We chose Pure Clean because of the great reviews and a reference from a colleague at work. I requested a quote online late one night and received a call first thing the next morning. They were able to come to my house for the quote and service that same day. They did an excellent job explaining the services and the carpet looked great when we were done. We have numerous pet stains which you can easily see under black light. Note that deep cleaning the pet stains won't eradicate their visibility under black light but does remove the bacteria. Scheduled a cleaning with only a couple days' notice and they did an excellent job. They gave me an accurate estimate, but day-of it turned out it was lower than the minimum charge, which I wasn't told about over the phone. He was courteous from start to finish, respectful of the home and furniture, and covered all the options I could use to make my carpet sparkle!! These 15 year old carpets look amazing!! The most astounding feat Andy did was to get two large black ink (about 8" in diameter) spots out of our carpet. We used Pure Clean yesterday to have our carpets cleaned and had a great service experience. The technician was personable, professional, and happy to answer my carpet cleaning questions. The equipment they use provides a "quick dry" which results in cleaner carpets because it eliminates "wicking" from a wet pad beneath the carpet, which we've had with past cleaning companies. The pre and post cleaning contacts were prompt and appropriate. Their customer service is awesome. Pricing is a little higher than some others but worth the result. having shampooed pet stains for twenty years on white rug, we had build up,.the cleaning did all they said it would...no stains. :) all old residue took stains from white carpet, even on the stairs...I was expecting to pay less using the promo that lead me to them. I used stairs as my 3rd room. Just be aware, they count stairs when you sub the stairs for a room and they count the landings.so it was estimated less even having given her the number of stairs. Told me they would get the pet smell out of my carpet. Paid them three hundred and fifty dollars, they made it worse. Ben told me he would come out and check it out, made an appointment for 10:00 o'clock on a Thursday, Ben never showed. The office called and apologized, said he would be able to make it the following Thursday, i said no problem. The following Thursday came along Ben no showed again. I just had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Nate was our technician. He was very professional, thorough, and personable. He called 15 mins prior to arrival to give me a headsup. He asked alot of questions prior to pre-treating stains; what, when, type of cleaners we tried to clean with, etc. Then he went right to work. From start to finish was under 2 hours. He cleaned our stairs, landing, and rec-room. The phone and email support I received from Jen was also excellent. Customer service is the best! We have a small dog and teenagers, along with a garage that is a working shop. Pure Clean sets the bar for customer service and cleaning our carpets.
