This place is definitely a hidden gem! The pupusas are delicious and super affordable. You cant go wrong with $3 pupusas and they are pretty big and very filling. My go tos are the queso (cheese) and the chicharron y queso (pork and cheese) ones, so good!! the food is so well seasoned its like a flavor party in your mouth. I'm so glad they deliver, if you get a chance definitely make sure to check this place out, I'm telling you you wont regret it!! Try the cashew sweet milky drink Called"Marañón" .... (see NYorker Mag article 09/21/20).... we stop by just to have the great pupusa that's all there... There are several varieties.... The menu is not complexed... There's a small area for eating outside or you can just take out (Covid-19 Changes the way we eat and where we eat) we also had a side order of refried beans... Pupusas are by far one of my favorite foods, buts since moving back to New York from Miami it has been difficult to find authentic and well made pupusas. I thoroughly enjoyed these pupusas, but the curtido hadn't been sitting long enough and was barely pickled and for me that is really important when eating a pupusa. These are by far the best pupusas I've EVER bought in NY!!! My mom was born& raised in El Salvador so no-one comes close to hers but these are the 2nd best!! I've tried MANY pupuserias bcuz my mom's older now & doesn't make them as often as she used to so when I'm in a mood I try new spots. They are true pupusas! I've had pupusas there 4 times already. The first time they were good made by and old lady, but after the second time I tried them, they were disgusting. The masa was super thick and the frijoles were not well cooked. I thought maybe this time someone else did it, let's give it another chance. So i went the 3rd time. And same thing happened. I called for a pick up asked them to not put loroco on my revuelta pupusa. And to put some loroco on my frijoles con queso one. And they said no, if you want loroco you have to pay more, which is okay, I understand. So I told them not to put on anyone. I picked my order up, get home and find out they put loroco on the revueltas. My wife can eat loroco, it gets her sick. So she couldn't eat that day. Once again I try to give them another chance. And so I did the same thing asked about the loroco, they told me the same exact thing. I order for pick up again and they mess up my order one more time. This was the last one. I'm not going back there again. Plus the last 2 times the frijoles were disgusting. Sorry. I try to give you guys more than one chance. But you're messed up. read more
