On a random weekday afternoon, we got there as a dad and his two daughters were happily loading bikes into their car. One guy was finishing up his transaction and three more potentials customers came by...all while we had only been there the short time we were there. All this to say that William was juggling many things at once from repairs to sales to rentals and yet he never rushed anyone (including us). He seemed so kind and honest and very down to earth. He checked every single bike, filled tires with air as needed, and even let me have a wrench to adjust one of the bikes. Who does that?!??? So awesome. On the COVID front, he had the front roped off so customers aren't touching all the bikes, he wore a mask, & used sanitizer on every bike to disinfect and constantly sanitized his hands. Last random bit to share....William was great with my kids. Very gentle and encouraging to my younger kid by telling her she could learn to ride a bike and gave examples of his own kids learning at the ages they did! And his dog Pedal was such a well-behaved and sweet dog. If you're the kind of person that uses kids and dogs to gauge a person, let that be a nugget of info for you! I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Josh did an excellent and cost effective diagnoses on my old PC and helped me design out and build a new, quieter and more energy efficient PC going forward with an intel i5 Hex CPU, DDR4 memory, MSI motherboard and other important parts moved over from my older machine. He had good ratings on Yelp and elsewhere locally & did homes for sale pics. His pics looked good. We started the process to get him on contract for the job. I started over a month in advance as I was going to be out of the country for 3 weeks during that time. His tracking of communication was lacking. He kept pushing back on the exact day I needed the shots done while going back and forth on e-mail while I was very busy out of country. I was right & he was wrong about it because I clearly remember what we agreed on because I had the higher vested interest whereas he had to track other jobs as well. So I just gave up and relented. I needed it done on a Friday so that I could list the house on that Saturday & had a housekeeper scheduled for Thursday to clean the whole house. I had to move that all up a day which cost me an extra day to get the house ready for the shots. He knew this yet passively complained about the fact that I was still moving furniture around that morning after the all day cleaning the day before. He took the shots & they were as expected-again-not rocket science and matched what one sees on other quality home listings. Then he sent me the link w/password to download the pics. Guess what? The file sizes were HUGE and thus unusable to upload to Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace-WTH? They were all at least 25-30 mbs. or more! So I had to contact him yet again after the job was done to get normal sized shots (1-2 mbs.) and did get them. Overall, in closing, during a time when I, as a certified Project Manager Professioal (PMP) was juggling an overseas trip and getting my house ready to show, well, dealing with his peccadillos was far from fun so buyer beware.

Previously we had a soft water system but we had issues with it. We have 7 people in our house with lot's of laundry and showers and the previous system would run out of soft water and we would have to recycle the water manually. This kineitico system has two tanks for ample soft water. The drinking water is a reverse osmosis with filters and does an excellent job with tasty water and does a better job than our previous system. Highly recommended.
