I bought a Groupon for Henna Brows and was excited as this was my first time getting them done and my first time at Oasis. I saw the pictures of the Henna brows and they looked so good! I want to say I am mainly giving 3 stars because the employees were very nice! It's located in the Kenny Square Mall Plaza and I would've never discovered it if it were not for Groupon. The place looks very updated and clean. I checked in with Jay at the front desk and they had me wait outside until Kara was ready for me. Kara was very kind. She asked me what I wanted for my brows. I previously got them microbladed and it was fading into this red color. Yuck! She tried to cover up my previous microblading lines which I appreciated. My brows were very rounded and arched. I like a more defined line and then a slight arch, which you could tell from my microblading outline. I did ask her a couple of times to straighten them out and make them less rounded. She also asked Jay for her opinion on the brows. Jay told her the tail was uneven on both sides. My left brow looked fine, but my right brow was not what I wanted. It was too extended. I saw Kara's brows as she said she had just gotten them done and I even said I liked the shape of her brows as it was what I wanted! I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time and Kara said after 24 hours and a shower it would be less dark and blotchy. I did not get them wet for the first 24 hours as those were the instructions. I thought they were going to fade in some spots and create more of a structured brow. I didn't mind the darkness, but I did not like the shape of my brows at all. It has been 3 days since I got them done and it has faded at the beginning of my brows and at the tail. It's still blotchy so it's whiter in some parts than others. I went on a trip and was so self-conscious about my brows the entire time and still am. I can tell they are not going to last the "up to 6 weeks" as it is already fading and uneven in color. I called for weeks after I noticed the first charge, and emailed. I was ignored for months until I finally got a response saying my account had been cancelled due to my request. They then said I would be getting reimbursed for the hundreds of dollars they stole from me - which has not happened. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. So I was a little nervous. It took about 2 hours to do the lashes. You have to keep your eyes closed the whole time. Luckily, I brought my AirPods so I could listen to an audio book. They make sure you're very comfortable. You lay back in a lazy boy. They even give you an extra pillow for lumbar support. I wanted eyelashes that looked natural. I am very impressed. They did an amazing job. My eyelashes look like they are a little thicker and longer, but not outrageous. Just what I asked for. I was introduced to Oasis when I came to get the massage I received from a friend via Groupon. I didn't know what to expect at all. I was just looking forward to utilizing the voucher right before my birthday. Oasis is located right on Kenny Square mall plaza. Very easy to find with lots of parking spaces. I was amazed at how pretty it was once I got inside. The all white look with matching furniture all over the place felt so fresh & clean. It's really well decorated so kudos to the owner. The staff was extremely pleasant & made sure I was good from the time I got inside to the time I left. Now on to the massage itself, I'm not exaggerating when I say that I received the best massage of my life here. It was that good. I've been to multiple places around town to get massages due to my lower back pain I randomly get a few times a year. I wasn't even in pain when I went for my appointment. I just wanted my body to feel relaxed right before I left for my birthday trip to Jamaica. Not only did I feel relaxed when it was done, I felt like I rented someone else's body. I felt soooo loose and every single knot I had was gone just like that. I never been to Plush before but decided I wanted to get my eyelashes done for a graduation and my cruise. I was set up with Kara and boy did she do wonders with my short asian eyelashes. I really enjoyed my experience at Oasis. Cierra was very helpful in setting up and reminding me of my appointments and changing times around when my schedule was hectic. I went in for the Hyaluronic Filler pen and did a few injections in my forehead. I wass pleased with the results and the fact that my movement was not restricted like it is with botox. I said I would be more than happy to pay the $10 difference between the salon services for both my mother and my aunt and even offered to adjust the tip to be fair to the service workers. I've been here twice and the salon is beautiful and super clean. Most recently I had services performed by Kara who is an absolute doll and great at what she does. My complaint here is with management/ownership. Both times I've been here they have been SO pushy with trying to sell products at checkout. I understand that they have things to sell but I was told that without buying a lash conditioner that my lash lift would grow out a bit wonky and not hold up as well. This is such a bummer to think that these services won't hold up unless I buy these expensive products from them. I think that not taking no as an answer and making patrons feel weird for not wanting to buy a product for a service they may only end up getting once is bad customer service and hope that in the future I can visit without being pushed into buying products. read more

I got the complete opposite of what I asked for. I wanted bold, thick, and full looking eyebrow. they are uneven, thin, not ombre and spotty. I paid for microblading and ombre powdered eyebrow. I verified three separate times to make sure both ladies were going to be there for my touchup appointment. They were not. Manager actually asked me to come back for a third time and pay only half for their mistake. I am extremely disappointed that my eyebrows look the way they do (after paying $500)and I haven't heard back from anyone in regards to resolving/rectifying the situation. read more

This is my first time having lash extensions and I absolutely love my lashes! I was able to go in the day before for a patch test to see if I would react to anything. The next day was they applied the full set of lashes. Lianne (person that did my lashes) made sure I was comfortable and was very accommodating right when I walked in. The whole appointment lasted 1 hour. When I opened my eyes I fell in love with my lashes! So after, my appointment Lianne went through after care and how to take care of my lashes. She educated me on the lash cycle and how our lashes fall out like hair but will regrow. As well, she recommended some products to purchase. But, she never pressured me into purchasing them which I appreciate. She educated me about this lash serum they have, but told me it is slightly on the expensive side but it is an investment to take care of lashes. Again she never pressured me, but instead she gave me the name of the lash serum and told me to research about it if I ever wanted to purchase it. Anyways, I have nothing but positive things to say! The place is beautiful inside and the service is great! So far, I have gotten so many compliments on them already. I cannot wait to go back for a refill. read more

To preface I'm not one to post negative reviews, I would rather post positive feedback. I have been sitting on this review waiting on a respone from business owner Christina since March 31 when I sent her this exact message directly. I have not heard back so here is my review. I went to oasis for a pre wedding trial spray tan on wed March 27. I previously had a spray tan at another spa March 13. When I saw the model pricing via Instagram I thought why not, I've had my lashes and massages done with you all before and had a good experience. The visit itself was fine, but the results however were not what I was expecting or acceptable. I mentioned it looked pretty uneven when I left, but was reminded I added accelerator and bronzer and to let it sit and absorb over the 4 hours like Lidija told me too. When I showered that evening after 4 hours and stepped out to examine the result I realized my face and arms were completely different colors then the rest of my body. We are talking 2-4 shades different. I was getting married the next weekend (communicated this with the staff and talked about it throughout the visit) so this was incredibly important as I'm sure it would be to anyone. I took some pictures that night and went to bed. When I got to work Thursday morning my entire staff was asking me "what happened!! Why do you look like this?" I told them I spray tanned and they said to me "Lauren stay away from that place." I reached out to the manager Cierra with the concerns that morning via email and sent her pictures so she could understand exactly what I was saying. Since I had a spray tan 15 days prior, she blamed the spray tan unevenness and discoloration on that then offered me a 20% discount on a scrub so I can scrub it off until the color matches!! Absolutely not! I am not going to buy a scrub to correct an issue that is not my fault. She was completely blaming my 15 day old spray tan for the reason my legs were white and my arms and hands were orange. I continued to ask her why she thought my legs were so white and the rest of my body so dark and she ignored the question. I didn't ask for anything for free, but I did assume she would be willing to correct this after discussing the concerns immediately and providing photos. I'm in the medical aesthetics industry and my clients experience is by far the most important part of my job. If a client is unhappy with the result, 100% of the time that's my responsibility to make it right and I own their personal experience and do whatever I need to do to correct it or resolve it so they don't feel exactly how I feel right now. I would've expected a complimentary correction session at least on my legs but nothing of the sort was offered or a refund. This was the email I sent to the owner was holding back posting this reviews online because I really didn't want to do that but this wasn't resolved and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I needed to share my experience with Christina the business owner, so she can understand exactly how the spa is being run and how escalated situations are being handled. Cierra has much opportunity for personal growth within her client care, client resolution and leadership skills. I hope she can take this feedback and information to help resolve her next escalation in a different and better way, with the client in mind.
