The complimentary bread was just so so, a little dry. But the entrees were really good. We got the Caesar salad, risotto with shrimp and the bolognese sauce over rigatoni. I think we only waited for about 15 minutes. You can also get a slice. They have a good variety of choices including marinara and burrata, bianca, market pie (green tomato, green garlic pesto, mozzarella), mushroom, sausage, porchetta (thinly sliced porchetta, wild fennel, lemon, black pepper, mozzarella) The side condiments of red pepper flakes and hot honey were a nice touch. The order arrived with no napkins, no forks, no plates, no red pepper packs and no parmigiana cheese packs. On top of that, the lid on the Caesar salad had popped off and the salad spilled inside the bag. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The person who answered simply told me they "don't provide" napkins, forks, or plates. I pointed out that if that's their policy, it should be made clear when ordering. For as long as I can remember, basic utensils and napkins have been a pretty reasonable expectation with a delivery order--especially one that includes a salad. What bothered me most wasn't even the missing items. It was the complete lack of concern. There was no apology, no suggestion for how they could help, and no acknowledgment that a salad arriving spilled in the bag might be a problem. Two stars because the pizza itself really is very good. But good food doesn't excuse poor customer service. I'm in DC periodically and would happily order from Andy's again if they fix this, but until then, I'll go elsewhere.
