These guys rock! I honestly was looking for something "more extreme" HOWEVER it was an awesome experience in God's Country...above the trees, nature & with others who may be striving to overcome heights etc. Highly recommend! Great "date" thang!

    Gear up!

Awesome afternoon of zipping among the trees on Saturday! Ethan and Julian were wonderful guides, very patient, and kept us on our toes.... safely. So fun. We highly recommend this place - from start to finish, a perfect experience. Try it!

Honestly, what a great location and fun tour! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I felt safe and had a great time with my friends! I would definitely bring my family here! Shout out to the great team! :)

Thank you Ben and Bailey for the private tour we had ourselves

Zipping through the trees in North plains Oregon was unreal and thrilling. Making reservations online on their website was easy. The cost was reasonable compared to the zipine companies in Hawai'i. You can spend between $120 to 190 per person. Here at pumpkin ridge zipline co, it's $85 per adult. Great deal. There are 7 ziplines and three suspension bridges. The 2nd bridge is narly and steep. Ben and Bailey were great tour guides on this over 1 hr experience. Yup it's suppose to be 2 hrs but we were the only ones on this tour. So we had Ben and Bailey and the lines to ourselves and time went by fast. I nearly thought we would not make it to our meeting time 845am. But they were able to accommodate us and we got to use the portable toilets before zipping off. The waiver forms were filled out already so we could get started. They do have forms available in case you forget. They strapped us in our safety harness and we had our helmets and gloves on. The first line was a short so we can get a feel. Then, T the lines started getting longer and faster as we zipped through each one. I enjoyed the longer suspension bridge. They had cameras on the first and last line. My bf tried to pose but he got tangled up so he didn't face the same direction as the camera. Ben had a common interest with my bf: trees. They talked non-stop on different trees and the land where the zipine co sits on. He even mentioned that he has helped several zipline companies in Hawaii. There is a zipine tour is currently being built in Lanai which he is helping with consultation. Pretty cool. All in all, the time and money spent was totally worth it. I would do it again if I had the opportunity. Even my bf told me I picked the right zipine company and he enjoyed it more than the Maui zipine co. It was definitely much safer. To end our zipline tour, I bought the photos taken. It was $10 for the first photo and $5 for any additional photos. Try pumpkin ridge zipline co.

Very comforting and easy going tour thanks to the guides, Charlotte and Elise. They are great with all ages, activity levels, able bodied or disabled individuals. They are a funny pair and kept up with the jokes and our shenanigans! My mother and I felt very welcomed and safe under these two. There are seven lines to zip and three suspension bridges to cross. You could be released down below by a rope if you have second thoughts. We appreciated that the braking system was out of our hands (literally) as Charlotte controlled our speed on the come down.

So much fun! The guides were the best - so funny and super nice! The views are spectacularly beautiful and the course is fun, starting off small and going bigger. Good for kids or beginners as it wasn't super extreme. The suspension bridges were amazing! We went on a super nice day, but I could see where you would want to bring a jacket. It's high up and can be windy. I was also so glad I took my backpack for my phone and some water. Try to go with a group of 6 or less so there's not a lot of waiting time. Great fun had by all!

Our day at Pumpkin Ridge Zip Tour was one of the best adventures I've ever been on! Our guides were AMAZING!!! I love that the course starts off simple, short, & low to the ground, but quickly amps up to faster, farther, & higher. Even though the two of us had no fears or qualms, others in our group had some trepidation, but our outstanding guides were calm, patient, & funny. The ONLY thing I would change are the little "raccoon picnic tables" used to stand on while hooking & unhooking from the cables. They are RIGHT in the way when trying to land/stop/stand up & make the landing a bit awkward. Even on the 7th & final line, I still landed & stood up like a moron having a seizure. ;o) 7 lines, 3 suspension bridges, 2 hours, 1 amazing day!

We had a wonderful time on our zip tour on Saturday. We had Elisa and Julian, both of whom were wonderful tour guides. The zip line tour was a great anniversary present for my boyfriend and a wonderful way for us to have fun together. I would absolutely return again and try to perfect the tricks that they showed us. The view from above the tree canopy was remarkable and a wonderful new way to experience the greater Portland area.

My friend and I decided to zipline while we were in the Portland area. Our tour was scheduled for 3pm, but you have to be there 15 minutes early for a safety/tour briefing. We were running behind due to traffic and called the staff to let them know that we may possibly be late. They were so sweet and said, "Don't worry about it, just get here safe." We ended up getting there on time. Our tour guides were Sheena and Kylie and they were really down to earth and made the tour fun. They assisted us with putting on the gear and answered any questions our group had. There were only 6 of us in our group, so the tour was smooth and the weather was perfect that day, which is rare in the Oregon area. They will run the tour even if it's raining, but you can always call to confirm. The lines in the beginning were easy and short just to ease us in and then it becomes longer and the elevation gets higher. There's no hiking, except a short little walk in between the lines. There are 3 suspension bridges in the tour, but it's not bad as long as the person in front of you and behind you don't jump and shake the bridge. Also, there are some trees that do move during the tour, but don't be alarmed, it just means it's alive and healthy. If you're afraid of heights, then this is a great way to conquer your fear, but if you're not, then have fun during your lines and do the tricks that the guides recommend. It's a lot of fun. At the end of the tour, make sure to tip your guides, and you can purchase pictures for $10 and any additional picture is $5. Thanks again Sheena and Kylie. You ladies rock!

Absolutely an amazing experience. It was part of a surprise for me and my bf's 2nd anniversary that I planned.. I didn't tell him where we were headed till we reached the destination. Neither of us have tried zip line before. It looked like a day that was gonna rain but it held on. Luckily we were the only two ppl there since it was a weekday. You get to try the baby zipline first as they went thru all the safety protocols. As the tour goes on, it gets higher and longer. It was a thrill. Did you know research indicates when you do something thrilling (that increases your heartbeats) with your loved one, it will strengthen your bonds? So don't be scared to try this. I was only scared to drop my phone. Lol Our tour guides were very helpful. They took a picture in the beginning and on the last ride. Make sure you have a cool pose on the zip line. Our tour guide did a sleeping beauty pose which was cool. We bought the first picture. its something id like to try again in the future as we enjoy the nature and the famous pumpkin ridge golf down the road!!

I wanted the highest, longest zip line I could find nestled among the forest and this did not disappoint. Andy and Bryson did a great job of keeping us safe while also making the trip really fun for everyone. The ziplines themselves were great, especially the last 2 which take you over a gorge with rapids below. Amazing ride with a great view! We passed by a few of the other zip line places that I considered during our trip and I'm glad we chose this one; the others looked pretty lame in comparison (based on what I saw from the road). If you take the trip, note that there is no outpost. You enter the forest at the edge of a small, gravel parking lot with a couple containers at the end (which contain the gear). I thought I was in the wrong place at first! But it makes for an even better experience, in my opinion, because you spend the whole time in the forest. I highly recommend this experience.

The property is owned by the Salvation Army and used to bring urban children out into forest and get a feeling for camping for a week or so. Being a former camp counselor (Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp) in Rhododendron, I really enjoyed talking with the camp director. So many similar experiences. The TriMet bus stop was right at the camp entrance. The camp had a good sturdy road, but I think it descended at least 1/2 mile, but as we walked down. the magic happened with the sounds of nature taking over. Butter flies and birds flickered, the river ran, and all the small forest critters were busy on their errands; almost in a Disneyesque manner. The buildings are very handsome and look brand new which is very much to the camp directors and their staff's credit. After a very pleasant time, we did have to leave. The camp director and her husband (co-camp director) were kind enough to drive us back up to the bus stop. The Salvation Army is doing some outstanding work here along with their directors and staff. We felt the easy warmth of all we interacted with and walked away with happy thoughts of the time spent with these fine people.
