Pricing for my carbon fiber hood wrap was fair in comparison to competitors. They communicated with me very well throughout the entire process. The reason for three stars is because someone at a car meet pointed out that they cut the wrap in three individual pieces and the carbon fiber weave patterns don't line up at all . Since my hood doesn't have difficult creases it should've been done in one full piece. Well in the end the product came out decent, it's just unfortunate that I'm aware of my wrap being in three pieces which is unheard of in the car community. read more

I did my research prior to making a commitment to Purple Flare Wraps. There's other places I could've taken my car to. I made a request through Yelp and Miguel contacted me a few days later. I asked about his pricing in which I had an idea already. I asked him if he could to a blue matte for my Lexus. Miguel said that would be no problem since your car is already blue. Miguel asked me when I could come down and I told I can come in the very next day (Tuesday). But as I was scrolling through there Facebook page the night prior I saw a different color. So the next day I asked if he could do a Satin Violeceous Blue instead of the blue matte. He couldn't find at first, but he was able to make it happen. Miguel told me the process would take about a week and what they would have to do to do car. Miguel also walked me around to show some of the progress they had on other vehicles. At this point I was glad I chose this facility. Miguel was very considerate and professional. Miguel gave me an update on Thursday and man was I excited to see the process. I asked if it's still on track for Monday and Miguel responded yes. Fast forward to Monday I get to pick up my car and WOW!! I am blown away with the work they did. I also as them tint the front head light and taillights. The work they did was amazing. 2 of my friends that have seen the job they did thought it was amazing! They loved the color as well. The wrap was a birthday day present to myself. And Miguel came through as he got it finished on my birthday the 19th of April. Miguel thank you so much. The deal for the wrap was great, but you get what you pay for. The more I look at my car the more I notices deep scratches that never used to be there. Especially on the window trim. They have you inspect it before leaving but I can only blame myself for not noticing it. I've contacted them multiple times regarding my car emblems that were thrown away. I get the same answer every time or I don't get an answer at all. I ended up spending my own money to purchase new emblems to replace the ones thrown away. I was expecting a cleaner job but after having the wrap for two months now I'm real disappointed in the outcome. Things are peeling off not everything was covered properly. Hopefully things can be resolved and I can change this review but who knows read more

Review is long overdue. I hired Miguel to wrap paint protection film ("PPF") on my Tesla Model 3, along with chrome delete. I was obviously nervous because of a prior bad review, but Miguel put my mind at ease and I gave him the opportunity to prove me wrong, which he did. Miguel and his team did a good job wrapping my Model 3. After a couple of weeks, I hand washed my vehicle after a rain storm, and discovered that there were some spots that were not up to par. Some places were cut a bit sloppily and allowed the dirt to collect. There was also a spot on my rear bumper where the film was cut kind of poorly. I took photos of these and sent them to Miguel. He told me to drop the car off, and he would fix it. They fixed it without charge to me. While the work was not absolutely pristine (which hurts a little bit because I am a bit OCD), here's what I did value: Miguel was always nice and professional, his team was always pleasant to deal with, and they fixed the majority of the issues. Do I wish that stress cut on the rear bumper was better? Of course. I might have them fix it later, but for now, it's fine and I'm enjoying my car. I took my BMW 760li to these guys. I had a horrible experience. Long story short, the job they did was very mediocre and unprofessional. I wish i had just kept my car the way it was. Im writing this honest review to help others to not make the same mistake i made, They wrapped the car where it wasn't supposed to be wrapped and left chrome and paint where it was supposed to be wrapped.
