Ambiance was great. Service and Food? You tell me: I ordered fried pickles. I've been around long enough to know what a fried pickle is, and whatever was served, ain't anything like a fried pickle. So I says to the bartender, "WTF is this!!??" He says "fried pickles." It was ok. I ate what I believe was fried Japanese Egg Plant. What other substitutions are these guys making? I'll let you find out.

Swung by before dinner next door! Holy wow! I had the Overflow Double IPA. Personally, one of the best Hazy's I've ever had! Also, we coincidentally came during their happy hour, so for $5 for the glass, awesome value! Grabbed a quick drink. Saw people working here too. Lots of space and relatively easy parking. If I'm ever back in the area, Pumphouse Brewery is a must stop!

The Pumphouse Brewery is a firefighter-themed restaurant and brew pup with a great atmosphere, expansive indoor and outdoor seating and a clean comfortable bar area. With entree options ranging from top notch Mexican fare, a variety of burgers and salads, to comfort food as well. The dessert menu also has a wide variety of sweet treats. Service was good in a busy, fast-paced atmosphere.

Loved the whole dining experience. Our friend took my husband and I to dine there. Service and food were both phenomenal. Great place to grab a drink and an appetizer. I ordered the seared ahi tuna, loved the presentation and the ahi was prepared nicely. They have a good size menu to choose from. Great place, highly recommend.

Super great and reliable brewery restaurant in downtown Longmont right on Main Street. Exactly what you would expect from a brewhouse - decent beers, a big diverse menu from salads to other more typical bar, entrées, and lots of starters. Fast, friendly service, and overall a cool brewhouse vibe.

This restaurant was fun. We loved the ambiance. Our server was friendly and attentive. The chicken parm sandwich was as crispy and delicious. My husband was happy to see a vegetarian version of the nachos (ie not immediately adding meat). My daughter liked her kids meal and was happy for the surprise cookies. We liked the arcade too. The draft beer options were great.

Pumphouse has a huge menu, they fresh grind their beef for their burgers, their beer is really good, and the atmosphere has multiple options. The have a large sports bar area, a more traditional seated section, and a outdoor patio. The service was friendly and attentive. The waiter help explain their beer and food options and the DBL IPA was fantastic. For a Brewery Restaurant they checked all the marks.

This place must print money -- they turn seats constantly and there are often lines out the door, and for good reason. Huge selection of Pump House seasonal and flagship beers plus rotating guest taps from local breweries. Food comes out fast and the portions are massive (I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggies -- comfort-food perfection). Great dog-friendly patio for nice days, and even at busy times we've never waited more than 15 minutes for a table. Friendly staff, solid beer selection, and reliably delicious, generous food -- a must-visit in Longmont.

Everytime we passed this restaurant it's packed-inside and outside. When we finally went in we knew why. They have a very large menu with something for everyone. Their beer selection is one of the biggest I've seen around. I'm not usually a burger person but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It wasn't like a sloppy greasy burger. It was tender and delicious with so much flavor. The service was great and we've been back since that first time. I would highly recommend this place to bring out of town visitors too as the menu is so varied.

We had tried several of their beers in the past, and really enjoyed them. However, when we arrived at the brewery, they happened to be closed. After being disappointed for a moment, we, there were four of us, decided to stop at a brewery down the street. Luckily enough, this brewery just happened to be Bootstrap. As you can see from my 5 star rating, I really liked Bootstrap. Visiting at that specific time seemed meant to be because while sitting outside at their outdoor patio, we saw a beautiful double rainbow !! Some of the things that I liked about Bootstrap was the friendly staff!! They were very welcoming and gave us tips about where to go in Colorado. Also, there brewery was large with plenty of tables and a stage for live music, open mic nights and karaoke. And of course their beer was delicious with a wide selection to suit everyone's tastes.

Then more time passed and they closed the Niwot when and now only the Longmont location remains. Recently I had a beer from Bootstrap. It was the Chillax, a Pineapple Golden Ale. I thought it was alright but I'm not necessarily convinced I'm wildly in love with Pineapple beers. Just a little too sweet but I wanted to challenge myself on this occasion and I thought it was just fair. But as I said I have been to Bootstrap before... a few times actually and I have a lot more enthusiasm for their chile beer or their cherry ginger beer. So if you can get a hold of those definitely do. They are older beer releases and at the time I didn't see them but I'd definitely keep your eyes out for those!

Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited about 20 minutes just for drinks and eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves. When we asked about it, the bartender simply said, "I'm working on it," which was frustrating given how long we had already been waiting. There were 4 tales in the restaurant and like 8 employees Things did not improve from there. Our food came out very slowly and one of the meals had to be sent back. We ended up having to go to the bar multiple times, including for a to go box and even to get our check, because no one was checking on our table. To make matters worse, the menu states that guests are asked to limit their visit to 90 minutes. However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed. To top it off, gratuity was automatically added without it being mentioned or explained. That felt especially inappropriate considering we ended up doing a large portion of the service ourselves. It's like they figured they were getting auti gratuity so didn't provide any service Really disappointing experience overall. Not sure what changed, but this was a huge step down from our previous visit.

My daughter does not have a taste for beer so she sampled the seltzer and settled on the Cherry Popper. I am always for the dark beers so after trying a sample of the brown and the stout, I chose Wired Greasy Grinder milk stout. The seltzer was interesting as it was not back-sweetened like so many are. It was more like a flavored sparkling water, but with alcohol. She really liked it. The milk stout had a wonderful malty, roasty flavor that I love. When my friend arrived, she chose the same as me and we all sat and enjoyed some conversation. This is a nice location tucked away just off I-25. I look forward to visiting again.
