We have been taking our yellow lab to Puppingham for going on two years! We couldn't be happier with this doggy daycare. The staff (Especially Miss Kaylin, Miss Taylor and Miss Dana) are such personable people and ensure they get to know each and every dog and their nuances and personalities. They are also very calming for the most neurotic of puppy moms (I am one!). This has been such an amazing energy outlet for our yellow lab since he was a puppy. We take him there almost everyday during the week and some weekends! We don't have to worry about him being cooped up in the house all day or being lazy. The facility is so clean, doesn't smell like a wet dog/dirty dog, and Audrey is constantly putting in upgrades and improvements to an already relatively new space. The camera system is so nice when I have time at work to watch our fur baby play or when we're out of town we are able to check on him in his suite. Dana is a fantastic groomer! It is so nice to be able to have him get all cleaned up before coming home every few weeks. Anyone that has something negative to say about this place either has unrealistic expectations or hasn't been to another doggy daycare. read more

I have previously brought my dog here on a few occasions to try out the daycare program. My dog really seemed to enjoy herself and the staff seemed great as well. Since daycare went so well I decided to try boarding my dog here as well. I loved how when I was away that I could look in on my dog by looking at the live feed on the app. My dog seemed to really be enjoying herself whenever I checked in on her. I liked that there were several different options offered where my dog would spend her nights and that she didn't have to spend the night in a small and closed up space. The staff were again great and always very responsive when I would call or text to ask how things were going. My dog was clean and smelled great when I picked her up after my trip and even acted like she didn't want to come home and would rather stay and keep having a great time! Puppingham Palace is hands down the BEST place to trust your sweet pups with. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable leaving your dogs. They will happily chat with you anytime while you're gone to update you on how your sweet baby/babies are doing. The facility immaculate and smells great. My dog has allergies and they take those things very serious when it comes to special requests. At one point they had to hand feed my guy to make sure he ate I have been taking my boxer there since he was 6 months old. They love him like their own. Their grooming specialist is amazing. She clips Clarkson'a nails and never goes too far. Gives him a cute bandana after his bath! The owner, Audrey is beyond amazing! I just cannot speak highly enough about this place!! My family's dog, Bolt (a ~15 pound Schnoodle), was lost by Puppingham Palace in Wildwood, MO. The owner of the establishment who claims to love dogs, has explicitly told me that my daughters' dog is nothing more than "property." Additionally the business accepts no liability because no contracts were signed. "It's no different than if someone came to your house and let the dog out." is what I was told. Think twice about leaving your pet with a business where animals are "property" and no responsibility is taken. Luckily our dog was found 16 days after he was let loose and subsequently lost. Funny enough, we have yet to receive any sort of apology from the owners of Puppingham Palace. Everyone is free to make their own choices, but I would strongly advise to avoid this establishment at all costs. read more

i would highly recommend anyone to puppingham. I send my dogs their for daycare and for extended stays. My pups know as soon as we turn in where they are going and get very excited!! we feel like family. they treat every dog as their own. i love getting texts and call updates. they give excellent feedback about the dogs day. i wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. they have a fantastic facility with huge play yards both inside and outside. With a jungle gym and pool in the back for the dogs to play with. i love seeing the pictures posted from that day on Facebook. its very reassuring seeing your pup with a huge smile on their face playing with the other dogs. :) happy mom happy pups! read more

I LOVE Puppingham Palace. My family has been taking our dogs there since they first opened. Our GSD mix had cancer at the time, and they took such good care of her one night when we needed emergency boarding. Since then, My own dog has been going there for boarding, grooming and daycare for almost 3 years. She has such a blast every time. She loves daycare, especially during the summer. Getting to play in the pool with her friends is her favorite. I love the camera system for being able to peek in on her during playtime, or at night when shes snoozing when I am out of town. Our dogs go nuts over 2 words: walk and Puppingham. We have been taking our two huge dogs to Puppingham daycare every other week for exercise and socialization. We have used their overnight boarding on several occasions as well. The staff always greets us with open arms. They offer great price packages for daycare which is great having two dogs. The place is always clean (there is never hair on the floor!), smells great (how with all those dogs?!) and never turn us away. They care about our community too because they donate to our local elementary schools fundraisers as well! read more

Wow...don't understand the bad reviews...Puppingham Palace is in Wildwood, MO and lots of these folks aren't even in or near Missouri. Anyway, we use this facility regularly and we have a very hyper/high maintenance pup. They gave us suggestions on socializing him which worked great and our pup loves his time at Puppingham. They also have camera/video system where owners can watch their pups online at home/work anytime to see how their dog is doing and how staff is interacting with their pet. Its very clean and the outside part is astroturf so no muddy pups at pick up! read more

We have taken our dogs for grooming several times and have always been amazed at how well they handled our (1) very scared rescue dog and (2) very excitable rescue puppy. The owner has a love for dogs like I have never seen. She has truly designed a place where dogs are happy and well cared for. I don't understand how so many people from out of town have the experience with Puppingham to leave negative reviews. I have personally referred several dog owners and they all continue to take their dogs back as they are extremely pleased with the day and overnight care. read more

I was very unsatisfied with my visit. They are extremely disorganized; writing appointments on post it notes that they do not transfer into their system. On top of that, they treat their customers rudely. My dog was there for over 6 hours. I called twice to inquire about her status and was told that she had been done for quite awhile and they did not have my phone number. My phone number was on the required paperwork as well as my dog's collar, so there is no excuse for this. I will not be returning and highly recommend that you don't either. read more

From day one, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and they are professional. My "Baxter" loves it there, he is 81 pounds of sweetheart so I wasn't sure how he would do. I had never had any of my dogs attend a doggie day care before. They watched him and made sure it went well. Years later we still attend, Baxter gets so excited when we get to the parking lot. Also I can WATCH him when I want! They have an app that shows the cameras pointed at all the facility areas so I can look in at anytime! read more

We have boarded our dogs in the area for more than 20 years and this is by far the best place that we have found. They include doggie daycare play dates with boarding - others in the area charge for the dogs to interact with others when they board. The staff is so loving with the animals and take the time to chat with the pet parents about the doggie's stay- how much they ate, who were their favorite playmates, etc. I highly recommend Puppingham - two paws up!! read more

When my son decided to move his family to Florida, Gandalf, their vizsla puppy, was only 8 months old and clearly not ready to move into a new Airbnb. I reluctantly agreed to keep him "for the winter". Daycare at Puppingham Palace once or twice a week very literally saved us. Being with other high energy dogs and caring handlers provided Gandalf with the outlet he needed and gave me and my 10 year old cocker spaniel a welcome break. read more

My two babies Spuds and Stinky have been going to play day at Puppingham since they first opened. The place is is so clean and safe for all sized dogs! The staff is always helpful ,friendly and you can tell they love dogs! My two are always happy to see the staff as well as having fun with the other pooches. Great place for your dog to play and/or stay! The owner and staff are all dog lovers and will care for your dog while you're away for the day or longer. Our dog was one of the first daycare customers 7 years ago when he was just a puppy, and he is still excited to go to Puppingham when we are away from home. We have been going here for years. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I have two puppies. One Great Dane and one Shih-poo (Half Shitzu and Half poodle). My Great Dane loves it there... My little Shih-poo is scared of her shadow. Puppingham Palace takes special time to make sure she feels safe and secure. Puppingham is amazing! Definitely worth every penny! The entire staff is so committed to making sure that every dog is safe and happy, and they really make an effort to get to know your pup. I've taken our fur babies other places in the past, but I've never seen them as happy as when they go to Puppingham Palace, and I feel comfortable leaving them in their care. First experience with Puppingham Palace was great. We got a last minute appointment for a wash and nail trim which I was very grateful for. The staff was friendly, waiting area was clean and inviting and they did a great job on my French Bulldog. He's a wiggler and they did very well with him. I've been coming to Puppingham Palace for the past year, and I highly recommend them for all of your dogs needs. Not only do they know every pet that comes to play, they love your pet as much as you do. I utilize daycare weekly, so my puppy can play with friends, and I have boarded our pup 4 times now.
