The coffee, scone, and kettle corn stands are probably my favorites. Depending on the time of year, they have special products, such as hot apple cider in the fall which is absolutely delicious. All of the vendors are unique and the people very down to earth and conversational. Prices are to be expected being since you are paying for locally grown, organic, homemade items. Check this out on Saturdays and you will not be disappointed.

Telling everyone how grooming was done well I've xc for fifteen years and if they even did it 24 hrs prior I'd be shocked. For $19 tickets expect better for the only challenging alternative to bretton woods. No grooming is fine if no charge or plenty of new powder but when you're talking ice covered by three inches of fluff, unacceptable when you have hills that qualify as black diamonds

As usual, I arrived with my clients, politely said hello and stated I was there to take photos by the Christmas trees. Christine (whom I had never met) said nothing about rules or purchase requirements and explicitly told me I could take photos. Afterward, my clients warmed up with their baby in the car and planned to cut a tree, but Christine assumed we weren't buying anything and escalated the situation for no reason. I left with my clients down the hill to take a few last shots and as I was getting into my car, Christine brought her husband Mike down in his truck to "scare me off". They flew past me, tried to block me from leaving the road, yelled at me to "never be seen on the property again," and accused me of "taking photos without buying anything" as if that were a crime. It was aggressive, threatening and completely unprofessional. This is a farm open to the public - visitors are NOT required to make a purchase just for stepping onto the property. If they have rules for photos, they can communicate them like adults instead of resorting to intimidation and theatrics. I won't be returning (for my own safety), and others should think twice before giving them business. If you do visit, apparently you'd better buy something immediately, since that seems to be their unspoken rule.

It's a little tricky using PayPal because there's no Internet when you're there, so make sure when you leave the area and get Internet you make sure to send your payment after you leave.

My car was scratched by an untrimmed overhanging bush alongside the road to parking. I reported…read moreit to the manager and she said she would email me her contact information which she never did. I emailed their landlord, which is the Hanover co-op and reported the issue. They said that it was the farmers market management who was responsible for maintaining the landscaping. The Norwich Farmers did not reimburse me or even respond to my emails with their insurance information. I was going to take them to court, but that would involve my insurance and I don't want my rates to go up. I used to be a customer for years as I live locally but due to their complete disregard for their customers, and horrible management I will never return. I can get what I need from the farms I buy from directly. If you value your car or drive an expensive car be aware.
