Mocktail for dry January. Can't wait to return for a real cocktail.
Gina G.

We had been looking forward to trying Pure and finally had a chance to try on a weeknight. We did not have reservations but there were able to accommodate seating with the available tables. It is a beautiful addition to Jenks. Since we were participating in dry January, the bartender was able to create yummy cocktails for us. We shared the chicken and dumplings (Ricotta, gnocchi, parmesan cream, herb crumble) and chopped salad. I wasn't crazy about the gnocchi as I prefer more of a fluffy texture and the overall concept didn't work for me. The table next to us had the salmon which looked really good as well as the Brussels. That's in my list for next time.

Carrot cake with bacon and caramel popcorn, and a side of pecan praline ice cream. Tasted as good as it looks!!

The food was DELICIOUS, and worth the wait!! We started with the tacos, tiny but so good. Our meals were both outstanding and then the carrot cake was the perfect ending. We did not care for our cocktails, but the food more than made up for what they were lacking. (My summer strawberry spritz just tasted like prosecco poured over ice.)

We were really wowed! So happy to have this right here in DT Jenks America. They really ticked off all the boxes, great food, cool atmosphere, and excellent service (Livia isnotch! ). We will definitely back! Nice to see DR Jenks hoppin on Friday night.

Parker Rolls w/Lavender Butter

We stopped into this new restaurant after enjoying a visit to Stella & Sloane next door. Brenden was our server--fun, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The ambiance instantly reminded us of our beloved wine country, especially Sonoma. The food was good overall, though a few small tweaks would make it outstanding (hence the 4 stars). The Parker Rolls were delicious, but the Lavender Butter wasn't our favorite--offering a classic butter as an alternative option would be a nice touch. The Chicken & Dumplings were served hot and fresh, but a way too salty for my taste, so I didn't finish the dish. Excellent wine selection, and we're looking forward to returning soon to try more of the menu. Love this area--it has all the makings of a future hotspot for foodies.

Atmosphere & Service Pure Kitchen delivers a beautifully modern atmosphere defined by sculptural circular lighting that glows overhead and reflects softly across the polished floors. The dining room feels intentionally composed, with deep green walls, contemporary art, and plush, remarkably comfortable seating that encourages lingering. The space carries a lively, high-energy hum, which can get loud. Our primary server managed our complex multi-entrée, multi-dessert, split-five-ways order with calm precision. It was a very busy night, there were some delays in drinks, however all orders were provided. Cynthia herself was also out on the floor, checking in on guests with genuine warmth, grounding the hospitality in her signature grace. Food: Note: We ordered almost one of everything on the menu. For brevity, this critique focuses on selecting key dishes and the most meaningful observations. Chicken Satay - Lemongrass, Ginger Peanut ($15) A delightful opener featuring initial notes of a sweet, teriyaki-inspired glaze that give way to deep smoky, charred richness. Tangy pops of pickled onion and faint peanut finish each bite with balance. The contrast between the caramelized exterior and the tender interior makes this an exceptional first dish. Simple, focused, and executed with precision. Salmon Poke Tacos - Avocado, tobiko, scallions, chili mayo ($18) The brilliance continues with the poke tacos. The crisp wonton shell yields to cool, delicate salmon, followed by creamy avocado and chili-kissed mayo. A gentle heat blooms near the end, rounding out the bite. Bright, refreshing, and texturally playful, this appetizer is a perfect counterpart to the satay. A small, concentrated pocket of heaven. Walnut and Coriander Cured Salmon - Butternut risotto, fried sage, pomegranate arils ($36) A beautifully tender, juicy piece of salmon with subtle coriander and a semi-crunchy walnut crust rests atop sweet, delicate butternut-infused risotto. Fried sage adds aroma while the pomegranate provides light acidity and gentle pops of sweetness. The dish is balanced, comforting, and beautifully prepared. Atlantic Halibut - Sweet potato, tri-color cauliflower, gremolata (MKT) The halibut arrives perfectly cooked: delicate, juicy, and lightly flaky. The sweet potato purée adds velvety richness and natural sweetness, while the gremolata contributes welcome acidity and brightness. Another stellar offering in a lineup already filled with strong seafood execution. Pure Burger - Beef, brie, bacon jam, fries A genuine surprise! Cooked to a perfect medium, each bite features rich, juicy beef followed by sweet bacon jam and tempered by creamy, buttery brie. The toasted bun adds structural contrast. The fries deserve mention on their own, crispy, hot, and beautifully seasoned. Chicken and Dumplings - Ricotta gnocchi, parmesan cream, herb crumble ($25) A delightful surprise and one of the more comforting dishes of the night. The ricotta gnocchi is pillowy and tender, coated in a rich parmesan cream that carries the essence of classic chicken and dumplings. The herb crumble and peas bring needed brightness, making this a perfect cold-weather dish. Deconstructed Cheesecake - Graham cracker, strawberries, raspberry purée A playful take on a classic. The cheesecake mousse is beautifully prepared with a bright tanginess that cuts through the sweetness, creating balance and lift. Fresh strawberries and raspberry purée add vibrant acidity and color, giving the dessert a refreshing, lively finish. It's a fun, approachable dish that reflects the restaurant's overall aesthetic. Chocolate Ganache - Raspberry purée The chocolate ganache is rich and smooth striking the right balance between indulgence and clarity of taste. The raspberry purée on top provides a necessary counterpoint of tartness, keeping the dessert from feeling heavy. A reliable, beautifully composed offering.

Salmon Poke Nachos

I was very eager to try this restaurant, as someone who grew up in Jenks and is always searching for healthy dining options. Unfortunately, my family's experience fell short of expectations. The entry layout is somewhat confusing, creating an awkward situation where guests waiting to be seated stand uncomfortably close to those already dining. After being seated, we were not asked for our drink preferences. We were brought coffee that was noticeably weak, and although the owner kindly offered it complimentary, we would have preferred a higher-quality brew over a free one. On a positive note, the Chicken Satay appetizer was excellent. However, we observed our burgers sitting on the counter for nearly ten minutes before being served, resulting in burnt buns from the heat lamp and cold fries. For the price point, both the service and the execution of the dishes did not meet expectations. I genuinely hope this restaurant succeeds, and I trust that our experience was not indicative of the usual standard.

We have been waiting for Pure Kitchen in Jenks to open. We poked our heads in hoping to grab an early Anniversary cocktail. The staff said they were still going through their soft opening and didn't actually open until Four. (It was maybe 3:30) However, Cynthia and crew said please come in, sit at the bar, we will even see what the kitchen already has prepped for food. We were sooo glad they did! What a beautiful restaurant! Great vibe, excellent wait and bar staff, and Chef Robert and his crew were rocking the kitchen. We really only wanted a drink but the menu was enticing and the aromas from the open kitchen smelled amazing. We ordered the Valentino with extra lemon for the bride and I went with the Paloma. The smells were too great so we ordered the Chicken Satay in peanut sauce. Then Cynthia came up and said we could also order the Salmon Poke Tacos off the lunch menu... heck why not! After all it was the brides anniversary. Hands down those Poke Tacos were the star of the show... We will definitely be back for a proper sit down, By the way those bar chairs are quite comfy even for a long dinner service!

This is what we saw posted online and then she said she would honor it

There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.
