I used to think it was a plus that they checked the air in my tires, but when I left this time, I realized that three out of four of my caps weren't screwed back on properly. They don't try and up-charge us and only provide the services that we need and request. There aren't any hidden fees and, as precaution, I always check my receipts before check-out and leaving the shop to ensure everything adds up. I've never had an issue in the many years I have been personally bringing my car in. I even had some pretty major things done here from an engine issue to having all four tires ordered and replaced.
