I've been here countless of times due to how close it is from home and how I have never waited longer than 5 minutes. There are two employees I've grown to like and one was even nice enough to offer me water when I was pregnant sitting down getting my nails done. That being said, I have to agree with most of the reviews: - service is always rushed - making a reservation doesn't matter - my last time I caught them reusing tools - sometimes they don't clean your cuticles - they file down your nails so deep when removing gel - they have huge limitations on designs (can't do more than half the designs I've brought them) - service price has gone up and up in the past 8 months (pedi used to be $35 now the basic is like $45 and $55 with gel, extra for the cheese grater) - basic acrylic nails with one color and shape is like $85 They do offer free water but I think moving forward, after all the price increases, the inconsistent services, reusing old tools, limited design knowledge, I'll be looking for other places. I went here for several years but I will no longer come here . My last experience here was the last straw. My technician had an attitude for some reason and was so rude. She sighed when I asked for French tip on my toe. Unprofessional. A previous time, the nail tech was trying to convince me I didn't want French tip because she clearly didn't want to do it even though I got it multiple times at this same location. Also, I have noticed to many dirty practices here like reusing equipment . Once, the nail tech dropped the thing to scrub my feet on the floor, and then attempted to use it without washing it or using a new one (it was a cheap disposable one). I took my 8 yr old Grand daughter to get a manicure and pedicure and the lady did a pretty good job except why did I pay $60 for her services when it's just regular polish and maybe a little nail trim? She doesn't need to have any dry skin or calluses removed from her feet? My gel pedicure was mediocre at best? $50 for barely any massage and no Callus removal? When I left my heels were super dry and rough.I've been there before snd my experience with a different lady was ok. The lack of customer service. I was left waiting soaking my feet for a pedicure for 30 minutes without anyone letting me know they were running behind. It wasn't until I asked for a towel to Dry my feet so I can leave did they then acknowledge me. Here's an idea how about you tell customers there is a wait or tell them you are unable to do services because you are busy. My 5 stars go to Hannah. All my years living on this side of town and I've had so much trouble finding a good nail tech who doesnt charge an arm and leg. I was referred to Hannah by a friend of mine and now I refer all my friends and fam to Hannah because she's just that great and she's super sweet. 1st off, her prices are very fair and not overly priced- she has the best prices compared to all the other nail salons I've been to. 2nd, my full set gel lasts months without lifting or breaking. 3rd, she knows what she's doing- tell her what you want and she's got it down. As for the pedicures, Hannah doesnt do the pedicures and I have yet to find my go-to person for pedicures at this location. I would give the pedicures here a 3 star. I normally opt into a basic polish pedicure everywhere I go but it sure is VERY basic and quick here compared to other places. read more

I've usually had a good experience with this salon but today went very poorly. Hannah the owner saw me today. I wanted an acrylic fill. She sat me and asked who did my current set of nails and was not impressed with it. I said this same salon had done the set last month and I was happy with it. She asked if I wanted short, medium or long, I wanted medium. She cut the entire acrylic off and did mini nails. She said she'd do an onlay for me since she didn't like the previous acrylic work. While filing and drilling she gave me burns and cuts on several fingers. I began to take photos but she wanted to continue with her work. She showed me the book and I pointed and said I wanted #044. She said okay and walked away. She came back and asked again what color, I said I want #044. She came back with #056. The color is still good. But I am not impressed with the work today or service. Hard to find a decent nail salon is Las Vegas. read more

I had nice healthy nails and after getting acrylic laid over to protect them, the lady drilled under the acrylic and damaged my natural nails badly. The salon is unsanitary and I had to ask them to clean up after the last customer. She had me sit down and asked for my hand to start, but there was "dust" all over the desk from the client before me. She did clean, however I still got a fungus on my nail. I didn't notice until I went back and they drilled the polish off that a fungus was there. The owner (I believe) was called over by the tech that was servicing me and they spoke in another language. when I asked what they were talking about she said that water caused it. That absolutely wasn't true, that nail wasn't lifting at all. I never went back as my health is very important to me so BEWARE! read more

Came in for a simple French manicure on my own nails, and the lady was extra rough, yanking my fingers every way. It took over an hour and half, I was asked 5 times how I wanted it and which color goes wear...it seemed as if it was her first day ever doing nails. I asked for a gel manicure and she had no idea I wanted my cuticles cut, isn't that part of a manicure? I was charged extra for it. Clumpy nails and uneven. When the owner looked at them and failed to agree they were terrible she fixed one of my nails leaving the others sharp and lumpy. I was still charged $60 for a terrible job! Ended up going to another salon and they fixed it and changed me way less. Oh not to mention I was sent to 3 different people for one job...how is that even acceptable? I came in for a regular pedicure, I was so happy to get it done because I am 39 weeks pregnant and I am trying everything I can to induce this labor. LOL. I chose the $50 package that came with a longer massage time. During the callus removal process my nail lady used a grater for my feet and cut my pinky toe pretty badly during the process. Didn't get any apology or let me know what happened. Instead she sprayed alcohol on it and covered with petroleum jelly as she finished the rest of the massage. After she cut me literally the whole massage and everything was just so painful. Any touch stung so bad. When it came to painting my nails she closed the cut with nail glue.. NAIL GLUE. I don't know about you all, but if I'm paying for a $50 service plus tip, this is not what I had in mind, definitely don't want to give my support here anymore. read more
