This place is pretty nice smaller than I am used to but the customer service was great! I went in on a Friday around lunch time as a walk in and got a chair immediately. I was shown a menu of complementary drinks which assumed would just be water and soft drinks, but I was happy and surprised to see a selection of iced and hot teas and juices too. I got the mango juice that was garnished with mint. I requested the pamper pediure package. It was $35 (for $10 extra you can get a gel manicure too) and included the basic pedicure (nail shaping, filing, cuticle removal, and polish). In addition I got to choose a scented body scrub (I went with lavender), my callouses were thoroughly removed, my feet were dipped in hot wax, my legs were massaged with a scented lotion, and then a hot towel before my toe nails we're polished. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that did my pedicure but he was very nice and professional too, and the facility was fairly modern and very sanitary which is a MUST for me (they use those tub protectors for pedicures) All in all I give this place four stars only because I have not experienced a manicure here yet. I am solely basing this review on my experience on my nails which again Jasmine did an outstanding job once again! However when I drove up there was a banner stating Under New Management...which was fine, what I wasn't expecting a price increase of over 20% from last appointment, again doable. Now for the strange part... there's an older gentleman without shoes on sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs at one point actually snoring! We made fun of him, but actually it wasn't professional and if he was one of the new owners very unsettling. I'm not sure what purpose he had there. I will be going back to Jasmine as she's amazing, but to the man, you should really find another spot to sleep! read more

After trying out 4 other salons, I finally found this gem. This is definitely a smaller salon than what I'm use to, but the service I received was AMAZING & They offered me a beverage which was a great little bonus. After reading the reviews, I saw a few yelpers recommended Kim for pedicures. I'm so glad I booked with her. She was meticulous. She shaped my nails nicely, cleaned my cuticles, removed my ingrown toe nails, scrubbed my calluses off really well without hurting me (happend at another salon in temecula), gave an awesome massage, and did a great paint job. Just like any other salon there are always walk ins who want to get squeezed in and of course what business wants to turn down $$. I love this place! The response time is great. They are very professional,pleasant, and knowledgeable. The nail shop is clean and has a cute decor. I usually show an inspo picture and the nail tech is always open to it and is able to get close to the inspo, get it exactly like the inspo, or even better. I went in on a Saturday because my go to nail salon was booked, and I wanted my nails done that day, so I decided to go to E&E Nail Spa for the first time. I decided to give them a try based on their 4.5 star rating (by 7 people ) . When I arrived I noticed that this place was really really small compared to your traditional nail salon; but I've learned to never judge a book by its cover. They attended to me right away and even offered free beverages. Up until that point everything was great.... then I noticed, the gentleman that who worked on my fill finished awfully quickly, my initial thought was he must be good at his job! Wrong. Then the lady working on my pedicure continually kept cutting my cuticles.. I said, ok shit happens. Overall they finished fairly quickly and was pleased; until I had to pay.... $95 + $10 tip for a FILL and their pedicure in the middle which I think was under $40. Wtf..... Ultimately I would have been pleased, had my nail (3 of them ) not broken off the very next day! Later I found out, the gentleman made them way too thin and they were breaking off like paper. I was pissed. So now (2 days later) I'm back at MY salon where my nails last anywhere between 2-3 weeks. They said I needed a new set because he had made too thin. So here I am back at the place the know quality. E&E Nail Spa, I won't be back, and honestly I won't recommend this place to ANYONE. However, if you do choose to try this place out, good luck. I got a regular manicure & pedicure at e & e a couple days ago, and I am VERY pleased with how they came out. I have pretty large nail beds and I just gave up on getting my nails done because I would be disappointed in the outcome every single time. This was the first time in so long that I was happy with how the nail techs did them. Tram did my mani and she did a great job, went with my oval-shape that I love. I forgot to ask the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a really great job as well, I love how she filed my toes. The service here is fast and very affordable. The technicians do take their time with both pedicures and acrylic sets. I just wish they were open more days of the week as it's hard to work around their business hours. (Not that I'm blaming them for this, I understand completely). I went here for the first time for a pedicure. I was excited to try a new place (close to me) that had great reviews. However, the woman who did my pedicure injured the skin around my big toe and by that night, it was throbbing and I couldn't even put a sock on without pain so I knew it was getting infected. I had back surgery so it is extremely difficult to reach my feet, however, by the next morning, I knew I had to somehow do something. I got in the shower and ran hot water over the toe. Then, I poured a lot of hydrogen peroxide on it. Then I dried it and put antibiotic ointment on it and bandaged it. It's now been 3 days and it doesn't look any better (photo attached). I'm going to attempt to remove the polish because I'm concerned I may now have a fungus on the nail as well as an infection. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The first photo was taken the morning after the pedicure. The second is after almost a week. read more

This place is constantly getting phone calls for appointments. I was lucky enough to get in without an appointment. I was not disappointed! I got a pedicure and a gel full set. The pedicure menu list is a bit overwhelming and confusing, but you can never go wrong with a good ol' regular spa pedicure. Tram did my gel full set and she provided exactly what I asked for. I came in today as a walk in, for a pedicure. Everything was fine, until I walked to the chair. They forgot to cover the footrest with a towel before I got there, and I got to see the grime under the footrest. I should have walked out then, but I was already sitting in the chair with my feet in the water, I didn't know what to do. The water was cold, not even close to warm. And the person doing my pedicure keeps playing on his phone. My pedicure includes a massage (which I understand isn't like going to a message therapist, but still) and all he did was lightly rub my feet and legs. I am very disappointed. This has been my go to place for several years now. I have been here twice now, and both times I have had amazing service! Today I had a full set done, and the owner did my nails today. She was so sweet to me. Every other time I've had a full set done anywhere else, the nail tech just rushes through, makes my nails bleed, and my fingers just hurt after. Because other nail techs rush, they don't get the acrylic powder out from under my nails. The owner took her time, made small talk, and she didn't make my fingers hurt! She got the dried powder out from under my fingertips too! I am so impressed by this salon, that I will definitely be coming back for a long time! Oh and the strawberry tea is amazing too! read more

I was there for nearly 2 hours and I even made an appointment. All I got was a gel pedicure. There was hardly anyone in the salon, and over an hour in she still hadn't started painting my nails. Then, she started to work on someone else and I was left sitting there for 30 minutes. But get this, after I said I need to leave soon and get my nails painted she said, "they're already painted".... I was confused because when she walked away earlier she didn't even say she was done. It literally looks like there's barely anything on my nails. It is a very sheer pink, and you think she would have asked me to pick a different color that actually showed up. I'm very annoyed and disappointed. She did do a hell of a job with the callous removal though, and the place was very clean and sanitary. Cool thing was they had a drink menu, and I got a yummy mango juice. read more

At first I thought I liked them because the girl that did my nails was good and they seemed good when I did schedule and reschedule due to health issues ..but then by my third time I went in they had double scheduled me, I didn't notice of course until the other person walked in after I had already been sitting there 20 minutes, and they say well. I had a text from the owner ...and I got no apologies just rudeness when something like this happens with customer service. I don't care how good a nail salon is or how decent a nail salon is...I will walk away. The owner didn't even bother to respond to what happened ....I guess maybe it was done on purpose who knows. Just letting others know that it's really hard to get an appointment since they only have 1 to 2 girls working at a time they couldn't take me like other salons that have a lot of people working ...the one girl towards the back not the one that normally does my nails was actually pretty rude to me and of course the owner never resolved the issue. Like I said It's almost like they did it on purpose..I will never go back. I know they probably won't care but if I stop one person from getting screwed around like I did then, so be it there are plenty of good places around the area that treat you better ....Customer service is key just because you do "decent" Nails doesn't make you a good salon. I called ahead to make an appointment and asked if they had the unicorn or holographic polish and was told yes, but when I arrived, they didn't. That was a little disappointing because that is what I was looking for and I was already in the chair with my feet in the water when I found out. My nails came out nice though, and the girl who did them really took her time and made sure they clean around the edges. I'd recommend them getting the holographic, unicorn, and mirror powders, as well as decorative foil. My chevrons had to be hand painted. read more

Needed a nail place that can do designs in preparation for Beauty and the Beast + Vegas weekend. I found E&E right here on Yelp! Julie was so quick to respond to my Yelp messages that I booked an appointment the next day. It's a little place in a small plaza, a little away from the new businesses next to the 15 freeway. Julie recognized me immediately and had me sit at the station. I'm not sure on the name of who did my nails, but he did wonderful! He filed my nails very lightly before putting on the arcylics (Thank youuu!) and made sure I was satisfied with the design. At first, he was a little intimidated by all the lines in the "stained glass" part, but he did so good! What sets this place apart is that they offered water or tea. I've never been a nail place that offered drinks. I'm not a mango fan, but whatever mango iced tea they offered me, I drank all of it! It was sweet and ice cold. They put the drink in a cute glass mug. It's been a week since I've been there. No chips. Nothing broken. Thank goodness! This is my first time going this long and pointy! My first time at this place and I'm very happy that I found it. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure with a 10 minute foot massage. Heavenly!!! At work Im on my feet 8 hours every day so this massage was much needed. I love the way my nails look! Oh I gotta mention such relaxing music they play! Love it! They don't rush thru their work and I love that. Definitely going back to this place and this place only! I've been here about 6 times now and it's my favorite place so far. I'm going there tomorrow morning again. I have no complaints what so ever except 1. There is I think 2 or 3 guys that work here and everyone is extremely nice and friendly but 1 of the guys is really rough. Last time he did my manicure and pedicure and he hurt the skin around my nail. It was hurting for couple of days. He needs to be more careful and gentle. I wish I know his name because I don't want to point to the wrong guy that works there. That's the only complaint I have. I decided to make an appt online thru Yelp and Julie replied quickly and was able to accommodate my appointment request.
