Words cannot describe the monumental feat they did for my kitchen, and reasonably, no less. Seriously, look at the before and after photos. I went into this because the kitchen the house came with was super small (7x10!) And not very functional for someone with mobility issues at 5'4". They managed an entire redesign with all the bells and whistles, complete with a roll out pantry, lazy Susan, spice drawer, pull out trash/recycling, a new island, and just an all round beautiful new space I look forward to entertain and enjoy for many years to come. The entire process was good, and they delivered on time and on schedule. Start to finish of actual work, it was 3 weeks, and that's with a redesign! Heidi was great and gave a very fair estimate and explanation for options, plus is such a joy to work with, making this otherwise daunting experience so great and easy! The designing process was quick but thorough, and Jae was great to work with, as she was very straightforward about what would and wouldn't work, color and counter choices to go with my living room floor, etc. Marlene helped with options for appliances and explained considerations that saved lots of money but yielded better products. Carlos was great and very detailed with the installation. I was very happy with the contractors who did the surrounding work as well, that Pure Cabinets recommended. What a transformation! I learned many lessons about remodeling our master bathroom but the most valuable lesson learned was you MUST choose your vendors wisely! We found Pure Cabinets on Yelp and every positive review was spot on and then some! Working with Heidi was a delight. She had a quote to us within 3 hours of her visit, and our cabinets, counter tops, sink, and hardware were installed a little over 2 weeks later! Their cabinet installers (Josef & Jerry) were on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. When we discovered one vanity was 1/2" taller than the other (uneven floors) Josef and Jerry were promptly out the next day and fixed it. Working with Heidi and the team at Pure Cabinets was the best decision we've made so far throughout our whole house renovation! 110% recommend her if you plan on renovating your kitchen. Due to budget, we originally planned on going with Ikea cabinetry & Semi Handmade cabinet fronts. Then we found a wholesaler that ended up being less expensive and better quality, although the lead time was 4 weeks to receive our order. We were days away from ordering when last minute, we decided to check out Pure Cabinets. We knew we wanted to work with Heidi right off the bat. She is so good at what she does! She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and is wonderful at communicating via text/email/phone. She was mindful of our relatively small budget and never once pushed us to spend more. The quality of the cabinets is also far better than Ikea/wholesale. Not to mention, Heidi was able to deliver our cabinets within a few days! I had already created my own design for the kitchen, which Einav turned into a 3D visual. I made several tweaks to add drawers, a trash can, lengthen cabinets, etc. and each time, Heidi was quick to respond and Einav was quick to update the 3D design. Einav also made some awesome suggestions that definitely elevated our kitchen. The guy who delivered our cabinets (Yuhav?) was the sweetest person, and although our interaction was brief, it was another reflection of how great the team is. Our installer, Carlos, was pretty great - the cabinets look great despite a funky angle in our layout. We have quite a few difficult spots in our space that made it difficult to install, but I could see his attention to detail in many areas. He took the time to ask exactly what we wanted when it came to placement and explained his work at the end of every day. He even helped us with a plumbing issue! However, there was one cabinet door that was misaligned and we wanted him to raise. He was probably a bit busy, but he was a no show for 3 days and Heidi was immediately on it. He fixed it and it looks great! Despite the hiccup, I would still be happy to have him install our cabinets again. Heidi sent us to the slab yard to pick out countertops, then she coordinated the rest from there. It was probably the simplest part of the entire process because she handled it all. They measured after cabinets were in and told us that because of the angle of our kitchen, we would need two slabs. On the day of installation, they let us know that they were able to fit it into a single slab, avoid the seam, and not have to charge for a second slab! Plus, it only took about an hour to install. They were quick, tidy, and did a beautiful job. All that to say, go with Pure Cabinets for any kitchen renovation. I would love to work with them for any future projects and cannot recommend them enough! read more

We had an amazing experience with Pure Cabinets. From the initial store visit to the installation, I was impressed. We got both kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets from Pure Cabinets. I'm writing this review to help others who may be considering using Pure Cabinets. We are remodeling our house - on a budget. After visiting a variety of cabinet stores and getting quotes, they were all more expensive than we expected. We finally decided that Ikea cabinets would be our best bet. We spent a lot of time researching them and were ready to go take a look at them...and then Ikea closed due to COVID (this was in March). I had not physically seen the Ikea cabinets and I was not about to purchase them without looking at them. Randomly, I came across Pure Cabinets on Yelp. I had read another person's review of Pure Cabinets where they stated that they decided to use Pure Cabinets over Ikea cabinets. We stopped by and were impressed with the quality for the price. The price was slightly more than Ikea, but not by much (and much less than the quotes we had received from other cabinet stores). Heidi was helpful and tolerated us while we came in multiple times to look at options. Still, I wasn't sold. Finally, Ikea opened back up and we went down there to look at their cabinets. Ikea's cabinets seemed fine, but the quality was not nearly as nice as those at Pure Cabinets. A major difference is that Pure Cabinet's cabinets are completely made of wood, while Ikea cabinets are mainly MDF). After looking at the Ikea cabinets, the decision was simple. We chose to use Pure Cabinets. (Oh, we also went at looked at the Home Depot cabinets that are similarly priced to Heidi's cabinets at Pure Cabinets....I encourage you to do that too. It is almost comical how junky the Home Depot cabinets are compared to the cabinets at Pure Cabinets.) Even after paying for the cabinets, I still was weary. I will be honest and say that I had low expectations of the cabinets given the price. But, once I saw our cabinets installed, I knew that we made the right choice. They look great. They look much higher quality than I could have ever imagined. We love them! Joseph and his brother installed our cabinets. They did such a great job. They were efficient, professional, and clean. They are really skilled at cabinet installation. Here are a couple things I think are important to note about Pure Cabinets: 1) Heidi at Pure Cabinets stands by her products and their work. We actually had a small hiccup with our cabinet order. No biggie, everyone makes mistakes. Heidi took ownership for the mistake and literally came out the same day to make sure it was resolved. It was great. 2) Pure Cabinets had so many 5 star Yelp reviews that we worried they could be fake reviews. Nope, we are real customers giving a 5 star review because it went THAT WELL. Overall, we had a great experience and we are impressed with our cabinets. Everyone that has come to see our cabinets is impressed with them. Our kitchen and bathrooms aren't fully complete yet (no appliances, hardware, or floors), but I will attach pictures of what it looks like so far. The whole process was simple, easy, and quick with great communication. Heidi helped us get what we wanted from the beginning. I wanted accessories for the drawers and a specific step stool to fit into the design, Jai was thorough, focused on minute details, and took the time to explain the challenges in the design with great solutions. Her email communication following the first design consult till the end (even after the cabinets were delivered) was useful and I am very happy with how the design came around. The cabinets were delivered within a week, and we got what we wanted. The cabinets are of good quality and we were happy with them. Heidi agreed to change a cabinet (based on what our installer wanted) for no additional fee even after delivering the entire cabinet set. This just goes to show that this team cares about their customers and does everything they can to put customers vision into reality. It was a pleasure working with every one of them. The showroom is a beautiful place and gives a good visual example of the different styles of cabinets and countertops they have. I started this journey wanting a new range and maybe new counters, and ended up with a brand new kitchen! I walked in to a big box store to shop for counter options and appliance, they were having a sale on cabinet refacing, so of course I scheduled a consultation and got a quote... can't say I was shocked at the price for refacing and counters as I didn't really know what to expect! In Sept/Oct, I had my own home renovation nightmares and dealings with shoddy carpenters :(. To say the least, my kitchen and bath were done poorly and required a complete do-over.
