I basically stalked my stylist to her location since I love the way she cuts my hair and she parted ways with my the previous place I used to go. Parking here is shared with the apartment complex and is usually pretty open. The residents have their own gated area to park in while the first level is reserved for patrons of My Salon. There's also parking in front of the building but that usually is pretty free.

The tech told me that I will lose five lashes a day ( should have left immediately after hearing that) , she didn't seal them afterwards and told me she would not ( my fault again). So I did not go back did not call back. Figured it was my dumb choice to allow the tech to do this to me. When she finished I didn't have a graduate look, the lashes started mostly in the center of my eyes and I asked for those to be filled, instead she took some out she said to balance. Shame on me but not a fool to go back. So I really paid $200 she wanted $225, so I got a slight discount for my lashes to look cute for that one day.

When I spoke up--because clearly, the concept of a schedule here is a joke--she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. No apology. No accountability. No attempt to make it right. Let me be crystal clear: this place does not care about you. They do not care about your time, your money, or your existence. You'd be better off shaving at home.
