When I first hired Pure Clean to do the carpets in my mobile home, the home was empty, no furniture in it and the price was a little over $500 dollars. This time I received a flyer from them for $189 special for 300', not much but I thought I'd try them again. All my furniture is in the house and even with the discount the price was $438 dollars, that's a 62 dollar difference from when my house was empty. Booked air duct cleaning with them based on good reviews and after clarifying all questions via messages with them. The technician did a decent job of cleaning the ducts. The concerns: technician drilled a big hole in the furnace/vent to suck all debris, which was then patched after cleaning. Not sure if that hole was the only way to clean. Other concern, pricing discussed over messages was not honoured at the time of service. I was told that dryer vent cleaning is included as part of the air duct cleaning and they communicated that valpak coupon will be honoured as well. But at the time of service, they said only 1 promotion can be used. Had this been informed earlier, I would have made better choice for the amount I ended up paying for the services I got. So please be careful and don't fall for the false promotions that they might offer to lure you to book their services. read more

I called the prior day and Pure Clean was able to fit me in first thing the next morning. Mickey arrived promptly at the scheduled time frame and told me that he was not going to be able to fit the truck into the alley way of my townhouse (very tight alley - if you live in a townhouse with the same problem make sure to note this when booking as they have other vehicles they can send out) Mickey was very professional and came up with a solution - the room being cleaned was the closest to the front door so he was able to park the truck in the street and run the hose through the alley way and into the room! Once inside, Mickey was very clear about the process and each step, setting us up for success as well as setting great expectations. I opted for the pet service since I have a few pet accidents throughout the room. I've tried to clean it myself with a consumer grade carpet cleaner but the smell would still linger. Agree with Deborah on this one- I am fed up with the constant Spam from this company. I've emailed THREE times, called and talked to a human, AND replied to texts pleading with me to take me off of their text and email lists, and they do not oblige. I emailed again yesterday morning and I've received two more emails since. It's incredibly excessive and intrusive. I had to block them on my phone, but the emails continue despite "unsubscribing" multiple times and adding them to the junk folder. I do not plan to use this company again anyhow. Please be aware that my house smelled like wet dog after they cleaned our house. This was a new house with no pets ever. It smelled like this for WEEKS. They added some kind of scent that smell like almond extract and it was overwhelming and you can imagine how it smelled mixed with someone else's wet dog. Also, be VERY cautious about the 5 star reviews! After I used them, I was contacted MULTIPLE times asking to leave a 5 star review on Yelp in order to get an IPad. You only qualified if your review was 5 stars. I have the emails to prove it. Because I was NOT satisfied with the job they did, I decided to have some dignity and not review them at all.
