, carne asada tacos, Baja shrimp tacos, and a carne asada Carmello. Each great on their own, but my favorite were the Barbacoa tacos. The red sauce is pretty spicy, but the other green sauce is good. The quacamole is smooth and just right on the lime. Will absolutely be coming back. He cooks the sausage in a light, fresh tomato sauce. He must had simmered it for quite a while because the flavors really melded together nicely. He also cooked the onions, red pepper, yellow pepper, and orange pepper in the sauce as well. The cheese was nice and melty! The bread held the sandwich together perfectly! Plus, we got the last one of the night. I am picturing he had a loving Italian Nonna who may have taught him well. A big bonus was that he had a table set up in front of his truck, with FREE fruit (melon) and FREE Doritos!!! They skimped a little on the beans but I'm sure my stomach will thank me later All in all though, everything was great. The mac and cheese was a bit dry but otherwise good.
