Great flavor for all their meat selections. Spacious casual interior. Easy to order. Fast friendly service. GREAT Taco Tuesday deals on tacos and house margarita.

Found this gem recently and was so impressed! The vibes are spot on, the space is incredibly clean, and the food was delicious from start to finish. Definitely a new favorite!

Food was fantastic. Sweet people that work there and nicely decorated restaurant! We will drive from Highlands Ranch in the future to eat here. Keep the small businesses open.

This place was tucked away but definitely worth the visit! I must say that I enjoyed supporting this local business!! I was referred to this restaurant by a trusted source, and I'm satisfied!! I dropped in around mid day on a Thursday and the place was pretty quiet. My order was taken up front and I was able to seat myself. Upon sitting, I noticed a small bar area near the kitchen but did not partake in any alcoholic beverages this trip. I did however try the mango beverage and it was fresh and delicious. It paired nicely and aided in maintaining a pleasant spice level for my meal. I ordered a couple of steak tacos which were simple and good. The star of the show however came with all the bells and whistle. The spinach and cheese pupusa was my favorite during this trip. I topped both the steak and spinach pupusas with the provided toppings. I added a bit of spice with the sauces and enjoyed each bite until the end. The steak pupusas appeared to have small slices of steak throughout and a generous amount of cheese to accompany it! Overall, I'd love to experience more of the listed menu items! This was a great, inexpensive way to please the taste buds!

Not at all a bad stop or delivery order if you're looking for decent pupusas or tacos. I visited in person to dine in and had both tacos and pupusas. Everything was fresh and tasty. The service is great, they give you complimentary chips & salsa along with all the cabbage and salsa your heart wants to dump on. I'm not really an expert on pupusas, but while they were tasty I have it on good authority that they're not the most authentic out there. They were very cheesy and reminded me a bit of quesadillas, nothing wrong with that though! The augua frescas were a bit on the sweeter side but pretty refreshing nevertheless. And for a Mexican-Salvadoran joint venture, I didn't have the highest expectations for the tacos, but I was pleasantly surprised as they were authentic and properly prepared street tacos. I thought carnitas were very good on the tacos as well. I can see myself coming back and digging in again, possibly in the to-go format.

What an incredible surprise! We ordered a lengua y queso pupusa....and then another.... If I had a second stomach I certainly would have ordered another 2. 10/10 recommend!!!

Have been craving pupusas for a while and decided to give this place a shot. Food was good, it is authentic pupusa and tacos. The location/area though isn't great... they should actually consider moving to a better area because food is good. I just didn't feel safe during the day, I can't imagine at night. I side the place there's a noticeable open sketchy bar, I am 100% sure they have loud music, heavy drinking and who know what else. I gave 3 stars because food was good. 0 stars to location 1-2 stars of cleanliness 3 stars of service ( basically service is accordingly to the place)

Carnitas and Barbacoa Tacos

Ordered four carnitas tacos and two barbacoa tacos along with a carnitas and queso pupusa for delivery. The carnitas and barbacoa tacos were flavorful and delicious. Similarly, the carnitas and queso pupusa was nicely filled with pork and cheese and was fabulous. The condiments were tasty. The slaw was nicely bright to contract the heavy meats. The cheese was tasty as were the sauces. The only downside was that the cheese was placed in a small plastic bag and put atop the hot food, thereby turning it into a firm ball of cheese. Liquid sauces also arrived in tied plastic bags, making it a challenge to open without spilling contents.

Would not recommend. Waiting for more than an hour for food is insane. They don't communicate with you so costumer service was not the best.

Pupusas are thick, stuffed corn masa filled with things like cheese, beans, pork, fish and grilled. We started with the curtido, which is the traditional Salvadoran pickled cabbage slaw. Tangy, crunchy relish made from finely shredded cabbage, carrots, pickled in vinegar. Our party of two decided to share the mixto. This hit the right spot because it had everything from savory to sweet and more. Two pupusas, fried yuca, banana leaf tamale, sweet corn tamale, fried plantain, plantain empanada, savory empanada, sour cream and cheese. For those looking for a little spice in their lives, you can pick your poison. Watch for this salsas, you've been warned. Stop in and experience the taste of El Salvador!

The place is small but definitely cozy and inviting. The staff are kind and treat you like family. The food was absolutely amazing and some of the best I've had in a long time. The pupusa was perfectly balanced, it wasn't under or over stuffed. The tamal was perfectly sweet and was balanced out by the saltiness of the crema it was served with. The maracuya tastes just like back in Miami. Next time I'm in Colorado I'm making it my mission to stop by here again.

I'll admit; I am still new to this cuisine and yet I've been to a really good restaurant that boasts this type of food in the central Denver. Having that memory still fresh in mind, when I discovered this place accidentally today, there was no need for me to waste time to second guess about the food. The restaurant is easy to spot; its restaurant name is clearly on the front of the building with big letters. Its boastful existence to let people know about it is something I can appreciate. My anticipation was high due to its current ratings of near-perfect 5 stars. Whereas I've been to places where I truly thought they were simply overrated, I was under the impression that this place was an exception. Upon entering the eatery, a bright pastel colored mural (or wall painting I should say) with restaurant name on it was right in front of me. Its vividness - as if to say that it depicts the colorfulness of the dishes they serve - was a sure indication that it is a diverse restaurant with flavorful cooking. This also enhanced my anticipation. While I was taking some photos at the reception that was unmanned, a young lady eventually came to me with a welcoming voice. She then immediately asked me if I was there for a dine in or to go to which I said to go. The menu is a good size. Colored pictures with easy-to-understand dish name and the description, no person gets confused with what they have to offer. My intent was to get me a few small side dishes and yet as soon as I saw the "Paradise Plate" ($31.95 as of June 14, 2025), I was like, "why not?" even though I wasn't there to buy a huge plate to be shared with someone else. If you visit this place for the first time, this dish is recommended as it has everything. And the portion is huge (this can be easily split between two people.) The plate contains 3 traditional pupusas (which you'll be asked to choose from the traditional pupusa section), 1 chicken or pork tamale, 1 corn tamale, 1 savory empanada, fried yucca (2 pieces) and fried plantain (2 pieces) are all in 1 plate. On top of that, coleslaw type salad/veggie and red sauce accompanied the whole thing so when the young lady handed me my food, the plastic bag was quite the weight. Oh my goodness, what did I just get??? As a tradition of mine, as soon as I got to my car, I immediately opened the bag and then I was like oola la, I realized that I simply got waaaaaay too much food for one person. Sound like I was complaining and yet I was filled with unexplainable joy that filled my heart and mind. Some were deep-fried, some were pan-fried or oven-baked. However they were cooked, their rich and oily flavors with all kinds of spices and ingredients were all over my mouth. I ate some of it in 2 separate sittings and yet the container still had plenty of food left for me to morsel the next day. No wonder this place has 4.5 stars by people who experienced the goodness they offer. Let's not forget. The restaurant is a good size. It was clean. It's got some bar seating perfect for solo diners. I wonder how crowded it gets on a peak lunch or dinner time. Anyway, I am not sure how many (El) Salvadorian cuisine restaurants that exist in the greater Denver area and yet, this must be ranked one of the top 5 for sure. I may still like the one on Colorado Boulevard as it's a lot closer to my house (for a convenience reason), this place checks for great food and service. Whereas I thought some of the foods were a bit too oily to my liking, its overall food quality speaks for itself as to why people fancy this restaurant. For those who live in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, lucky them!
