There is a huge assortment of food, from Onigiri to Chiffon Cake. My boyfriend and I had a small selection of their pastries and food. Our personal favorites were the Wagyu Beef Onigiri and the Butter and Garlic Roll. Both were so savory and flavorful. My friends and I always stop by Pullman Bread on our Las Vegas trips. Service is always friendly and interior is clean. Sometimes they're sold out of things but a lot of their offerings are great! With the great reviews, I stopped wanting some Japanese pastries. There was no one in there when we walked in however, by the time we walked out, there was a long line. So I'd say it's a popular spot. We ordered the egg sandwhich, cream bun with homemade Custard and salty buttery "garlic" bread. I enjoyed the garlic bread the most. It was soft and tasty. Omg what an underground gem is this spot! I am so happy i came across this place. Such amazing and kind staff, taking the best care of their clients. I came in here around 2:30 AM and it was actually surprisingly busy for that time but that's awesome because those are the benefits the business gets for being open 24/7! I ordered the Strawberry Uji Matcha tiramisu "Everlasting Love" and the "Strawberry Shortcake" as well as the rice balls of salmon and wagyu. I was having high expectation about this place as I normally love Japanese bakery for their quality like Okayama kobo in Anaheim. Or the most famous cream pan. The ordering process is straightforward--you tell the staff what you want, and they'll grab it for you and bring it to checkout. I ordered two types of egg sandwiches, and they turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The bread was dry, crumbly, and made a mess in my car. I only managed to eat one and ended up throwing the other away. The matcha tiramisu, however, is a five-star delight! The cream is light, fresh, and not overly sweet--definitely something I'd order again. I also tried the salt and butter roll, which was just okay. It lacked the fluffy texture that Okayama Kobo's famous salt and butter rolls have. This one was pre-bagged, and I noticed the same issue with Okayama Kobo rolls during COVID when they started pre-packing them for pre-orders. It might be a little expensive and it could add up but the quality of the products and the number of choices do remind me of Japan. - except for the price. The onigiris are awesome i love the mentaiko .... the egg sando's were just okay for me.... the bread / that were plain butter ( crunch out/ chewy inside) reminded me of okayama... (tho okayama does it better) The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had a question about a number of stuff and they explained it well. Unfortunately, there's no seats or table inside. We've tried Pullman Bread a couple times now, and we can't say we're impressed. The quality does not justify the price. Very, very overpriced for what it is. I've had better and fluffier bread elsewhere for a much better price. The croquettes are definitely not worth getting. For $5.50 you get mostly mashed potato filling. You're better off going to Tous le Jour where the filling actually has more meat. The katsu sandos are pretty good. For a whole sandwich you pay $15. The quality of chicken is good. Again the shokupan is just okay. You also have to pay an additional $2 if you want sauce. The workers are also a bit inattentive and slow. On this most recent visit we ordered katsu sandos, and our bag was just sitting at the cash register while two workers were just chatting. No name was called out. They didn't even notice the bag sitting at the cash register. I only received my order because I asked if it was mine. But customer service wouldn't be the reason I wouldn't care to come here often. Again it's the price and quality of the bread and desserts. Definitely not worth a drive. If you're in the area, I personally think there's better options for Asian bread. But the sandos might be worth getting as I don't think there's anything too comparable nearby. I'm not sure how they operate 24 hours. Maybe the high prices allow it. read more

The cashier was so sweet and gave me a free Chocolate Custard Cream Bun. My favorite was the Autumn Purple Pudding which wasn't too sweet and had a nice purple potato flavor to it. I heard about Pullman via @annikasleaf, and her visit featured the onigiri and baked bread that was shaped into a cat head. My family and I tried the onigiris (wagyu beef, salted salmon, and tempura shrimp), charcoal bread, bread made with honey, and the milkbread. Pullman also has sandwiches, desserts/pastries, snacks, drinks and more. The breads made with charcoal and the one made with honey were both ok. They weren't cushy soft nor overly sweet. They were sweeter than plain, white bread, but the overall flavor was mellow. I kept both loaves in the fridge, but the charcoal bread ended up going moldy within the week that it was bought. I had the honey bread cut thick for future makings of french toast and it was perfect. The milk bread was also good for making savory sandwiches and sweet flavored toasts. My siblings liked the wagyu onigiri while I liked most the salted salmon. They both had a good amount of filling and were not dry. The tempura shrimp onigiri was dry and had one piece of shrimp inside. The shop does not have any sitting room and not much standing room, but the store and staff are inviting and helpful. Finally got to try Pullman Bread's popular items! I've been here once before, but I can't remember what I got haha. The shop is relatively small, but it's super cute! The workers were kind and helpful. I had asked if some items were still available because I didn't see them in the display case or near the front of the store, but the worker who helped us today said that some items (that we didn't see on display) were made just 20 minutes prior, and other items are on either sides of the store. Today, we got the Strawberry Sando, a Pork Bun, Wagyu Onigiri, and Eel Onigiri. The Strawberry Sando was really yummy! I thought it was relatively sweet, but my girlfriend thought it wasn't too sweet (which she likes). There is definitely a Lot of creme, and I wish that the strawberries were smaller or cut up into more bits so that each bite would have some strawberry. The bread was very soft!! The Onigiri were good! I just tried the Wagyu Onigiri, but I am a fan! The Pork Bun was hands down my favorite item from tonight. It was like an elevated siopao with the yummiest filling of pork and onions and a sauce on the side. When we first got the bun, it was still fresh and came right out of the steamer in front of us.
